Everything available on the market was either not big enough or over priced. Im so happy I came across Watterfic. After a 30 min phone call with Ken I knew he was the real deal. Every question I had about the tanks, the valves, capacity etc. Answered thoughtfully and with the professionlism youd expect from an expert. Ken right away built me a custom system that fits my needs and at a fantastic price. I got 4 other quotes and nobody got close to touching what Ken was offering. The install was perfect. Ken's and his teams professionalism and customer service is unmatched. I've hired many contractors before and nobody has had the customer service skills he had. I peppered him with endless questions and he answered every single one. My water is night and day difference too. This is hands down the greatest quality of life purchase and investment I made and im glad I had Ken and the Watterfic team do the work.

First of all, he was super quick to respond. Within 1 minute of sending out a request, he responded right away with a call. At the end, we decided to go with the DROP city smart water, which is a conditioner and water softening system. To go with it, we also opted for the RO installation. If you have extra to spend, definitely get the RO water. It's the waterdrop x12 and really expensive if you decided to get it on amazon and install it yourself. Installation took around 6-7 hours for everything and Ken takes time to explain how to use the system thoroughly. He answered all my questions on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Not saying it is cheap, but it is a great investment for your home. I already started feeling a difference washing my hands.
