Location is in a busy shopping center where there is lots of parking. They give you a cart to take bottle to the car. A important factor for me was the cleanliness of the location. The service was professional and helpful . Would highly recommend this location. read more

I recently purchased a water filter that provides hot, cold, and room temperature water. The filter obviously needs a water source and can hold a 5 gallon water bottle. So I decided to come here to purchase a water bottle and water. This location has lots of water bottle options, stands, and or course water. They also offer alkaline water but I went with the regular water at this time. The location appeared to be clean, well maintained, and staff were friendly, attentive, and polite. When I got home, I set up the water filter and installed the water bottle. I let the filter sit before tasting the water so it could get cold. When I tried the water, I unfortunately didn't like taste, but that's me and others might like it. Will I come back? Probably not, but see and taste for yourself. We all have different palates and tastebuds. read more

Service was terrible, I always come here and tonight, the girl employee seemed mad. I always buy alkaline and am charged the full amount with no problem. I asked why is the 5g on the right less? And I even told her look at the other one? But she seemed to not care and gave attitude that the machine stopped. When I always come any other time, the other employees always fill it equally. I've never had this issue and never had negative vibes. So Disappointed at the service that I had to leave a review. read more

Was just inside, there were 5 other people in line, all of us inside and waiting patiently, the girl worker working on 8/18/2025 just told everyone to go home. She just didn't want to help us so she closed up while we were all waiting. We had all been inside well before closing time. She didn't care, she clearly doesn't care if the owners make money. Ridiculous situation from a lazy worker. read more

the phone number on the business card for the corporate office is a non existent number. the online number has been bought by a free gift scam business. i was just trying to confirm what the employee told me, that the water is not tested for the chemicals the reverse osmosis process is removing. i asked how can you sell something as purified when you don't test for purity. my next call is to the city for my answer. read more

Business must be really good to be turning away customers. Walked up at 7:59 and the lady saw me walking to the door and locked it right in my face. There were people still inside and she said sorry closed. Asked if I can please get the water with my jug in hand since people were still there and she said no. read more

Monday October 5th 2020 at 6:30pm. I walk in an the worker tells me they are out of water. No reason just we are out of water. The only service here is water. read more

So when a store says it closes at 9 pm are the doors supposed to be locked at 8:54? I just wanted to fill one gallon so I could have it for tonight but obviously it was more important to talk on the phone with whomever she had more pressing issues with. I work in food service and would never turn a customer away even if it was 9pm. I know it's annoying but it's also very rude to quite litteraly "SHOO" a paying customer away. How disappointing. I guess this place doesn't want loyal customers. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!!! There signage clearly says they close at 9:00pm. I walked up to the front door at 8:50pm and doors are locked. Mind you I only had 1 five gallon which takes less than a minute to fill. The workers were just sitting there talking and yelled from where they were sitting "WERE CLOSED!!" EXCUSE ME!?????? Don't say that your business closes at 9:00pm if you are not going to take customers 10 minutes before closing time! DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK! read more

Walk in two employees just sitting down talk, I walk in more than a few minutes. No greeting no acknowledgment that I'm even even in the store as they continue to have their conversation. I say good evening hello how are you doing thank you so much. the worst service, they didn't even Care. I don't understand how these ladies have a job terrible service. read more

Best water ever! Our family has been shopping Wateria for many, many, many years. Since they opened like 10 years ago. My Mother used to go to Wateria, so do I; so will my daughter too! We have like 10, 5 gallon containers which we fill about once a month at the Whittier location. I know some of the staff by name and they are always very helpful and very friendly. Their ice is simply superb, you will not get better water unless it is imported from Fiji! Lol. You can really taste the difference and quality of the purification process. Their services are so well priced. I invite you to stop on by and give them a try, you will be refreshed and pleasantly surprised. Drink up! read more

Awful, experience. The girl was super rude to us, and not helpful at all. We will not be return to this place.

Wateria is clean, and the service prompt, and friendly. Once a week, we go to Wateria for alkaline water. The clerks working there rinse out our reusable jugs, fill them up with alkaline water, and seal them up again with a smile. Each jug is only $2.00 when you bring the bottle back. I love coming to Wateria for my weekly fix of alkaline water. This place is warmly recommended. Buy your crystal clear, and refreshing drinking water here today. read more

I love buy water from the store of whittier the lady paz herrera she is so nice I appreciate the service

Good and fast service! Very friendly atmosphere and it was only my first time coming inside! Thank you!

How do you run out of water. That's literally what your store is called. And DO NOT PURCHASE A WATER JUG from them. I had a defective one and water leaked everywhere. And I was told I cannot have it exchanged because I had the water jug in my car. Well of course I did, that's how I drive hone. Waste of money. Do not sell a product that is defective and expect customers not to complain. read more
