I've been a customer for a few years now and I've been very happy with the quality of water, price and amazing service. Shout out to Rolando for going above and beyond as always. When our office used to be in the 2nd floor and mind you no elevator (old school building in Norco), Rolando would carry all those water bottles with no complains only a smile on his face. Now that we're downstairs it's much easier for him but some of the other offices are still on the 2nd floor and I see him deliver to them with just a happy energy. Glacier Pure Drinking Waters is the best! We switched to drinking Alkaline water over 6 years ago. At that time there were not many vendors who even sold Alkaline water let alone deliver it. We love this company. It is our first water service and we have had them for a year. It is very convenient to have it delivered! We have a set driver and a set schedule. I was a customer of Sparklettes water delivery service for about a year. They would miss deliveries consistently, charge me for water I didn't get, and rarely was my order correct. To top it all off, once I canceled service and turned all of my bottles and water dispenser back in, i started getting calls from a collection agency saying i was sent to collections by them for the total of all the bottles and machine. I was SO unsatisfied with sparklettes i was basically forced to look for other options. I have now been a customer of Glacier Pure water for a year and the service has been 100% flawless. Before my scheduled water delivery yesterday I asked for a new water dispensing machine with a light on it and they were happy to accommodate. Our route driver was as helpful as always and even helped set it up and made sure it was working properly. A+. You do not need to look anywhere else for water delivery if these guys are in your area. I am so impressed with Masters water delivery service. Our family loves the taste of our alkaline water! What sets them apart from other companies is their customer service. We get an e-mail reminder from masters reminding us of delivery, as well as a text update from our driver. Our driver Rolando is always so friendly and delivers our waters with a smile! I've been a Glacier Pure customer for several years now. The customer service is great. Ive had the same delivery guy (Steve) for years and he's so nice! If I forget to leave out my empty bottles he will actually call me to see how many I want so he doesn't leave too many or too few. I actually had a bad habit of forgetting to leave out my empty bottles for pick up, so he asked me if I was interested in an email reminder. Now, I get an email from Sheri the day before my delivery reminding me to leave my bottles out (which is great! Now they don't pile up in my living room!) Once, Steve came to deliver my water while my mom was staying with me. I wasn't home at the time, and we had just run out of water in the cooler. The bottles are to heavy for her to lift by herself, so Steve offered to place the bottle in the cooler for her so she wouldn't have to wait for me to get home. What a great guy!
