Kai is all about personalized service (does what he says he will do) with the highest quality water - have had guests say "WOW, this is good water'; he even will put the 5 gallon jugs on our rack versus leaving outside or at the end of the driveway like our neighbor's service! During a summer holiday weekend, we ran out and he made a special delivery 'on the house' so we would not be out over the long weekend. Go with the big national brands if you want to be an account number and log into another portal/ordering site vs a quick text; go with Kona Kai if you want personalized service, value, & the best quality water! THANKS KAI !!! read more

Kai is the nicest guy! It's always great to see him. He delivers great water and on time, he even comes through in a pinch. The price is great, he runs a good business. Very professional and good value. When I was looking for a water delivery service, he was the only responded immediately. The other 5 took a week to respond. He is 5 star service and I highly recommend him. read more

Kai promptly responded to get us on schedule to deliver his crisp, refreshing water. For years I've been purchasing water at Lowe's and lugging them to and fro and now Kai has made my life so much easier. Thank you ! read more

Kai has been great for our residential water delivery services! We were with Sparkletts for a few years and they were always missing deliveries and so many other issues. For three years now we have been with Kai. He is easy to text when we run out, responds promptly, and delivers when he says he will. So easy to pay via Venmo too. I am so grateful that he puts the bottles in the garage where he says he will too lol. Makes life easier for us. Moving over to Kai was the right move and his pricing is certainly in line with anywhere else you would go. read more

I started to use this service for my work. It was all really good for a while, then it started to go down hill from there. The water was good, but he would state that he was going to show up, and then no show. Everytime I would ask about it, I got that this happened or that was an emergency. Then a vehicle was not working. Now, during the pandemic I called and asked when he was going to show up. I was advised that I was not a big enough client, and that he needed to take care of his bigger clients. He would come by if he had time or was in the area. I was doing about 4 - 5 bottles a month to month in half. Never heard from him again, we found out it was better to get the bottles filled at a local water store then do delivery. If he would have been consistent we would have used him. The value was there, but the service did not match the value for what we got. read more

Kai is amazing! I found him when Primo/Sparklets had terrible service disruptions in our area and Kai was out the next day with water for us. He's super great and responsive! And the water tastes great! Would highly recommend him. read more

Love Kai and his service. Affordable. Never had any issues. Love supporting a small business that gives great service. Delicious water.

I've been using this water service for about a year and a half and I'm very happy with the service. Prices are very reasonable and delivery is flexible which I appreciate as other services I've used didn't offer such. read more

Been using Kona Kai for a couple years now and honestly it's been a solid experience every time, absolutely no complaints. Kai always shows up when he says he will, super communicative, and really just makes the whole thing effortless. I've tried those big named delivery services before but this one just hits different. Way more reliable and personable too. If you're thinking about switching or just want to support someone who really puts in the effort, Kai's your water guy. Always gotta support small businesses doing it right. read more

Kai is a small business owner who works hard and personally delivers all the water himself. I highly recommend getting your water delivered by him instead of one of the bigger companies. read more

Kai has been delivering our water at our business for the past 5 years. Couldnt be more happy as he works great with our unpredicable schedules and is always there when we need him. Forget the big brands where you're just a number go with someone who you have a relationship with and that takes care of you. Thanks Kai! read more

I left the terrible service of Sparkletts water delivery and turned to Kona Kai after reading Yelp reviews. Kai is reliable, cost sensitive and manages emergency deliveries for events without hesitation. I've recommended him to friends and neighbors and all love the extra attention and fresh water! read more

I used Arrowhead for a while, but the high prices and inflexible delivery schedule were frustrating. They'd even skip scheduled drop‑offs without notice and send incorrect invoices--then customer support was nowhere to be found. Kona Kai Water, on the other hand, has been great. Since switching in 2021 I've consistently gotten dependable, high‑quality service. One quick text and the water shows up as promised. Prices are reasonable and I just pay per delivery. The water tastes fresh, too. Compared with the big names, Kai clearly puts customers first and is much easier to trust. This is what good service looks like. read more

I was using Sparklettes but delivery became unreliable. I switched to Kona Kai a few years ago and delivery has been reliable and the quality of the water is at least as good if not better - I've been a happy customer ever since. read more

I've been using Kona Kai Water for several years now and I couldn't be happier! From the very first order, everything has been smooth, professional, and super convenient. When we start to get low on water, I text Kai and he usually comes the next day to deliver more. The water is excellent - crisp and clean and is way better than the water I was previously getting from other companies. My kids drink way more water since switching to Kona Kai, and my guests always comment in how good it is. If you're looking for a hassle-free, reliable water delivery service, I highly recommend Kona Kai Water- you won't be disappointed! read more

We have become a customer of Kona Kai for around 4 years. Thanks to the reviews on Yelp, we found Kai after a disappointing experience with Sparklett Water. We have been very happy about the experience with Kai. Kai is very friendly and super responsive. The delivery has been very smooth in the past one year and it only took a couple of days once we requested a new delivery. And the water quality is good! Definitely recommended! read more

Kona Kai water is not only a reasonably priced service but also handled with such care and promptness. Kai is always near to help with your water delivery needs! It's one of life's joys to not have to lug your empty 5 gallon water jugs to the store and get them filled up and then lug them all the way home! I love Kona Kai! read more

Five stars for a reason! Look no further for a water delivery service in the OC area. Living in an older home with ancient pipes, the tap water quality isn't that great to drink, hence why we opted for a water delivery service and Kona Kai Water is an excellent pick to satiate our thirsts. Prices are extremely fair. Kai is extremely professional and reliable with delivery and communication. We love his flexibility and don't ever worry about being without water since working with Kai. What's great is that you're helping a family-owned small business as opposed to the other delivery services in the area. Thanks Kai for all that you do! read more

Kai is awesome! I worked with him when he delivered to my previous employer and then when I needed home water delivery, I contacted him. His price is great, he shows up within a day or two of when I need more water and his customer service is great. Would recommend Kai to anyone! read more

If you are looking for great, reliable, affordable water delivery for your home or business, hands down you have to contact Kona Kai Water. You're dealing direct with the owner, Kai. We have used four other water delivery companies and had nothing but problems with delivery, billing, being able to even talk to a real person. Have never had any problems with Kai. He has been delivering to us for the last four years. He is professional, reliable and honest. Look no further. You will not be disappointed. read more

I ditched Sparkletts when they failed to show up on delivery day - three times. I started searching for another water supplier and found Kai. When I got in contact with Kai, he was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all things related to good, clean water. I decided to go with Kai because I can count on the ETAs that he tells me (I work from home and I'm in meetings all day - so it's good to know ahead of time when to make time to receive my water supply) and also his positive personality is contagious! :) Happy to have found my water guy in the OC. read more

Kai has been delivering water to our family on the Balboa Peninsula for years and we could not be happier with the product or the customer service that Kai personally delivers. I've tested his water against various bottled 'spring' waters using a dissolved solids meter and his water is always the cleanest and most pure. Much praise to Kai for delivering amazing water, thank you! read more

Kona Kai Water is literally the best water service in Southern California... my family drinks a lot of water and the way this water tastes is my family's favorite! He's prompt and his customer service is spot on! His prices are very reasonable and I'm so happy we found out about him and his private water business rather than paying for subpar water from some huge corporation that doesn't care about its customers. A++ read more

I had been Sparkletts customer for 25+ years. But when they partnered with a third party their service went down and their prices went up. I had put my bottles out only to realize they didn't come for 2 days as they had changed my delivery date without telling me. When I contacted them on a Friday, they said my water would be delivered on Monday. When that didn't happen, I started looking for another service. In my research most of the bigger companies are also with a third party and equally expensive. FINALLY, I found Kona Kai Water. When I contacted Kai, he was super friendly and passionate about the business he created. His prices are simply amazing, and the water tastes great. I have been with Kona Kai for 6 months and have had great service. I like the fact that he will sometimes bring his daughter or dog with him on his deliveries. Just a real nice guy. read more

I used Sparklets Water for years. We changed over to Kona Kai and we have never been happier. The driver that delivers is awesome, pricing is good but what really makes us happy is the consistency. Before we never knew when the guy was going to show up, Kona Kai is here every week and shows up at the same time. Before we would run out and then have to call, Kona Kai is awesome! read more

I, too, used Sparkletts and Primo (from Costco) for years and years and finally got tired of calling Florida for any problems we have here in CA. I changed to Kona Kai and it has been wonderful. Kai is responsive and wonderful to work with. read more

As you will see from these reviews, everyone is very happy with Kona Kai Water and so am I. The water is great and the delivery is prompt but I think a lot of people also like the owner, Kai. He knows how to treat his customers which isn't usually the case with the big corporate water services. read more

If you're looking for great tasting water, quality service and reasonably priced water delivery, then Kai is your guy! After cancelling Sparkletts for numerous failed delivery attempts, I was on the search for water delivery service. I disliked the difficulty of just wanting simple pricing and feeling like I had to go through loop holes to get water. I reached out via the quote tool on Yelp and just like that, Kai reached out with all the information I needed. Within a few days Kai delivered our water and has been easy! Just send him a text when I get down to my last water jug and he's here within 2-3 days. Kai is great! Completely satisfied with the service and highly recommend! read more
