Trying to adjust delivery services and one bottle is $36??
Lanie C.

Sparkletts to Primo has been ABYSMAL. Multiple missed deliveries continue to be charged. Missed delivery just yesterday: we saw the delivery truck in front of our triplex but no waters were delivered and our empty bottles weren't picked up. Best of all, the delivery person uploaded a photo of my triplex as "proof of delivery" on the website. Customer service wait times are at least 45 minutes... and as I type this up it's been 30 minutes and counting. Last time I called to cancel services and representatives kept transferring me to new reps with more waiting, I had to hang up. Wish me luck today. Edit: Supposedly my account is canceled now. It's not reflected online. I've been on the phone a total of 2hrs 18 mins. I'm still waiting to speak to a supervisor as they won't reimburse me the missed delivery. I doubt anyone plans to answer.

I never take the time to write one of these, let alone leave a negative review, but this has been the most unreliable experience I have ever had with a company. My water service used to be solid and consistent until the merger. Since then, I have had false charges and several missed deliveries. I eventually canceled my account and requested my empty bottles be picked up. It's been more than three months since then, and my scheduled pick-ups have been canceled without notice every time. Today was my fourth attempt, and once again there was no show. I now have several 5-gallon glass bottles taking up space, which has even caused a past-due balance on my account. Highly recommend using an alternative water service. This trouble is not worth it.

Over an over hour and a half call to primo about an UNAUTHORIZED over $400 charge to my debit card. Btw still on the hold with them

The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we will definitely have them come back out for all of our future reverse osmosis needs. Highly, highly recommend!

He did all of that for his low price service fee. That just doesn't happen most of the time. It's great to have someone you can call and not have to worry about being over charged.

I also had to take apart the faucets and get the gunk off the screens. I would say I had to do every couple of months now after years of Lifesource once a year and it's not nearly as bad as it ever was before. Service calls are wonderful people show up on time know what they're doing fix what they're there to fix and are incredibly friendly. The infrequent need to change the canisters is a real plus. While, you do have to plan for those expenses, they are long lasting. over time it was less that our collective monthly expenses, especially if the maintenance by hand that was required was considered. When we were evaluating the system. It sounded expensive until I did the math on what we were paying for soft water which my husband dislikes the feel of. The difference is immediately recognizable in showers for hair and skin is something far better than I was .expecting. The water coming out of the tap is great! We do have a reverse osmosis for ice. The grey water every two weeks is used for the lawn and outside plants, so no waste and no big delivery trucks on the street on a regular basis. Jonathan our rep is always available and we are very happy with Lifesource!

I'm very disappointed with my experience with **LifeSource Water**…read more Yesterday, I spoke with one of their customer service representatives regarding a water test I had done. **My drinking water was tested specifically for magnesium, and the test result was 450 mg/L (milligrams per liter).** This raised concerns for me about the quality of my water and whether my LifeSource system was addressing the issue. During our conversation, I was told that the LifeSource system does not remove minerals such as magnesium and that I would need a reverse osmosis system with a carbon filter to address the issue. He also mentioned that my refrigerator filter might possibly help. I was also told that the LifeSource system primarily removes chemicals. This information was never clearly explained to me before I made such a significant investment. I was not given a water test before purchasing the system, and I now feel that I did not have all the information I needed to make an informed decision. As a result, I'm back to purchasing bottled water from the store. I recognize that I share some responsibility for not researching the purchase more thoroughly. However, I believe customers should be given a clear explanation of exactly what a water filtration system does and does not remove, especially before making such a large investment. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that it helps others ask the right questions and have their water tested **before** purchasing a LifeSource system. **Make sure you understand exactly what the system is designed to remove and whether it addresses the specific issues in your water.** I wish I had known this before making my purchase.

They recently helped me take my reverse osmosis system with me from my old house to my new one when I moved. I love the peace of mind I feel when I'm refilling my kids water bottles before soccer practice. The whole house water softener system is something I've been planning and saving for. My new old house (built in 1958) needed two systems instead of one, which would have been out of my price range. But they worked with me to finally make it happen. I had been a paying customer in good standing with Urban Oasis, and my only "issue" was that I…read moredidn't consume water fast enough for their delivery schedule. Instead of water delivery being a convenience, it became something I had to actively manage -- tracking bottle counts, timing usage, and adjusting my routine just to stay within their service structure. That completely defeats the purpose of having water delivered in the first place. I had a large amount of water on site that I had already paid for, but because my usage didn't align with their internal turnover expectations, they chose to discontinue service. There were no payment problems, no missed deliveries, no disputes -- just a mismatch between how quickly they wanted bottles cycled and how a normal person actually uses water. A customer's life shouldn't have to revolve around a company's bottle logistics. Service should adapt to real usage, not require customers to restructure their routines to fit a rigid delivery model. Dumped by a water delivery company? Yes. If you go with this company, understand that flexibility is very limited, and if your consumption pattern doesn't match their system, you may be pushed out -- even if you're a reliable paying customer.
