They recently raised prices. I forgot to take a picture, but it was $16.50 for two 5-gallons of alkaline water. They have the same two female employees working there. It looks like you can sample their fruit vinegar products next to the register if you ask. read more

Good place for water. The employees are professional. I went there today at 12:14 (4/14/26) and I was met at the door by the employee saying "I'm so sorry I'm going on break". Legally she is entitled a break but the sign on the door does not indicate closed for breaks...it says open daily 9am-8pm. The owner needs to update the hours of operation or provide break coverage for employees. While I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review another person came up and had to leave d/t the store being closed. Not cool...we are busy. It is helpful to know in advance that your store is going to be closed. I am always on my way to, or from, somewhere else and stop in to get my water...gas prices don't allow for multiple needless trips anymore. read more

Somehow I got skipped. I believe the worker wasn't paying attention to whose gallons she was filling up. She is very nice but also gets very distracted easy. I noticed a lot of water spillage. I am not here to be the water police but I simply just wish things could go a bit smoothier here. I have been coming here for 1.5 years and I noticed I only have a bad experience with the same person so I plan on just looking for another location. read more

Rude! I was the only customer today at 12:30 pm. There was an old lady (she is the oldest there that I know), and a younger lady. The old lady called me a name in spanish. She was telling the younger cashies, the younger cashier laughed.... I had an incident with her before, months ago, maybe it was last year. I corrected her about the change she handed me, because it was short. She cannot do simple math. read more

I support small businesses and love the drinking water. However, 18$ for regular bottled water is crazy!! It's gone up 2xs within 6months!! Crazy!! read more

Good water but the two girls who work the counter are annoying with zero social awareness, always engaging in small talk asking personal questions. And they be closing earlier than their posted hours. read more

The store doesn't honor their posted hours. This is the third time we have attempted to get water. Today they were closed at 6:15pm. Doors are locked and the employee is sweeping and cleaning. We had to drive to a different location read more

They rarely comply by their hours and they have horrible customer service. To top it off, they're water is grossly expensive. Don't come here read more

It was my first time stopping by since it's close to my house and I needed a last minute place to fill up our gallon water bottles for home. Unfortunately the experience was pretty uncomfortable. The young girls working there were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. It was obvious we were first time customers, yet there was no friendliness or basic customer service. At some point it even appeared that the worker was bothered the way the bottle was handed to her to fill up lol. She handled our water bottles aggressively, tossing them around, rolling her eyes, and making faces to her coworker about us. This made the situation even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. The entire interaction was filled with awkward silence and disrespect. You could clearly tell they did not enjoy their job and the attitude reflected that. For a place that's already extremely quiet, you'd expect the employees to bring some friendliness to the atmosphere, not eye-rolling and awkward tension. This was my first and definitely my last time coming to this location. read more

This place increased their water prices yet again. A regular 5 gallon jug now prices at $2.75. It used to be $2.50, just last year. These prices are unfair and ridiculous, now looking for another place to take my business. read more

Great service all the time. Friendly staff. Very nice clean place. Have other choices of water like alkaline. I read the reviews and mostly complaining about price but i think is reasonable definitely cheaper than buying water bottles from the market. I also read the other review about acid reflux. Water dilutes acid and does not make it worse however you should not over drink because this will trigger acid reflux. As someone who suffers from acid reflux I believe that review is also unfair. I would not blame a business if I buy food and my acid reflux is triggered it does not make sense. This place is really a 5 star business. read more

New to Whittier, checked out many other water spots and none looked clean until I found this spot. Not sure what people expect with prices, they are normal range. I like it! read more

Water is very acidic! I usually get alkaline but it wasn't working last night so I tried their regular water and it gave me heartburn. I called to see if they would switch it and they said "We cannot switch the water just because you didn't like it." Just because of that, I won't be coming here again after being loyal customers for 2.5 years. read more

Fast service, reasonable prices, helpful employees , water quality is good too. Always happy to come here for my households water.

I appreciate that this service is available during this the pandemic. The store is clean and service is generally good. Those people complaining about prices should go fill their own bottles. The people there are taking a risk during the pandemic and making minimum wage. Other places don't wash your bottles, have a clean store, fill the bottles for you. read more

Great place to get my moms water! Always clean and fast, friendly service :) They have great hours too! read more

This place looks nice it looks clean but I am paying two dollars a gallon for alkaline water fuck that bullshit there's another place down the street on Hadley by Little Caesars that charges a dollar that's half literally half and then these people just raised there price on regular water five cents more .. and she tried to justify the price by by telling me they clean and wipe down the bottles ... big fucking deal the other place does the same thing this is crazy these people are freaking greedy there alkaline water taste the same as the other place .. read more

I would give it no stars if that was an option.Cindy a worker there is extremely rude and condescending.I recommend you go somewhere else before stepping in here. The customer service is just awful. I can in carrying several gallons into the store And she yelled at me to shut the door when my hands were full. She rolled her eyes when I told her to please give me a second to put the water gallons down.I have been coming here for years and her bad attitude has completely put me off.I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend that you do to. read more

Usually love this place, the girls who work here are great but today I came at 5:58 to fill up my small 3 gallon tank and Anthony (I've never seen him here before) was already shutting the door. I said it's not 6 yet then he asked do I need to fill alkaline or regular and when I said alkaline he said oh I can't I'm off the system and it's not 6pm so we are closed. What a jerk, during these times you'd think this Anthony guy would have more compassion but maybe that wasn't part of his training. read more

Wateria has a very clean facility. It's $2.25 for 5 gallons. They wash your bottle and fill up. This location is near Ralph's. Check in and you get a little shopping bag. They also have ice creams on the go. My go to water place.. and just love how clean the place is read more

Great service and quality water. Been coming here for some time. I recommend it . Prices are good no complaints here

Good clean place with fast and friendly service. I do have to say it is more expensive than other places. I pay double the price for a 5 gallon of regular water. I would say it's about 3 dollars and some change for each 5 gallon. If your looking to get Alkaline water they offer it here too, but at 10 dollars a 5 gallon. In my opinion it's pretty pricey. read more

Wateria - two large bottles of water on a counter - Water Stores Near Me - Whittier, California

This place is one of our favorite places to buy water from. We moved into the area & have been coming here every 1-2 weeks to refill our water containers. The workers at this place have been professional, clean and on it until recently. There's this new lady who is working there now & since she's different from the other employees. Dont know if its an off day but she didn't clean the containers this time. read more

A little bit more expensive and they have no ramp. Getting the water down the curb without spilling it is hard with the cart so it's better to bring two people. It's super clean and a convenient location. read more
