The owner Will has been so accommodating, and truly has the exceptional customer service mentality that you rarely experience. I thoroughly believe that he treats his customers just as he would want his family to be treated, and it has been a breath of fresh air. We left our old water delivery service over a year ago after numerous issues and our only regret is that we waited too long to make the switch to Pebble Spring! We even saved money in doing so which is an added bonus. The water tastes even better than we hoped also. Two of my family members have also started water delivery now too. If you are in the market for a new water delivery service, do yourself a favor and contact Will at Pebble Spring and prepare to be impressed!

Ken's and his teams professionalism and customer service is unmatched. I've hired many contractors before and nobody has had the customer service skills he had. I peppered him with endless questions and he answered every single one. My water is night and day difference too. This is hands down the greatest quality of life purchase and investment I made and im glad I had Ken and the Watterfic team do the work.

First of all, he was super quick to respond. Within 1 minute of sending out a request, he responded right away with a call. At the end, we decided to go with the DROP city smart water, which is a conditioner and water softening system. To go with it, we also opted for the RO installation. If you have extra to spend, definitely get the RO water. It's the waterdrop x12 and really expensive if you decided to get it on amazon and install it yourself. Installation took around 6-7 hours for everything and Ken takes time to explain how to use the system thoroughly. He answered all my questions on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Not saying it is cheap, but it is a great investment for your home. I already started feeling a difference washing my hands.
