This place hands down is one of the best places to get clean, fresh and delicious tasting water for a price that you cannot beat!!! Besides being a fantastic place to fill up your water gallons, they also provide caps, and other dispensers, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!!! Man very rude ! made me throw out my water I wanted to top off then he filled up water when he said I have no alkaline when I told him I want alkaline water which they don't have then he just walked away from me don't go ! read more

I've been coming here since I moved back to the oc. About 6 years now. I've tried other places, but this place is the best yet. The owner and the other employee are both super nice and helpful. I've never had any issues with either of them. Just got back actually. Even while super busy (first time ever I've had to wait) the owner greeted each customer that entered, helped set up the bottles, and worked the cash register. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new spot to get water. As of today 12/20/25, I paid $8 for 4 5 gallon bottles. read more

This is the best water store! The owner is very friendly and helpful. I went to another water store in Hawaiian Gardens because they were opened later and the worker was so rude! Did not say one thing to me the entire time and he didn't assist me with putting the water gallon on my cart after filling it. I will only come here in the future!! Plus, they have the best tasting water here. Anytime guests drink our water they comment on the taste! read more

The owner is nice and ive never had a problem here with service or water quality, I mean as a kid I drank out of a hose, water is water.. Im not picky lol read more

was in a bit of a jam trying to find water after a recent camping trip and stumbled upon this place near my work. I'm so glad I did! The man who helped me was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The water? Absolutely delicious--you can really taste the quality. While I was there, I noticed a steady flow of people coming in just for the water, which says a lot. If you're a water enthusiast like me and appreciate great-tasting, high-quality water, this is the place to go. read more

Love going here to get our water the guy always help costumers to get there water and put it in there car i think its a nice gesture

Just moved to the area and trying the water places out. Decent size set up they have tanks in plane view and owner operator was very kind. They are at 0.40 cent a gallon at this current time so FYI. I see a few reviews years ago about water quality concern. I don't see an issue has the water tastes clean. read more

The owner was very kind, filled and cleaned our water bottles and even gave chocolate to my little one. Water tasted great as well. Highly recommended! read more

Worst water station ever!!!! They will get your bottle and touch inside the cap of your water bottle with dirty hands. They don't wash or sanitize their hands and will touch your water bottle cap. Watch it closely, he always do that and when you try to clean and rinse the bottle cap with water the old man will get MAD. He shout at me for just not even one cup of water and told me to clean the cap of water with Sanitizers if I think that he touched inside the cap. Dumb ass wants me to put chemicals in the bottle cap. These people does not know customer service!!! Both of them are rude. read more

Great service, clean, just moved to the area and deff will be coming here.. very friendly

My go-to water spot in the area! $1.50 for the large jugs. CASH ONLY! The gentleman working here is always so nice. I always have a good mini conversation with him during my water fill up. I also appreciate that he rinses the jugs and always fills up the water for me! He even wipes down any water and places the jugs onto a push cart. Other locations I've been to in the area are not like this at all. I also prefer the taste of the water here too! read more

The water quality here is AMAZING! I had a tester tool and used it to test out various water. Great tasting water. Great tasting service. A bunch of water stations so even when there's a lot of people, you're still in and out pretty quickly. My go to water spot now. read more

I've been coming here for many years and there was a younger guy who offered excellent customer service but he is no longer there. Now he got replaced by a man who is so rude, I've tried to give him the benefit of the doubt thinking, maybe he's had a bad day or something but nope. He's just straight up rude (). I come in and he doesn't even greet people he just points at things so rudely, it's like I don't need your help I can do it myself if you feel too lazy to get up and help me out. He also raises his voice at customers whenever there's a misunderstanding. My family keeps coming here but lately we've been talking about just upgrading our home to a water filter, it'll save us the trip, money and having to put up with this nonsense. read more

I used to refill my water at the Neighborhood Walmart around the corner, which only has one sprout and takes me over 45 minutes to fill 35 gallons of water. Not to mention a line to fill it as well which can take up to another 15-30 minutes depending how much the person or people have to refill. Now it only take me 10 minutes because I can refill my water simultaneously and when there is a line, it is more speedy. The store clerk is also helpful, setting me up to the sprouts and help me manage the many bottles to stop it from overflowing. Overall I'm grateful to find this place and great customer services read more

Came here for water. The normal place I go to sometimes isnt open when I'm able to go so I was looking at alternate places to fill my water supply. Very reasonably priced, quick service. Worker will even help you fill up if they're not busy to hurry it along. Most importantly, the water tastes very good. Probably has an excellent filtration system that I don't understand. read more

Water tastes great! Try their Hydrogen Water. Almost makes you feel energetic and younger lol.

Four stars because this place is cash only. And because the water jugs are a bit pricey. I paid almost $33 for two jugs with spouts. The owner is nice and the water tastes good. read more

Amazing service, I walked in after work one day and was happily greeted and was thanked a happy new year. Without even missing a beat, the kind man reached and took both of my 5 gallon bottles out of my arms and started washing them and filling them for me without me even to ask. I could tell he really cares about every customer that comes in because everyone that came in while I was also there received the same hearty welcome and service with their bottles. Excellent customer service, will come here for now on for water! read more

Staff very helpful and friendly. People thought they closed down few months ago but they had to update their filtration system for several days. read more

It's a 24 hour water spot yet the water was sold out. I don't get it. Get that fixed sir.

I've been to other water places and so far this one has the best tasting, ultra clear and thirst satisfying. The ice I made from this water came out clear and non smelling like other places. Eric is awesome in his customer service and the owner Martin is also the best in customer service. If you need water... the Water Depot of Buena Park is the place I recommend. read more

This is such a great place to get water bottles, ice and water filled. Owners are very friendly and greet you once you walk in the door. They are perfect gentlemen by cleaning and filling the water bottles you bring in, carry them to the cart and are happy to assist in helping you load your car. Very honest. They also have a great prepaid account system that comes in handy. read more

This business is not closed! I've been coming here for a couple months now, it's a great value! Tastes like Fiji water, for $.30 per gallon! Buena Park tap water tastes pretty bad and leaves terrible deposits. Water Depot has saved me from buying Aquafina and Dasani bottled water from the supermarkets, which helps cut down on single use plastics to help reduce pollution. Good service too! read more

This is a great place for water been going there for a long time Eric always takes good care of of me and is super helpful left my cell phone there one time and he called my wife to make sure I would get it back best best best water ever read more

Water Depot rocks! I never knew that filling three 5-gallon jugs could feel so right. Whenever I'm thirsty, there you are. The owners of the establishment (a wonderful Korean Couple in their 50's) are among the nicest people I've ever met. It's a shame I don't know their names by now. Anyway, they only charge $1.25 for 5 gallons. if you're looking to lay off tap water for awhile, come to Water Depot to quench your thirst...and replenish your soul. read more

The owner is little crazy. Had been buying water for him for six months and today i spilled a little while filling a bottle. He called me selfish for not paying attention. Closed my account and will never come back. I think he has temper issues. Really crazy guy. Stay away from this psycho. read more

My family and I have began to drink more water ever since I buy it from here. I have also saved a lot of money when switching from water bottles, and the man working the place is very friendly. read more

I've haven't had any major issues with the people that work here. One time I showed up at 6:50 and he was joking that they close at 7. However, everything is extremely clean, and I've come when they were cleaning the area where water is filled. It seems like they do follow a set of procedures to give the cleanest water. The water doesn't have a weird taste like other places. And if I go anywhere else besides here, my family can tell. So, best water in town. read more

This place gets 5 stars because the water is tasty, cheap and conveniently located next to superior grocery. The dude got mad at my roommate and I one time because we used his purified ice to fill up a cooler, it's almost as if he got offended. Lol. But overall, never had a bad experience here. read more

Eric is the best.He is always helpful and friendly. Best tasting water in town. If you live in the neighborhood use them for your water.

Best place to go get water for everyone in the Buena Park area. Service is amazing , and at a price you cant beat !

The owner of this store was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. He has horrible customer service and a terrible business sense. I came in with six empty bottles when I realized this store accepts cash only. I told the attendant that I will be right back after doing some grocery shopping next door. I was about to leave with my bottles when the attendant said he will fill up my bottles for me and wait until I come back. When I returned, the owner was there instead of the younger attendant. The owner said that I am a selfish person for leaving my bottles at his store. I apologized for taking longer than I thought I would be. The owner kept going on and on about how selfish I am and that I am not his only customer and how dare I take so long before coming back for my water. I had my two young children with me (1 and 4 years old) so I tried my best to keep my composure by not going off on him. I asked him how much the cost is so that I can pay. He told me then he said, "you know you are not my only customer, other people need to use my water store space" and yelled at me "don't ever do that again". So I apologized again and asked him to help me take my bottles to my car, he yelled "no!, if you were here sooner then I would have helped you, but since you took so long to come back I won't help you!". I told him that he has terrible customer service and he has no right to treat me badly, especially since I am a customer. I then said that the customer should come first, he laughed that off and said, "the customer does not come first, you should work with me as a partner". He then waved me off with his hand and said "just get out of here". I don't know who this guy thinks he is but he is not the only water store in town. He acted so superior above me and my children, as if he thinks he's the water king or something. Luckily, there were two other customers in the store while this happened and were standing in silence and what I could sense as disbelief that this guy had the nerve to speak to me in such a disrespectful manner. One customer came to me and helped me unload my bottles into my car while, I put my children into their car seats. All I can say is that I will NEVER return to this store again. He lost customers that day, all because he does not know how to treat others. It's not about how to treat customers, but how to treat people in general. Poor customer service! Horrible business person! Terrible human being! read more

Don't come here. The person who works here doesn't know what customer service is. Extremely rude. Maybe he doesn't know this is America. Definitely would not come back here again. read more

Owner Martin is there nearly everytime I arrive (afternoons), and is such a fantastic customer service oriented person! He and OTHER STAFF MEMBERS HAVE ALWAYS been very professional, in what I see for other customers & for my own experience. This is THE cleanest water store & BEST tasting I have ever used, so their integrity speaks for itself! The $20 cash 'clip card' is a great value, that I appreciate for our family's needs, and the prices on all his products are perfect! FAST In & OUT, and always parking directly in front. We have been loyal customers for several years, but if I am elsewhere in the county, or despirate on a Sunday, every other store I used had water with a NOTICABLY bad taste! Located beside the CAR WASH on the corner of La Palma & Knott, next to Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream. Closed Sundays, Saturdays 'til 5pm, M-F 'til 7pm, I believe. THANKS for your consistantly perfect products (free cups of chilled water while you fill, all the usual WATER RELATED items &&& ICE CUBES, NOW, when you want them: my filtered frig ice tastes terrible, despite $$$ filters!) we can always TRUST, and helpful, Godly service! read more
