Water is super expensive at this place service was good only down fall was the pricing.

I went to purchase water and walked in not realizing I missed a note on the door saying they were at lunch, that was my mistake. Anyway I walked in because the door was open and waited for someone to help me, she knew I was there because of the door bell but she decided to ignore it. I couldn't see anyone so I waited at least 2min before calling for help ( thinking they might be busy in the back doing something) She talked to me from the back room just peeking her head out and said she was on lunch and to come back in 30min (Her face was so annoyed that I was disturbing her lunch. I'm not upset that she didn't sell me water but more so disappointed of the way she treated me (a regular client) I guess selling water is not the priority for her. I think locking the door would be a better idea not just a home made sigh if you don't want anyone disturbing your lunch time. Very disappointed of the poor customer service! So now that selling water or customer service is not a priority at this store, no need to go back. I was getting tired of the constant lint floating in the water anyway so this was the cherry on top. read more

The owner of the store is very welcoming and kind. They sell regular purified water and alkaline water. The prices are as follows 25 cents a gallon for regular and $1.50 for alkaline. However, if you stop by on a Thursday alkaline water is discounted/promo at a $1 a gallon. Which is a pretty reasonable considering what your getting. There are quite a few things to buy here aside from all your drinking water needs. They sell chai seeds. More, for the tea enthusiast they have a variety of organic teas. They even sell Himalayan salt. They sell Himalayan salt in a variety of ways as massage stone, slab, and to consume. read more

The owner is a wonderful woman and very nice. We buy all our alkaline water here. She is friendly and nice to our dogs too. We bring them to see her. Besides water they sell salt lamps, water dispensing stands, handcrafted lamps, tea and other things tailored towards health and wellness. We highly recommend Alkapuro! read more

I come here for the Alkaline Water. Our family has been drinking this water for a few years already and I feel like it has definitely improved our skin. Not to mention when I was nursing, it seemed to replenish my milk supply a lot faster. Customer service is great. The woman always cleans the bottles and caps before filling them. I love Alkapuro water! I've been coming here for a few months to get my mineralized alkaline water because it's the best tasting and best made alkaline water! They use all natural filters and the water is not electrically charged to become alkaline (like a kangen system), like at most alkaline water stores. The natural alkalinity process makes this water shelf stable for a longer period of time than electrically charged alkaline water. I can boil this water or chill in the fridge and it will still be alkaline, compared to electrically charged alkaline water which loses its alkalinity when boiled or chilled. I was searching for bottled drinking water in La Habra and found Alka Pi Water. They specialize in alkaline water (ph 10). I didn't know anything about it so they gave me a pamphlet and answered all my question. I have a serious heart burn problem because my stomach is very acidic. I bought the alkaline water for drinking water, tea and coffee. Wow what a difference. I noticed a wonderful reduction in heart burn and my renewed energy. Supermarkets are selling alkaline water for health benefits in bottles. I was surprised at the prices difference at Alka Pi Water for 3 and 5 gallon jugs of water. It was so cheap compared to store prices. This is why I give it a full 5 star rating. Now I feel so much better!!! read more
