Was researching for months to find the best and most cost efficient soft water system. My coworker…read moretold me about this place so I called to request a quote. The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

The water quality has significantly worsened in just over half a year. When I contacted this place…read moreabout the issue, they only performed a basic water softener test and then advised me to take my water somewhere else for a proper water quality test. Water seems soft but it doeant seem to remove any other toxic elements no more or does less This was especially disappointing because they advertise that these tanks should last 5 to 10 years. Based on my experience, the performance declined much sooner than expected, and I did not feel like the issue was taken seriously or properly evaluated.

He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me a very competitive price compared with the other companies I spoke with. What I appreciated most about Chris was that I never felt like I was talking to a salesperson. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me choose the right setup for my house rather than just trying to sell me something. I came away from our conversation feeling like he was someone I could trust. Then Mario came out to do the installation, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. Mario was incredible. Our installation turned out to be more complicated than expected. The location we originally thought would work would have softened the water going to the outdoor hose bibs as well, which I specifically did not want because I use that water for my trees and landscaping. Mario caught this before doing the installation. Instead of just installing it where we originally planned and moving on, he stopped, explained exactly what he was seeing, and helped me figure out a better solution. He found another possible water line at the back of the house and told me he could test it first. He even reassured me that if we cut into the pipe and discovered that the plumbing wasn't routed the way we hoped, he would put everything back the way it was and wouldn't charge me for an installation that didn't work. That gave me a lot of confidence. We tested the line, and fortunately it turned out to be perfect. Within about 15 minutes, Mario was able to demonstrate exactly how the plumbing was divided: this line supplied the inside of the house, while the other line also supplied the outdoor hose bibs. That meant we could soften the entire house while leaving the outdoor water untreated, exactly how I wanted it. Mario was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. He could have easily taken the faster route, but instead he took the time to make sure the system was installed correctly for my house and my needs. That kind of attention and integrity is something I really appreciate. Between Chris taking the time to educate me and give me a fair price, and Mario going above and beyond during the installation, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Five stars without hesitation. I would absolutely recommend Sparkling Fresh Water, and a huge thank you to both Chris and Mario!

Ladies ~ I did a lot of research before choosing a company…read morefor a water softener. I knew I wanted professionalism, great communication, an outstanding warranty, and a company with years of experience. I found all of that with Sparkling Fresh Water. Chris, the owner and licensed professional, came to both of my homes -- one located in the High Desert -- without any hesitation. He explained every detail of the installation process and patiently answered all 100 of my questions. The installer, Mario, was just as impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable, organized, and left everything spotless after the installation. I was so happy with the experience at my first home that I had them install another water softener at my second home in Chino. Ladies, with all the money we spend on clothes, skincare, and hair products, getting a water softener has honestly been one of the best investments I've made since marrying my husband. I spend good money on my hair and skin, and I noticed a difference immediately! My hair feels softer, my skin feels better, and overall it's been amazing. I truly feel like I found the fountain of youth. Five stars to Chris and Mario!

In short: We like our water softener and our tankless water heater seems to work well. But I wish…read morecommunication and installation had gone better. No big problems, just a series of small ones that led to a lot of inconvenience and a more cost on our end. 1. They were supposed to arrive at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday, but forgot. My son had taken the day off and had to take an additional day the next Thursday. We'd already been without hot water a week at that time. When my son finally called and asked when we could expect them, owner said he forgot about our appointment. Worried he might lose the job, he apologized over the phone and offered to give us a discount amounting to a day's pay for my son. My son told him they could discuss it when they arrived to install the softener. 2. My son lost a vacation day but not any actual cash so after thinking on it, he decided he'd spread some good karma and tell the guy that we forgave the mistake and that no discount was necessary. But neither he nor I had the chance. The owner would not look me in the eye and quickly walked away when I tried to talk to him. I use a cane and was not going to chase after him. Before the job was finished, he took off leaving the technicians to finish and collect the payment. I'm guessing he took off because he didn't want us to bring up the offered discount. 3. ** On a positive not, the technician that oversaw the job (owners daughter?) was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, she finally went to the hardware store herself after their electrician kept coming back with the wrong part. (They had to install an exterior outlet for the softener). 4. Our system was not able to be installed in the garage do to access to our main water line. Instead, it was installed on the south side of our house, in all-day direct sunlight. Now we need to figure out some way to shade the softener as direct heat can damage the tank and the electronics in the control valve. In addition, where it is placed, the discharged water flows to our our lemon tree and line of cypress trees. We had to choose losing our trees from the softener salt ($10 a bag) or going with the more costly potassium salt ($40 a bag). We chose to save our trees. 5. What they did not tell us is that people with kidney disease or those on certain blood pressure medications, including the one I take, can develop a dangerous, sometimes deadly condition known as hyperkalemia when ingesting extra potassium. I now need to buy bottled water to drink and cook with. 6. The day following the install, we had a leak in the yard and sprinklers that did not work. The leak was a broken sprinkler pipe, possibly from their electric tamper or digging for the softener line. The sprinkler issue was caused by a broken valve in the box where they hooked into the main line. Thankfully, my son was able to figure out the problems and fix them himself. In all, our experience with this company was neither bad nor good. Just OK. It would have been nice if someone apologized or at least told us they broke the sprinkler valve. Mostly, I'm disappointed that the owner (Carlos) went out of his way not to make good on his offer to give my son a discount for the day he took off work -- even though my son planned to turn it down. His actions speak more to his character than his initial apology and offer of a discount when he thought he might lose the job.

I just had to text him some photos of my plumbing system for a quote. And, they had the best price. The new system has been in use for almost a month now and so far so good. After booking an installation appointment, the technicians arrived on time and two technicians installed the system in like 2 hours (which is fast in my opinion). One of my neighbors bought a softener system and hired a plumber to install the system as a weekend side hustle and that guy needed like half a day. They take Zelle or check payments.

If you have extra to spend, definitely get the RO water. It's the waterdrop x12 and really expensive if you decided to get it on amazon and install it yourself. Installation took around 6-7 hours for everything and Ken takes time to explain how to use the system thoroughly. He answered all my questions on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Special thanks to Daniel for answering all my question prior, during, and post installation. I never write reviews, but this job deserves 5+ STARS, so I must write a review. I spoke to 4 different plumbers, but right away, Tankless Water Heater's dispatcher, not AI, but an actual individual, made me feel like they were going to ultimately get my business. Their dispatcher was friendly, and after our initial phone conversation, we continued texting throughout the day because I had questions. I was not waiting long for a reply to my text messages, I got very rapid replies instead. Daniel came by to give me the options I had, and my earlier gut feeling was reassured, I had to hire Tankless Water Heater to install a brand new Noritz. Looking at the picture posted makes me feel like I got excellent quality labor and an excellent unit for a below average cost. I decided to buy a book of forever stamps which as of today is 55 cents each or $11/book. So it should have been $7.50+$11=$18.50 right? Well I was charged $26.80. When I asked how that came to be he said that the book of stamps is $17 (because thats how much his manager wants him to charge), all this time I thought the PRC set the price of stamps. Regardless of that, last I checked 17+7.50 was still $24.50 no? How the heck did we get to $26.80? He said there is a $2.50 charge to use credit/debit. So that would've made my total $27, close enough. And FYI nowhere in the store is there a sign that says they charge $2.50 for credit/debit transactions. I ended up returning the book of stamps and writing a note saying that they owe me since he didn't know how to do a return. He says I can come by at a later date to pick up a 5 gallon bottle and just pay the difference so I basically have credit at the store, we'll see if thats honored later. My recommendations-don't buy stamps here, bring cash.
