I've confirmed that they mail the invoices LATE so that by the time they arrive in the mail they are past due. The available auto pay option is useless for companies that require invoice approval prior to payment. When I told customer service about the late billing issue they instructed me to send a request via email each month for a copy of our bill so we can get it on time. I did so, and unsurprisingly, they don't respond. We use several utility suppliers, all of which offer paperless billing and convenient online access to our accounts. SGVWC is the only exception.

But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

They had various R/o b/f water cooler models. Standup unit or counter. Set a quick install date, Phil came and answered all my questions, showed me around the R/O b/f water cooler, the filters were inside the cooler. Who knew? Didn't have to go under the sink. The landlord wouldn't allow the R/O faucet install. Everything was great. Phil cleaned up. Made sure his install was fine even though he had another big job in south OC yet to drive to after my job. I was in IE. I highly recommend CWS to those who want filter clean water for just their kitchen fellow Yelpers. My cooler has 3 settings. Hot, cold, regular. If you want a Rental standup unit ask for a 'new' one. They'll know what you're talking about. My roommate will especially use the regular temp setting for her sunroom full of plants. She also told me to use my time while waiting online to multitask and use a different phone for conference calls. This is not ethical.
