His experience, he was a cabinet installer. He caused a leak that damaged the wall in the garage causing water damage needing Sheetrock repair and paint. To date, they have not sent anyone to execute this repair. The installer did not have all the necessary parts to install and had to run to Home Depot several times for plumbing parts. The owner/salesman Frank is less than honest. Doesn't keep his word and doesn't follow through. In essence, a liar. They push a lifetime warranty and 90 day money back guarantee. You will need it. In my opinion, I would not use or recommend this company. I will be calling Better business and states attorney general to log formal complaints if 100% refund is not provided within 24 hours of this post. I will also dispute with my credit card company.
