I've been getting water delivered from this company weekly for 10 years - back when it was Alka Logic on Lincoln Ave. I was one of their first water delivery customers. While the first couple of years had its delivery bumps as they were getting their delivery system figured out, it was never anything to make me reconsider their services. Why? Because I was able to order their premium purified RO water vs. only having the option to order alkaline water. And let me tell you, I LOVE the taste of their premium purified water. Love, love, love!!! Recently I had considered switching to a local water company simply because they were a couple of dollars cheaper. I tried their RO purified water, thinking it would be the same and the switch would be easy. Boy, was I wrong! It tasted like basic spring water vs. the pleasant crystal clear flavor of TBWCo's premium purified. No joke, the flavor of their water is why I stay. It's simply the best tasting purified water I've found - it's a pleasure to drink!!! Especially considering I drink it all day every day. Since the initial wave of delivery issues some 10 years ago, I have never had issues since. I've moved multiple times. They're in my phone, we text weekly to confirm delivery. When I move the deliveries continue without a hitch to my new address. Putting a hold on deliveries is super easy when we're traveling. And the best part is, even though we've both moved locations and they've rebranded and expanded, it's still the same great tasting water as it was 10 years ago. This company customer service and professionalism sucks. I paid for a whole house system with R/O system to be installed in my in laws brand new house. I wasn't aware the company doesn't exist in Arizona. They subcontract their work to any third party that might have plumbing experience. My in laws were in the house 5 days. When the installer came to install the system. He was 3 hours late. That should have been a red flag! He wasn't a licensed plumber. He was just hired a week before. His experience, he was a cabinet installer. He caused a leak that damaged the wall in the garage causing water damage needing Sheetrock repair and paint. To date, they have not sent anyone to execute this repair. The installer did not have all the necessary parts to install and had to run to Home Depot several times for plumbing parts. The owner/salesman Frank is less than honest. Doesn't keep his word and doesn't follow through. In essence, a liar. They push a lifetime warranty and 90 day money back guarantee. You will need it. In my opinion, I would not use or recommend this company. I will be calling Better business and states attorney general to log formal complaints if 100% refund is not provided within 24 hours of this post. If a company has no dignity, ethics, morals, the Reader will realize this, after reading the customer complaints. 3 (three) times, the owner was a NO SHOW for my annual service. Annually, he failed to detect serious deterioration of his own equipment. See 6 photos. In another words, he just didn't care for the customer. Is this discrimination? laziness? flakiness? This experience gives Persians a bad name. He will probably rebuttal- wanting to not involve personality into the business equation. And he will tell Yelp to take this review down. for awhile i have been thinking about going to one of these water stores. i drink a lot of water and have been questioning my bottled water choices which i liked but a lot of my friends didn't. it got me thinking maybe my water taste was off. i also have some conflict in my mind about both all the plastic waste i produce and the idea i am somehow ingesting a bunch of micro plastics. anyway i did some research i saw a lot of positive reviews about this place plus it's nearby my house and on the same block as one of my favorite new restaurants so i decided to try it. it was a great decision cause now i taste the difference i buy their most expensive water which is still way cheaper than what i was buying bottled. i feel way more hydrated and drink a lot more then i had been drinking bottled which was a goal of mine, to stay more hydrated. the service there is great everyone is cool and helped me make the best choice on which level or purity was for me. I never thought I would be buying water, especially since I have a very expensive ionized water machine. But what I learned today from getting my water report for my zip code was eye-opening. The Metropolitan Water District of So. Cal. reports showed a ridiculous amount of chemicals in my water and I realized the filters I was using were not doing the job. I was supposed to receive my delivery today (Mondaybut it turns out whoever took my order over the phone "forgot" to actually put my delivery on the schedule. (An online delivery scheduling system would be a good investment Alka Logic) They couldn't squeeze me in for tomorrow and now I have to wait until Wednesday. I have ordered 3 bottles of alkaline water from this business at the end of November. They added me to their system, I received the waters in a couple of days. After I ran out I called them again to reorder from them. The person on the phone "Mike" literally took 10 minutes to locate me in the system and failed to find me. He simply wouldn't believe that I ordered from then. I had to email him a screenshot of the charges on my credit card. Only after he agreed to readd me to the system. After spelling my name and lastname 23 times I was told that I was added to the system successfully and would receive 3 bottles of water on 31st of December. Today is Jan 2nd I still have no waters delivered. I called them again. I swear to god same guy picks the phone, tells me his name is Brian. I've never talked to two guys who had the exact same voice. Tells me he can't find me in the system. So I have to spell my name and last name 7 more times in order to get the waters in 3 days. I said I can't do this. Horrible customer service. I don't know what is wrong w their system or with Mike or with Brian. Waste of time and money!! read more

I had an issue were my handheld filtered shower head I had purchased here had broken. I live in Sherman oaks and had to come and speak with the owner Avi, I waited a long time, I recognized him as him as he was walking toward the store but before that an older lady in a wheelchair needed help to get up a couple of stairs and her daughter couldn't do it alone. I noticed Avi stop and help I walked over and assisted as well. I wasn't very happy with the product but seeing this man help another person told me slot of his character, I wasn't very happy I was going to spend more to replace it, but I would have in any case Avi honored a warranted that wasn't warranted by the manufacturer. If it's the water doing it, count me in!! ;) I'm sure there's plenty more to why Fi is sol lovely, but either way, she's a water expert and an absolute pleasure to be around. Their water is taste very pure and is reasonably priced. They offer a generous promotions and have a cool rewards program. As for the setting, it is clean and convenient to get your water and go.
