Jose helped me out right away and gave us a welcome gift. He's got really great prices on his water and fills them up for you too. He has everything from reverse osmosis water to Ionized Alkaline water. I was buying alkaline bottled water previously but I'll be coming to Jose from now on. He also has an awesome collection of stones and stone jewelry that are well organized and have unbeatable prices. He also had explanations for each type of stone and its therapeutic properties. My husband and I are regular customers here. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. They also have a high quality water selection with different options to choose from (we usually get the regular alkaline). The store is always clean and presentable with a calm atmosphere. There's also an area of the store where they sell rocks, crystals, and handmade jewelry created by some of the staff members, which I enjoy browsing whenever we stop by. It's unfortunate to have had a bad experience today considering I've been coming here for years. Jose the owner who i normally encounter was not there but his daughter who was rude and completely looked passed me. I simply came in for a pre filled water bottle as I normally do. She was helping customers in the order they came in which I had no problem with. I had a problem when she completely ignored me and started helping the lady that came in after me with FOUR 5 gallons to fill when i simply wanted a wattle bottle. After I stated I was here before she was she still didn't help me and gave a stupid reason. I felt this was intentional so customer lost. Sergeant H2O snapped today... Been getting water from this place for a little over a year. Jose seemed to be under a lot of pressure on this particular day. I I was trying to make conversation like I always do. I asked Jose where was his helper because he had several bottles to be filled. He snapped and he replied, "why? are you in a rush? There's other water places that you can go to" I was surprised because Jose is always full of energy n fast on making conversation but on this day, I saw the narrow dark side of him. We get the reverse osmosis (RO) water for making coffee and to water our plants and the regular alkaline or (blue) for our drinking water. Today we went into our #1 store, Until the owner who always makes sure he takes your water to your car. Well today when he came out after waiting for an hour for our water, we had no idea that other customers left their bottles there and came back for them. Well my husband was wondering and kept to himself in a quiet manner in the long run owner comes out helps my husband to the car and tells him in a very sterin voice, DONT COME BACK TO MY STORE ANY MORE, YOUR ENERGEY IS BAD AND I DON'T NEED IT. I as his wife said what's going on, I asked him to please give me our customer card because we are no longer welcome there and I entered the store to tell him I will make sure that we will never come back again per his request, and I did apologize for my husband and my husband also tried to say sorry not good enough. I am a bit old school You never treat your customers like that, and you do not tell them in the parking lot when the 2 people in front of the photo that I posted are looking in the store at the owner when he told my husband what he did. I felt terrible my last visit I had taken 5 bottles to be filled with my usual alkaline blue 9.0 The owners son was working front owner was in back I told him what I wanted immediately after that 5 other customers arrived after everyone else had filled and gone I was last to be done I totally understood the wait and even complemented his efforts as I went too pay my $25 he said was $50. I knew immediately what had happen so I pulled out wallet too pay the extra without complaint not before owner walked out and started pouring out my jugs and said give him back empty bottles and said don't come back too my store again and I insulted his son. Instead of apology and working it out I got banned. I had issue once before with owner as I was walking up he was just closing and made comment of no come on he said nope and closed door. Next time I was there I mentioned too him and said I totally understand and apologized for my comment we even talked about him taking more time off I thought we were pass that but he brought it up again today. Owner is great guy and water is the best I do believe he should have better customer relations. But best of luck too him. read more

There's different types of water you can get depending upon your wants/needs but my favorite is the alkaline. I love the taste and now just any plain water won't do.
