I came here today out of desperation. I needed alkaline water & have been out of town and unable to buy water at my regular place. So I looked up a place where I could get water from an out of town place and came across the Water Barrel. Firstly, the price was a little bit higher than what I usually pay, but the worker (maybe the owner?) filled my water bottles and took them to my car! Of course I left a small tip & wish I'd left more because where I usually go, I fill my own water and haul it to my car. I highly recommend this friendly and efficient business. Went here yesterday and had the best service. The gentleman met me outside and not only filled up my jugs for me but also walked me out to my car, handing them to me while I set them in my car. Needed water refill. Found this place on a yelp search and went in. I was fully serviced, the guy even walked my water jug to my car for me. Service is mediocre price for 15 gallons of their cheapest water was 21$ seems high but I don't trust people from other countries who can't speak English with my families water supply so I go here. Get with the program people! Now in 2019 everyone is trying to become zero waste and do good for the soul, the water barrel is where you should be! Not only does Water Barrel help you ditch all those plastic bottles but they offer different types of premium water that you should def try. Ever since we moved to Brea we have been searching for a water place or a water delivery system and lucky for us this is right down the street. We walked in and right away Dave greeted us and helped us out. We knew what we wanted but he also informed us of the other types of water that he offered. So we got a 5 gallon of regular water and a fridge 3 gallon alkaline water. They both came out to under $40 because of the water jugs themselves, but the next time we go it will be under a few bucks for better quality water. The Water Barrel was the first water store I've ever been to and it was the perfect experience. Dave was extremely thorough and kind in explaining to me the different water types and methods and really made me think when he said... "One of the differences with Alkaline water at stores is that you don't know how long the water has been on the shelf or the distance it has traveled from its facility. Here we produce the water fresh through out the day" There also happened to be some other very kind returning customers there at the time who spoke highly of the store and Dave.
