I'm SOO frustrated! Our cooler malfunctioned and unloaded 5 gallons of water all over our wood floors.. that was Oct 30! I called immediately to get another cooler scheduled- the lady said that it was past the time allotted and she couldn't get a next day delivery, but would request it. She assured me that they would call if they were able to bring the cooler on the 31st. No call, no show. (We have a camera on our door) They said they attempted and would reschedule for Monday between 8-5... ummm ok? So I took the day off (I have already purchased water from the grocery store at this point) even called at 7am to make sure they were coming... It's 2pm and NO ONE! So I called again only to find out they have RESCHEDULED ME AGAIN!!! No notice.... NO CALL! So frustrating!!! We are out of water with NO answers! We like the water and the dispenser....but this is Insane... I'm 19 weeks pregnant and need my water! read more

They have lazy drivers. We live in a complex and they delivered my water on the driveway in front of our gate and in the way of our parking space. Other companies that have delivered water in the past deliver five extra feet and out inside our gate. This driver also didn't take our empty water bottles. I guess free water for anybody that drives by and see it sitting there for everyone to see since they were too weak to place inside the gate. read more

Not sure since they merged with Primo, issues started to arrive again or what! My Family has a scheduled delivery for today 9/30/25. At noon, I called to check for our delivery since our bottles usually arrive in the morning. Customer service personnel checked and said the delivery still on route and estimated time is 2:00 so I waited. 5 pm came around and no delivery showed so I called customer service again. The Agent was Not helpful at all. She doesn't know what branch my house is contracted to and did not offer any solution. Instead she said to wait till 8pm. We waited and still no water. Is there any direct number or someone I can call directly since the 1800 number has proved they are useless!!! read more

I wanted to update: they fixed the issues with delivery. I suggest if anyone experiences something similar to contact Customer service and speak with a supervisor. Currently: Recently they merged with Primo and many selections are either no longer offered or backordered. I am hoping to have this resolved soon. I like Sparkletts Spring or Mountain Valley Spring. They currently offer Arrowhead Spring for 5 gallon. I will give some time for things to settle. Overall a great value. I use Costco for the discount in the bottles. read more

I would give them NEGATIVE 1000 stars if I could! I had Sparkletts water delivery for 4 years with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately, I moved to a new city right in the middle of this awful merger with PRIMO BRANDS that I knew nothing about, and it has been shear HELL ever since, one-hour+ hold times trying to speak with a representative on the phone, only to get NOTHING accomplished. After speaking to a representative on 3 different occasions, they STILL are not able to connect my cell number to my account - the same cell number I've had since I started using their services. I was supposed to receive water on Monday, June 9th. They have postponed my delivery TWICE! I won't even get into the all of the BILLING ERRORS! I"VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 19 MINUTES AND COUNTING AS I'M TYPING THIS REVIEW!! This is by far is THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've had from any company! I really just want to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT and get water from Home Depot and call it a day. The problem with that is that I live on the THIRD FLOOR in a complex with NO ELEVATORS. :( Lugging any type of water up 3 flights of stairs is going to be a major pain in the NECK! THANKS FOR NOTHING PRIMO BRANDS!! (angry emoji x 3) read more

Absolutely shockingly bad customer service, the merger with Readyrefresh or Primo Brands has been a nightmare. So many mistakes and near impossible to reach anyone. Email support on their website claims a few business days is actually 13 days or longer. Phone support you wait for nearly an hour to get someone who cannot help you and has to "send a message to that internal team" who also never get back to you. Mistakes with delivery, almost no communication on changes or how to navigate these changes. When mistakes are made it is a major challenge to get resolved. I am still dealing with wrong delivery, wrong product, mistakes in billing going on 3 months now. They seem to have a monopoly in the area and even the costco water delivery is owned by them. RUN from this company, so far the only other option I could find from a company called phreshwaters.com, so I likely will be switching to them. read more

Billing issues, poor management with current merger, inconsistent deliveries and charges.

I have had Sparkletts Water for 40 years with no problems , but Primo recently took over and now it's the worst ever. The last bill I got from them was in March and I paid it. After that no delivery's, no statements sent , no communication. Yesterday I received 2 letters from a collection agency saying I owe 300 dollars. I am sure I'm not the only one having issues with them. Did you get any help? read more

Ever since the merger, ReadyRefresh has gone downhill fast. The customer service is awful--long wait times, unhelpful reps, and no follow-through on basic requests. It's nearly impossible to get a straight answer or resolution. What's worse is the billing--it's completely inaccurate. I've been charged for deliveries I didn't receive, and trying to fix it feels like running in circles. At this point, I honestly feel like I'm being scammed. Used to be reliable prior to the merger (which I had no idea about), but now it's frustrating, disorganized, and not worth the headache. I'd strongly advise others to look elsewhere! read more

Before the merger/buyout of Sparkletts by Arrowhead I would have given them 5 stars. Since the merger Customer Service had gone to non-existence and the delivery is horrid. They changed my delivery day so I could no longer be home - when they did deliver they kept delivering water I didn't order and then I had to pay for the extra water. I cancelled my service. read more

Since the merger, have not received any water and it's impossible to get ahold of anybody. Tried calling, can't get through to talk to anybody. So frustrating. Have been a sparkletts customer for over 10 years read more

Ever since the merger to Primo Brands this service has been terrible!! Three deliveries have been completely skipped with no notice. It's literally impossible to speak to customer service. You just stay on hold for hours. We get confirmation calls that a delivery is scheduled yet it never arrives. I've emailed several times with no human response. Very much do not recommend. Negative stars for completely incompetent business practices. read more

I signed up through Costco years ago and was happy with the service till recently. It went from Sparkletts to Primo to Ready Fresh or something. Delivery dates kept changing and prices doubled. I just canceled my service altogether. So did my next door neighbor who is feeling the same about the service and prices. They made it difficult to cancel too as calls dropped and unanswered. Finally cancelled by way of chat. The phone lines are probably clogged with everybody quitting the service. read more

They have changed ownership to Ready Fresh! Haven't delivered water for a month...called everyday and they say tomorrow? It is difficult to cancel your service...nobody answers on hold an hour! Chat doesn't work either!! read more

Feel like I've exhausted all other options so perhaps I can get some resolution here. Since switching over to Primo Brands I've been unable to login to my account or get in contact with anyone over the phone. I've also sent a few emails but haven't received any response. My delivery has been skipped/incorrect but I've been billed as if everything's normal. Not even sure how to cancel service at this point as I've been unable to get in contact with ANYONE. read more

This is by far, the worst service ever! on all levels. I originally got service with Sparklett's and it was all good, until Primo Brands took ever with the merger, that's when it all went down hill. So now they overcharged my account more than a month ago, and they still haven't issued a refund, I already cancelled service, they said they were going to call me back today from the Billing Dept and they haven't done so. At this point, I feel like they stole from me. read more

I have been a customer of Ready Refresh which has been bought up by Primo Brands. I would also give Primo Brands negative 1,000,000 stars if it were possible. My water cost has doubled from 2023, and now I can't get service. At all. I'm so beyond frustrated. I've called, e-mailed, and I've had no water deliveries since January, and I've been billed each month as though nothing has happened -- twice for water I never received! I've called 5 times just this month, and each time after a 45-minute wait time, I am assured by a very nice agent that I've been put on the delivery schedule in 2 days. Then, day of, I get an e-mail stating they couldn't make it and it's rescheduled. This has been going on since early May. They've even delivered to other suites in my building while they're telling me they can't get here during business hours! I called again yesterday and spoke to a manager. He says technically I'm being billed because I'm still in possession of the cooler. A cooler without water for 2 months! And they have the nerve to bill me for housing their equipment. Primo's resolution?? A $30 credit for the next three months (if I continue) after billing me $110. I canceled my service and they still say they can't pick up the equipment until July -- why? So they can bill another month, of course. If you can't service the customers then stop buying up all the good water delivery companies. Your merger woes shouldn't be our problem. We were doing just fine without you. Maybe, @Cara K., you should stop monitoring Yelp and get into a delivery truck. read more

Primo bought most water companies and they are the absolute worse. They do not care at all and will do nothing to make sure you get water bottles. Sparkletts is dead!!!!!! Do not have anything to do with any company like sparkletts who have sold out and destroyed their business. Done. Stay away!!!' read more

Very poor customer service. Sign up and you'll be sorry when you stop service. They will nickel and dime you. Never again! Chk out the ratings in Riverside area. read more

We used Sparkletts for 10 years. They were recently bought by Primo Waters which is owned by Nestle which is one of the worst companies in the world when it comes to water delivery at a reasonable price. Our service went down the toilet once Primo took over. Incorrect deliveries, incorrect billings, threats of debt collection, and ridiculous customer service where you wait ten minutes to speak with someone from, you guessed it, New Delhi....We've now switched to Zutra Water and we pay about half the price that Primo was charging....if there was an emoji grid here, you would be seeing a large middle finger to Primo Waters...good riddance...you want good water at a reasonable price...try Zutra...they are great...friendly, efficient, honest, and reliable read more

Already off to a bad start. I signed up for service at Costco with someone named Glenn in Montclair. I requested for delivery to be done on Monday or Wednesday and I am seeing now that they have me down for Tuesday. All this big talk about how he's the best producing rep for that area and he couldn't even get the delivery date right. He was sure able to make some snarky jokes however I would have appreciated him getting the correct date rather than trying to be funny salesman read more

Great customer service !! Love my Sparkletts driver he is very helpful. The service is great however I'm getting a little worried given the circumstances that they are now with arrowhead. I don't like arrowhead, the quality is not great at all. read more

Primo Water is the worst company that ever existed. They owe me $1000 and it's been three months that they keep on saying they're gonna send it to me and they haven't sent it to me. It's a joke talking to the escalation department. Same thing will call you in 24 to 48 hours. Nothing never calls unfortunately this water comes from Costco and I had a complaint to Costco about them Here. We are going on the fourth month and nothing haven't got my money that they have kept for three months don't use them the worst Customer Service ever. read more

Primo Brands took over this company or they have some type of contract with them. However, I had my glass water bottles sent back over a month ago and still haven't received my 240$ that they owe me. I have called 3 times a week and it's always some excuse as to why they haven't given me my money. I would never do business with them again. If I don't get my money back by next week I'm reporting fraud to my bank and to the Better Business Bureau. read more

They can stop charging customers for products they haven't even Received. I've waited for 2 1/2 hours on the phone to talk to someone. They Never answer their calls. If there's a problem good luck trying to get it resolved. If I could give - 50 Stars I would read more

Customer service does not exist. Delivery doesn't take place as scheduled. Changes made to orders without notification. Calling the customer service line leads to waits of over an hour to get no resolution. They charge you but it is impossible to get refunds due. Customer agents likely not based in Unite States. Nothing positive can be said about this company. read more

I guess I'm not the only one with the same issues. Since since the merger, I also have been unable to contact anybody with this company. Multiple emails have been ignored. If you try calling them, you'll have at least an hour wait and if you're a Costco member like I am, they'll switch you over and put you on hold for another hour. Unfortunately, I had work to go to, so I was unable to stay on the line for the two hour duration. I'm very disappointed in this company. They changed my delivery date without notifying me so now I have 10 empty bottles on my porch. I have a very simple request For them to pick up the empty bottles, but I'm unable to contact anybody. Prima Water customer service is really bad and I do not know how Costco is supporting this company. I understand that there is a merger going on, but if you systems are unable to sustain great customer service for their customers, you should either prorate our bills or maybe look into other options that don't affect your customers as much. It's very obvious by looking at these reviews here that Primo Water first priority is in collecting your money and at the very bottom of their list is helping their customers out with any problems they may have. Just based on my experience, the only way to contact this company by giving a negative yelp review because there is nobody on their phone lines or monitoring their emails. Please contact me so I can get this resolved as soon as possible. If I had another option for water delivery services in my area. I would probably go with them. I'm still looking into this just because the service is so bad. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible customer service!! you'll wait on their phone line for over 40 minutes to talk to somebody and then they'll promise that they'll bring a new water cooler out to replace your broken one and miss three different appointments. They were horrible at our last house, but my husband gave them a chance again at our current residence and they are just the same, horrible! For what we spend in water delivery and the hassle of bringing it up into the house and storing it I could have a nice water system installed, which I am going to do. We have had this company since 1990 and they have changed ownership quite a bit but still remain the worst customer service ever! Lazy drivers that don't want to bring bottles close to your door and missed delivery days and missed appointments. Look into an actual home, water system and forget this company. read more

Primo Water, I've had them for a few years now and haven't had my reverse osmosis filters changed. The filters are months over due and my last three months have been all different billing prices some have been doubled. I've tried getting a hold of them since February and can't get anyone to pick up, their customer service is terrible. DO NOT start an account with this company, I actually got a call back and they lied to me saying there would be a technician in the next day. I've spent hours on hold trying to to get an agent but no one picks up. I'm ready to cancel and my next complaint is with the BBB. All my neighbors are going through the same, as a matter of fact I helped them cancel their subscription they were so fed up. I called their competitor to see if they would pick up and in seconds I was speaking to a representative wanting to start a subscription with a crazy discount. I think I'll make the move, not for the cheaper price but for the customer service. Ps...DO NOT GET PRIMO WATER. read more

Primo Brands water, including Sparkletts, is the worse company I have ever delt with! Can't reach them on the phone and delivery is terrible! They bring the wrong order and you can't reach them to tell them! There's more, but the bottom line is DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! read more

I am not reviewing this particular Sparkletts distributor but ReadyRefresh or Primo brands or whatever they are now. My major complaint has been the difficulty contacting this company. I have called, left an email on their website and received only one response and that is that they would get back to me. After five days no response. I am on hold right now after being transferred twice for over 30 minutes. I called them last week and was on hold for over an hour before I gave up. I would stay far away from Sparkletts water. I signed up through Costco and believe me they will be hearing abut this the very next time I go. read more

The worst service ever in any company. They keep changing our delivery dates without informing us and we have empty bottles pilling up. I called them to come pick us the load of empty ones the keep telling us where in the queue for next pick up. It's been weeks. The bottles are all sitting outside. We call daily and we get the same story. We cancelled the service. They still don't pick up their shit. Who's running this company? read more

If you have Autopay set up you're DEFINITELY getting robbed. All prices have increased and they do it quietly on the invoice with no notification to you. The most complicated billing process there is. That's on purpose so you can't figure out how you're being robbed and over charged. If you have literally any other option, use it. read more

I am at the end of my rope with this company! Two weeks ago my delivery was not delivered but I was billed! After a week of trying to contact this company (on hold for 3 hours) My elderly neighbor asked me if I had a water delivery service because someone had delivered water to her front porch! I had to pay a neighbor's teenager to bring them to my house! Today I waited out on my porch for my delivery to make sure I received it and not my neighbor! The driver was very rude and when I complained about not being able to get through to customer service he replied, "no one can!" When I asked him if he could make sure my account would be credited for the 10 empty bottles that he picked up he replied, " call customer service." When I reminded him that customer service is not reachable he replied, "have a good day." When I asked if he could have someone call me he replied, again, "have a good day." I then said I wanted to cancel my account and he replied, "call customer service and I will come pick up your equipment! This man should not be working with customers! I am about to call my credit card and cancel this service through them because primo is unreachable! read more

Update: It took Sparkletts 10 months to deliver on the day they were assigned to deliver. It will be nice not having to call them today (Friday's are my assigned delivery), and again on Monday (the day they say will make up Friday's missed delivery), to get them to deliver the following Tuesday or Wednesday. That being said, they still have an aversion to delivering to my front door and insist on blocking the steps. Original Review: I must agree with everyone else that once they switched over to Primo, service is horrendous. They seldom come on days scheduled for delivery. on the chance they do come, they deliver the wrong quantity and forget to deliver other products. Or they just deliver to random spots at my h For the last 4-5 months, I am calling customer service monthly with delivery and billing issues. I know a manager is going to give a standard response to have me reach out with my name and phone number, but really, I would rather you take the time to fix the problems that your customers are complaining about. read more
