Called this company for water service. We itially got serviced promised to us for five bottles and a dispenser. I told Mike to please call us on the day of delivery so we can guide him through our apartment complex. It's super easy. Well on the day of delivery, we got a call saying he left because he couldn't fit supposedly. Then he promised to call and try again the following day which they didnt do. At the end, they said they couldn't deliver to this address. In totality, this company is filled with a family of liars who don't deliver on what is promised. The BBB is gonna have a blast with you people. Didn't expect you to treat veterans this way being a family owned american business. Good luck! read more

Moved to Readyfresh and things were great...til Primo bought them too and the same story happened again. Called me back right away. When I told him what was going on he sent someone to my house within an hour to bring me water. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We had consecutive deaths in the household and a divorce. They continued to rack up a bill we could not contact the original account starter to pay. Instead of kindly helping us end services, they rack up the bill and the hostility between every service. Final straw was being rude to my mother who has been going through so much this year. Insisting and letting himself into her home to look for three precious bottles. Took them while uttering rude remarks back to the truck. We all understand you are a small business owner. But if your business relies on racking up a bill and harassing people; you should just send the bill to collections and end services. I was looking into getting a new service for water delivery so I called to get pricing and to see if they deliver to my area. The guy who answered said they delivered in my area and asked about my building. My building only has key fob controlled elevators and our building rule is to have the agents in the front let in deliveries. He asked me for a copy of the key fob so that they can get in and out?? I told him we weren't allowed to give out key fobs and it's never been an issue for other water delivery services or food delivery service that I've had. He seemed to get annoyed by my response and told me he needs to talk to his staff and will call me back. I didn't receive a call back, which shows this company lacks the ability to be courteous and tell people they can't service their area. This also shows me that they're going to be a headache later on about deliveries. Sorry but people pay to live in a secure building and I can't just risk the safety of others because you're too "busy" to ask an agent to let you in. If you're looking for a delivery service I would reach out to BetterWater Co or Kabazon since they service secure apartments without any hassles and have been recommended to me by others in my building. read more
