This lack of reliability disrupts my schedule, wastes my time, and results in unnecessary fuel expenses, ultimately demonstrating a clear disregard for customers' time and basic expectations of consistency. Since when I made an issue out of the install your first reaction when you came to my home was there's no problem with the install. When I started breaking down all the issues and questioning you about your worker. You admitted that you have no licensed Plummer and the the guy who did this work doesn't normally work with copper. You also showed me photos of similar bad work sounds like a pattern to me and an issue with your employee and not the customer as you are trying to make it sound. Your employee is your problem not your customers.

At noon, I called to check for our delivery since our bottles usually arrive in the morning. Customer service personnel checked and said the delivery still on route and estimated time is 2:00 so I waited. 5 pm came around and no delivery showed so I called customer service again. The Agent was Not helpful at all. She doesn't know what branch my house is contracted to and did not offer any solution. Instead she said to wait till 8pm. We waited and still no water.
