I tried a different Wateria location and was pleased with service at the Wilmington location as well. My cost this evening was about 5 pm and there was no wait. The cashier was friendly and thoroughly rinsed the outside and inside of each bottle. Having two dedicated parking spots right outside the entrance is quite convenient and allowed me to easily load my car after refilling several 3-gallon bottles today. read more

We stopped purchasing water bottles and switched to gallons. This place is in our city and we love it! Staff is friendly and we really liked that they explained the benefit of the three types of water they have: purified, alkaline and oxygenated. You get a small discount if you fill up 5 large gallons. They also sell Mexican paletas, ice and some ice cream bars. The only down side is that parking can sometimes be a struggle since it is in a shopping center. read more

TLDR: Shamelessly proceeded to damage two of my jugs while I specifically requested the woman to stop/not rip of their special fittings multiple times... and yet she just proceeded to do it anyway. Oh, and never once apologized. ‍ I walked in with x5 five gallon jugs to fill. Two of the jugs had a special non-removable fitting with a center hole on the spout which serves as the lid and allows them to seal to a pump/spigot they're specifically used for. I handed them to the woman working and she went straight to peeling/ripping the fitting of the first off. I immediately told her to stop as they need to remain on the jugs. She tried telling me it was ok and she'd give me another lid, clearly not understanding my explanation that none of her free lids are compatible with my pump as they lack a center hole and the sizing is not the same, therefore preventing a tight seal and I did not want them... And so she just resumed ripping the rest of it off anyway... great. I reminded her that I just asked her not to rip that off. She told me that it was ok-- it wasn't. Then as I questioned her as to why she chose to ignore what I asked of her, she straight proceeded to RIP OFF THE OTHER JUGS LID right in front of me while I was explaining to her yet again not to do that as that those two jugs needed to keep their non-removable fitting/lid for compatibility. Shocking. I requested multiple times not to do what she was doing/did, and yet she just did it anyway, clearly not respecting or responding appropriately to my wishes/direction. I asked her why she didn't respect my property when I clearly asked her not to damage my jugs. She kept just trying to tell me it was ok and she'd give me a new lid which is totally incompatible with my set up. She ruined them and honestly just didn't care, telling me there was no issue. (There was) I didn't once get an apology or anything from her. She just kept saying I didn't need those fittings. ‍ Side note-- it's the MOST EXPENSIVE water re-fill store I've been to in Los Angeles starting at 80 cents per gallon for basic filtered water... Don't support this place and go elsewhere. read more

I come here every 2 weeks and the staff is really friendly and respectful. I like that they wash your water containers and have different options for water. I usually get purified water, but they have alkaline and oxygenated water with minerals. The prices are good and they have a big filtration system for the water. They also have supplies you can buy like water containers/stands/machine, etc. read more

One of the nicest water stores in the area! They offer purified, oxygenated and alkaline water. Very clean and water taste great. They wash your bottle from the inside and outside before filling it up. They also seal your bottle with a brand new cap every time you go there. After hearing great reviews of Wateria and its products, I decided to come in to this location to give it a try. Immediately as I walked in I noticed how clean and well decorated the facility was! I feel it is very important for any food or beverage facility to maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere. I was then greeted kindly by the owner, her name was Elizabeth! I explained to her that this is my first time coming to Wateria after hearing from a friend how great the products were. She then directed my attention to a clean and well decorated sign that listed the different types of water her stored had, the price, and the unique difference between them. She even allowed me to sample the different types of water too! I explained to her that I was really into fitness, and I think the water that would best fit me would be the Alkaline Water! Being that I had no water jugs, I knew that I would have to purchase some, and luckily Elizabeth had many different gallon sizes to choose from! I walked out of the store with two 5 gallon water jugs both filled with Alkaline water! My experience at this location was great and Elizabeth definitely made the process very smooth and enjoyable. She never once tried to up sale me on anything or rush me and these are all great quantities of customer service! I definitely will be returning back to this location for more water in the future, even if it is out of my way!
