I currently have seven empty water bottles sitting outside my door, and I'm down to my last one. As a disabled veteran, this experience has been especially frustrating. Primo Water/ReadyRefresh customer service is completely unhelpful--they only repeat the same information shown on the app or website and have no way to contact their drivers to find out why deliveries aren't happening as scheduled. Because of this, I've had to disrupt my neurological medication routine just to wake up early at 6:30 a.m. in case they arrive--but they never do. This is unacceptable and harmful to my health. Their customer service and supervisor lines are also poorly managed. The supervisor line closes on East Coast time, leaving West Coast customers like me with no access to help or escalation when issues occur. At this point, I'm done. I will no longer spend another dime with Primo/ReadyRefresh. I'm finding another water company that's reliable, accountable, and actually cares about its customers. If you value dependable service and respect for your time, avoid Primo Brands/ReadyRefresh at all costs. 1 star.

Several times I've gone to get water and I'd go to the outside fill up station and the owner would happen to be closing up or going out. He'd invite me in and clean the container and fill it up inside with no hassle. They even offer to help you take the container to your car which I think is super helpful and nice of them. Part of the reason I have two tiny containers is because I can't carry the big ones lol. And during summers, it's such an easy walk from my house to come get their Thrifty's ice cream or paletas!
