Ken is one of the best business professionals I have had the pleasure of doing business with. one year ago, Ken had set up a water softener system along with a reverse osmosis system for our house. It was time to replace our water cartridges , which I did, and for some reason our reverse osmosis system was not functioning properly. The water pressure was really low and the tank was never filling up. I had reached out to, Ken with the issue and he quickly responded and drove out from OC to LA the next day. He spent about 45 min trying to figure out what was wrong and was on the phone with an assistant trying to see why the system wasn't working properly. Ken decided to add more psi to the tank to see if maybe that would work and fix one of the tubes that seemed to be pinched behind one of the cartridges. We gave it 24 hours to see if that was the problem. Next day the issue was not fixed. I reached out to Ken again and he was back the next day to replace the WHOLE system for us FREE of charge. After doing all that we had our drinking water back with no further issues. Ken is a stand up gentlemen and takes care of his customers. After talking to a few people in the water filtration business, I came across Ken, who was honest, caring, knowledgeable, and looked after our best interest. The fact that he suggested products based on our needs without trying to do a salesy pitch for the most expensive product, gave me assurance that this man is an honest man. He even was able to accommodate my busy schedule by moving his schedule around. We got the hybrid salt water softener and conditioner for the whole house and a reverse osmosis under the sink. Initially we thought we were not able to connect the RO to the fridge for our ice cubes to be clean, but Mario was able to spot the loop under my sink, which connects the plumbing to the fridge, so clean water through the kitchen spout and fridge! I was really happy with that news. What's also cool is that Ken doesn't use the spout that's given with the RO system, but he used an upgraded brushed nickel one that looks and feel stronger. You can tell he cares about quality. Couldn't have asked for a better service and water quality. read more
