Somehow I got skipped. I believe the worker wasn't paying attention to whose gallons she was filling up. She is very nice but also gets very distracted easy. I noticed a lot of water spillage. Good place for water. The employees are professional. I went there today at 12:14 (4/14/26) and I was met at the door by the employee saying "I'm so sorry I'm going on break". Legally she is entitled a break but the sign on the door does not indicate closed for breaks...it says open daily 9am-8pm. The owner needs to update the hours of operation or provide break coverage for employees. While I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review another person came up and had to leave d/t the store being closed. Not cool...we are busy. It is helpful to know in advance that your store is going to be closed. It was my first time stopping by since it's close to my house and I needed a last minute place to fill up our gallon water bottles for home. Unfortunately the experience was pretty uncomfortable. The young girls working there were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. It was obvious we were first time customers, yet there was no friendliness or basic customer service. At some point it even appeared that the worker was bothered the way the bottle was handed to her to fill up lol. She handled our water bottles aggressively, tossing them around, rolling her eyes, and making faces to her coworker about us. This made the situation even more uncomfortable and unprofessional. The entire interaction was filled with awkward silence and disrespect. You could clearly tell they did not enjoy their job and the attitude reflected that. For a place that's already extremely quiet, you'd expect the employees to bring some friendliness to the atmosphere, not eye-rolling and awkward tension. I read the reviews and mostly complaining about price but i think is reasonable definitely cheaper than buying water bottles from the market. I also read the other review about acid reflux. Water dilutes acid and does not make it worse however you should not over drink because this will trigger acid reflux. As someone who suffers from acid reflux I believe that review is also unfair. I would not blame a business if I buy food and my acid reflux is triggered it does not make sense. This place is really a 5 star business. read more

Water is very acidic! I usually get alkaline but it wasn't working last night so I tried their regular water and it gave me heartburn. I called to see if they would switch it and they said "We cannot switch the water just because you didn't like it." Usually love this place, the girls who work here are great but today I came at 5:58 to fill up my small 3 gallon tank and Anthony (I've never seen him here before) was already shutting the door. Wateria has a very clean facility. It's $2.25 for 5 gallons. They wash your bottle and fill up. This location is near Ralph's. Check in and you get a little shopping bag. They also have ice creams on the go. My go to water place.. and just love how clean the place is read more

Good clean place with fast and friendly service. I do have to say it is more expensive than other places. I pay double the price for a 5 gallon of regular water. I would say it's about 3 dollars and some change for each 5 gallon. If your looking to get Alkaline water they offer it here too, but at 10 dollars a 5 gallon.
