But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

Love, love, love!!! Recently I had considered switching to a local water company simply because they were a couple of dollars cheaper. I tried their RO purified water, thinking it would be the same and the switch would be easy. Boy, was I wrong! It tasted like basic spring water vs. the pleasant crystal clear flavor of TBWCo's premium purified. No joke, the flavor of their water is why I stay. It's simply the best tasting purified water I've found - it's a pleasure to drink!!! Especially considering I drink it all day every day. Since the initial wave of delivery issues some 10 years ago, I have never had issues since. I've moved multiple times. They're in my phone, we text weekly to confirm delivery. The following day John the delivery man refused to do the exchange due to it was against their policy, instead he just picked up two empty water bottles and later texted me that there would be a delivery fee, and left me a phone number to call if I wanted to dispute the fee. I called and spoke to someone by the name of George, who was very rude and unprofessional. He did not allow me to say one word in and just kept on talking right over me, this was very frustrating, I attempted to try several times to ask questions to no avail. So after 5 years with Culligan, we switched to Pro Water's state of the art system to clean up the…read morewater coming into our home. We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

I will start off by saying that Alex is AWESOME! He has been our delivery guy for years! I called into the 800 customer service line and was told to follow their supplied guide online on how to troubleshoot the issue. I did but the leak remained. I finally called back and they said there was nothing that could be done until the following week on our delivery day, also that they were out of bottom loading dispensers. I agreed to accept the top loading dispenser until the other becomes available. Meanwhile the dispenser we had decided to leak water all over our dining room and saturated the rug. What a mess! The dispenser was quickly removed and place in the garage. So no dispenser now and a new one was due to arrive today and it was not delivered. To add to the frustration, I'm pretty sure another person delivered our water today because none of the empty bottles were picked up and the delivery was left on our stairs leading to our unit instead of the garage where it has always been placed for the past 4 years. I called in to voice my displeasure and was sent over to the "retention department" and was offered one month off the dispenser rental fee and that we would have to now wait until Thursday to receive a dispenser (not equivalent to the one we currently have). This is just bad business! I sadly had to cancel the service out of principle. Thank you to Alex for the years of great service! Unfortunately this bad experience has us shopping for a new water delivery service. P.S.
