They had various R/o b/f water cooler models. Standup unit or counter. Set a quick install date, Phil came and answered all my questions, showed me around the R/O b/f water cooler, the filters were inside the cooler. Who knew? Didn't have to go under the sink. The landlord wouldn't allow the R/O faucet install. Everything was great. Phil cleaned up. Made sure his install was fine even though he had another big job in south OC yet to drive to after my job. I was in IE. I highly recommend CWS to those who want filter clean water for just their kitchen fellow Yelpers. My cooler has 3 settings. Hot, cold, regular. If you want a Rental standup unit ask for a 'new' one. They'll know what you're talking about. My roommate will especially use the regular temp setting for her sunroom full of plants. After 43 minutes of waiting today, I spoke with a very rude Maz of customer service who told me they have gone through a system upgrade and my April 17 delivery would now be May 9 and I would need to request a credit for the previous month. She also told me to use my time while waiting online to multitask and use a different phone for conference calls. This is not ethical. I will be reaching out to Costco Senior Buying Team whom I have the account through to let them know how their members are being treated.

They screwed up the Costco accounting and started a "new account" with billing at a different rate from the Costco contract (they did not tell me, I figured it out after multiple phone calls- that is another issue I will not waste time on now) Then they changed delivery days and screwed that up. They did not deliver but charged me for the delivery and essentially called me a liar when I told them there had been no delivery because their freaking "system" said water was delivered. HOURS wasted on the phone over water delivery!!! NOW, I just realized I have been paying a late fee every month for a year because THEY changed the billing/payment date without any overt notice. Also, you are not advised there a late fee will be accessed on a certain date, you only learn of it when you check your invoice- which is not readily accessible. I believe they hide the details on purpose just to get that extra $20, yes $20. This is the only Costco vendor I have ever had a problem with. When I called Costco to complain, they said a representative would call me back. The did, a representative from PRIMO waters that basically dismissed my complaints as the issues are minor and fixed (only after multiple phone calls) and I could always find another service if I did not like theirs. I have been looking for a new water service, but Primo appears to have a monopoly in my area. COSTCO SHOULD BE ASHAMED! yeah, right... I will be shouting rip off when I pass the "Primo" vendor at costco and I am telling everyone who will listen to RUN, not walk. Oh, I almost forgot. They tell you you can clean your dispenser yourself by watching an online video. NOT TRUE. The online video is for TOP loading dispensers. Also, they charge you so much for delivery. Then when you cancel (or consider cancelling), they give you a major attitude over the phone and when they pick up their equipment. It's better to stay with PRF and deal with their deliver inconsistencies. At least, PRF compensates you for their mistakes, charges you less than Zutra, and have courteous customer service.

I've confirmed that they mail the invoices LATE so that by the time they arrive in the mail they are past due. The available auto pay option is useless for companies that require invoice approval prior to payment. When I told customer service about the late billing issue they instructed me to send a request via email each month for a copy of our bill so we can get it on time. I did so, and unsurprisingly, they don't respond. We use several utility suppliers, all of which offer paperless billing and convenient online access to our accounts. SGVWC is the only exception.
