I originally wanted Alkaline water for my household but not knowing this vial information that Oscar informed me about; patients who have kidney disease and household pets should not consume this water because its not recommended for them! Having my mom with Kidney Disease and only giving my dogs and cats Purified water was an extremely important information to know about! I guess free water for anybody that drives by and see it sitting there for everyone to see since they were too weak to place inside the gate.

I currently have seven empty water bottles sitting outside my door, and I'm down to my last one. As a disabled veteran, this experience has been especially frustrating. Primo Water/ReadyRefresh customer service is completely unhelpful--they only repeat the same information shown on the app or website and have no way to contact their drivers to find out why deliveries aren't happening as scheduled. Because of this, I've had to disrupt my neurological medication routine just to wake up early at 6:30 a.m. in case they arrive--but they never do. This is unacceptable and harmful to my health. Their customer service and supervisor lines are also poorly managed. The supervisor line closes on East Coast time, leaving West Coast customers like me with no access to help or escalation when issues occur. At this point, I'm done. I will no longer spend another dime with Primo/ReadyRefresh. I'm finding another water company that's reliable, accountable, and actually cares about its customers. If you value dependable service and respect for your time, avoid Primo Brands/ReadyRefresh at all costs. 1 star.
