I've been getting water delivered from this company weekly for 10 years - back when it was Alka Logic on Lincoln Ave. I was one of their first water delivery customers. While the first couple of years had its delivery bumps as they were getting their delivery system figured out, it was never anything to make me reconsider their services. Why? Because I was able to order their premium purified RO water vs. only having the option to order alkaline water. And let me tell you, I LOVE the taste of their premium purified water. Love, love, love!!! Recently I had considered switching to a local water company simply because they were a couple of dollars cheaper. I tried their RO purified water, thinking it would be the same and the switch would be easy. Boy, was I wrong! It tasted like basic spring water vs. the pleasant crystal clear flavor of TBWCo's premium purified. No joke, the flavor of their water is why I stay. It's simply the best tasting purified water I've found - it's a pleasure to drink!!! Especially considering I drink it all day every day. Since the initial wave of delivery issues some 10 years ago, I have never had issues since. I've moved multiple times. They're in my phone, we text weekly to confirm delivery. When I move the deliveries continue without a hitch to my new address. Putting a hold on deliveries is super easy when we're traveling. And the best part is, even though we've both moved locations and they've rebranded and expanded, it's still the same great tasting water as it was 10 years ago. I cannot recommend this company enough! read more

Love this place. glad we switched water companies. They are so accommodating and delivery has always been great. Water is delicious.

This company customer service and professionalism sucks. I paid for a whole house system with R/O system to be installed in my in laws brand new house. I wasn't aware the company doesn't exist in Arizona. They subcontract their work to any third party that might have plumbing experience. My in laws were in the house 5 days. When the installer came to install the system. He was 3 hours late. That should have been a red flag! He wasn't a licensed plumber. He was just hired a week before. His experience, he was a cabinet installer. He caused a leak that damaged the wall in the garage causing water damage needing Sheetrock repair and paint. To date, they have not sent anyone to execute this repair. The installer did not have all the necessary parts to install and had to run to Home Depot several times for plumbing parts. The owner/salesman Frank is less than honest. Doesn't keep his word and doesn't follow through. In essence, a liar. They push a lifetime warranty and 90 day money back guarantee. You will need it. In my opinion, I would not use or recommend this company. I will be calling Better business and states attorney general to log formal complaints if 100% refund is not provided within 24 hours of this post. I will also dispute with my credit card company. read more

Love the water, delivery efficient and on time and customer service excellent! So happy I finally found an alkaline glass bottle delivery service! read more

Very impressed with this company. Great prices, their communication is excellent. Got back with me with prices immediately.

I always read the 1 star complaints. Complaints show the company's true color/ true nature/true face. If a company has no dignity, ethics, morals, the Reader will realize this, after reading the customer complaints. 3 (three) times, the owner was a NO SHOW for my annual service. Annually, he failed to detect serious deterioration of his own equipment. See 6 photos. In another words, he just didn't care for the customer. Is this discrimination? laziness? flakiness? This experience gives Persians a bad name. He will probably rebuttal- wanting to not involve personality into the business equation. And he will tell Yelp to take this review down. There is a floating organism in my water. I was offered one replacement bottle. The last time I called for a delivery, they forgot my order. The manager wasn't compassionate or concerned about the inconsistencies of my experience recently and I will have to consider switching companies. I was also referred to by a neighbor who has been seeing inconsistencies lately. I am grossed out and my health is my number one priority. read more

This company has the best water in town. The water purification process goes through nine stages. LA'S BEST KEPT SECRET in my opinion I absolutely love this company and have loved the workers there. They always are so generous and considerate in my experience. I've been going since 2017. I've tried to go other places in times to find places closer to my location but the quality of the water you can't TASTE IT! I'll travel wherever to get it. read more

Amazing service! quick and convenient the best water to feel and live your best life thank you providing! cheers

Owner called me. It was mutually agreed that the employees actions were unprofessional. I was offered an unexpected full refund and replacement bottles. It's not the company, it's one employee. Hopefully something changes within him personally because one bad employee doesn't make the company, but it doesn't help the company either. read more

for awhile i have been thinking about going to one of these water stores. i drink a lot of water and have been questioning my bottled water choices which i liked but a lot of my friends didn't. it got me thinking maybe my water taste was off. i also have some conflict in my mind about both all the plastic waste i produce and the idea i am somehow ingesting a bunch of micro plastics. anyway i did some research i saw a lot of positive reviews about this place plus it's nearby my house and on the same block as one of my favorite new restaurants so i decided to try it. it was a great decision cause now i taste the difference i buy their most expensive water which is still way cheaper than what i was buying bottled. i feel way more hydrated and drink a lot more then i had been drinking bottled which was a goal of mine, to stay more hydrated. the service there is great everyone is cool and helped me make the best choice on which level or purity was for me. Hours are convenient and the 3 gallon tanks are way easier to carry than the 5s some other companies carry i think i am hooked. read more

We have been a customer for a couple years now but had to discontinue our service due to a move. They owe us our deposit back of a couple hundred dollars. I have been trying to resolve this for weeks now but they will not pick up nor return my calls. This is significant amounts of money that they are scamming people out of and to Avi, Darlene and the rest of the team, I would really appreciate my money back. read more

Incredible service with several different kinds of water. Knowledge of minerals that need to be added to the water. Great service and help to and from the car if needed. Delivery is offered with a deposit for the bottles(which you get back if you cancel) and $10 for delivery within the areas they offer.... I got alkaline and purified water the first time and it tasted amazing doggies love it too. read more

I don't know why I didn't come here sooner. I've always driven past this place. I got sick of buying bottles of water. Can't speak for their delivery but I swing by and fill my 3 gallons every few days and the water is excellent -- not to mention everyone who's helped me out so far is kind. read more

I never thought I would be buying water, especially since I have a very expensive ionized water machine. But what I learned today from getting my water report for my zip code was eye-opening. The Metropolitan Water District of So. Cal. reports showed a ridiculous amount of chemicals in my water and I realized the filters I was using were not doing the job. I researched and called 3 different "water specialists" and shared my concerns. Unanimously they all recommended the reverse osmosis filter to remove the toxins based on the report for my zip code. I will admit I'm a 'water snob' and insist on drinking good healthy, pure as possible water... And I needed it today. So, I went on yelp to look for water stores and found Alka Logic and am happy I did. Because of the helpfulness of their employee ( David) and his willingness to answer all of my questions over the phone, I decided to visit Alka Logic Water Store', and was even more impressed. The store was very clean, the employees were knowledgeable and happy to help even when I showed up minutes before closing. I tried all of their water and left feeling hydrated, happy, and well taken care of. The prices are very reasonable too.. will be returning. Highly recommend 'Alka Logic Water Store' for clean, good tasting water. and 'good company'! read more

Always nice to come back to refill my water bottle with alkaline water definitely best water in town.

The water is perfectly fine, but who cares when they can not keep to a delivery schedule. I am constantly running out of water and being subjected to the rude staff. read more

I was supposed to receive my delivery today (Mondaybut it turns out whoever took my order over the phone "forgot" to actually put my delivery on the schedule. (An online delivery scheduling system would be a good investment Alka Logic) They couldn't squeeze me in for tomorrow and now I have to wait until Wednesday. Not the most organized delivery system and not the greatest customer service. You can do better Alka Logic. Disappointed customer here. Investing in an online customer portal where customers can log in and manage/update their own deliveries and view their accounts would be a good idea. read more

Service and water are great, but if u live somewhere with thin walls or where noise is an issue do NOT buy their water cooler. It looks very modern and nice, but the pump is loud as FUCK. You can trust there's a reason for the other 5 star reviews...primarily cause Fi, the manager, is AMAZING!! She just glows so full and bright! If it's the water doing it, count me in!! ;) I'm sure there's plenty more to why Fi is sol lovely, but either way, she's a water expert and an absolute pleasure to be around. I love spending my money with great, informed, kind, and passionate people, not to mention the product. I've learned water can do SO MUCH MORE than hydrate you. Fi gave me some advice today, and I'm telling you it wasn't hippy dippy...it totally worked. Anyway, stop in for a chat or the best water you'll find anywhere close by. I promise you it'll be a pleasant surprise no matter how high your expectations are. read more

Great service, Bryndan was super helpful!! I would recommend this place to anyone that might drink water. ;}

Incredible water. Incredible service. Incredible people. I have been coming here for the last few months and they have exceeded all other water places I have been to without question. Their water is taste very pure and is reasonably priced. They offer a generous promotions and have a cool rewards program. As for the setting, it is clean and convenient to get your water and go. They have a nice patio area for hanging out and am excited to start doing so. Lastly the people are very friendly. Typically, the owner, Avi and manager "Fee" are there. Very lovely people and makes the experience a great one. My recommendation: Two thumbs up and a glass of water! read more

I have ordered 3 bottles of alkaline water from this business at the end of November. They added me to their system, I received the waters in a couple of days. After I ran out I called them again to reorder from them. The person on the phone "Mike" literally took 10 minutes to locate me in the system and failed to find me. He simply wouldn't believe that I ordered from then. I had to email him a screenshot of the charges on my credit card. Only after he agreed to readd me to the system. After spelling my name and lastname 23 times I was told that I was added to the system successfully and would receive 3 bottles of water on 31st of December. Today is Jan 2nd I still have no waters delivered. I called them again. I swear to god same guy picks the phone, tells me his name is Brian. I've never talked to two guys who had the exact same voice. Tells me he can't find me in the system. So I have to spell my name and last name 7 more times in order to get the waters in 3 days. I said I can't do this. Horrible customer service. I don't know what is wrong w their system or with Mike or with Brian. Waste of time and money!! read more

I am so glad Alka Logic is here and I hope they're here to stay. Alkaline water in this community is a rare find, and this is refreshing, sweet and delicious. I love the water so much I worked with Fee and Avi to install a system in my home. The installation was seamless. They are true professionals who walked us through the process of what system fit our needs, and it's been 2 months now and everything is working perfectly. I'm super excited because while going into the water store and filling up bottles can be daunting, it's fun because you're in the vibe of healing and everyone is so welcoming. As a bonus though, I enjoy being able to wake up and draw my own fresh glass of water from the sink. Definitely stop by and see Fee, she's a real gem. read more

I had an issue were my handheld filtered shower head I had purchased here had broken. I live in Sherman oaks and had to come and speak with the owner Avi, I waited a long time, I recognized him as him as he was walking toward the store but before that an older lady in a wheelchair needed help to get up a couple of stairs and her daughter couldn't do it alone. I noticed Avi stop and help I walked over and assisted as well. I wasn't very happy with the product but seeing this man help another person told me slot of his character, I wasn't very happy I was going to spend more to replace it, but I would have in any case Avi honored a warranted that wasn't warranted by the manufacturer. Thank you sir your a true humanitarian read more
