I recently purchased a water filter that provides hot, cold, and room temperature water. The filter obviously needs a water source and can hold a 5 gallon water bottle. So I decided to come here to purchase a water bottle and water. This location has lots of water bottle options, stands, and or course water. They also offer alkaline water but I went with the regular water at this time. The location appeared to be clean, well maintained, and staff were friendly, attentive, and polite. When I got home, I set up the water filter and installed the water bottle. I let the filter sit before tasting the water so it could get cold. When I tried the water, I unfortunately didn't like taste, but that's me and others might like it. Will I come back? Probably not, but see and taste for yourself. Service was terrible, I always come here and tonight, the girl employee seemed mad. I always buy alkaline and am charged the full amount with no problem. I asked why is the 5g on the right less? And I even told her look at the other one? But she seemed to not care and gave attitude that the machine stopped. When I always come any other time, the other employees always fill it equally. the phone number on the business card for the corporate office is a non existent number. the online number has been bought by a free gift scam business. i was just trying to confirm what the employee told me, that the water is not tested for the chemicals the reverse osmosis process is removing. i asked how can you sell something as purified when you don't test for purity. my next call is to the city for my answer. read more

I just wanted to fill one gallon so I could have it for tonight but obviously it was more important to talk on the phone with whomever she had more pressing issues with. Best water ever! Our family has been shopping Wateria for many, many, many years. Since they opened like 10 years ago. My Mother used to go to Wateria, so do I; so will my daughter too! We have like 10, 5 gallon containers which we fill about once a month at the Whittier location. I know some of the staff by name and they are always very helpful and very friendly. Their ice is simply superb, you will not get better water unless it is imported from Fiji! Lol. You can really taste the difference and quality of the purification process. The clerks working there rinse out our reusable jugs, fill them up with alkaline water, and seal them up again with a smile. Each jug is only $2.00 when you bring the bottle back. How do you run out of water. That's literally what your store is called. And DO NOT PURCHASE A WATER JUG from them. I had a defective one and water leaked everywhere. And I was told I cannot have it exchanged because I had the water jug in my car. Well of course I did, that's how I drive hone. Waste of money.
