If there are any issues, the customer service tries everything to fix them. Had a few issues but they were resolved

We have been using Glacier as our water service at our company for many years now and continue to be beyond satisfied with their service and prices! Our delivery guy, Victor is the absolute best. He is always on time, courteous and helpful. Anything service we request, he is on the ball. I can't say enough good things about Victor or Glacier. If you need a service or are thinking about switching, these are the guys you need to call! AAA+++ read more

Rolando makes this company have 5 stars! He is the best, most personable delivery driver. He always goes the extra mile for us reminding us when he's coming, giving us free coffee samples every once in a while, helping put the bottles where I ask and engages in friendly conversation. The water is great quality, too! read more

Been a customer for 6 years. Only glitch was when we moved a few years ago but was quickly remedied. Although we love the quality of their water and it's a great value, I give my 5 stars to our delivery guy Rolando! He's very personable and reliable - he even sends a text reminder the day before delivery! Outstanding! read more

We had Sparkletts for over 15 years. Their lack of customer service was becoming more and more apparent each delivery or if I had to call. Last straw was when we moved. They never picked up/delivered when they say they would. I looked on Yelp to see what water delivery service we should sign up with and saw the reviews for Glacier. Let me tell you, I'm so glad and so is our family. Water tastes great, delivery on point and phenomenal customer service. If I can give them a 10 I would! read more

It's now been over a year finding this company to delivery premium water services to my extended family in Riverside. When seeking out a reliable company, I was met with Glacier and provided service for the following week I had called to begin service. No complaints! My mother has really enjoyed knowing she'll receive her water jugs and bottles every other week delivered right up to her door step. The water containers they use are easy to handle and so it makes it much easier than the usual 5 gallon containers to place in the dispenser that was provided by Glacier. We look forward to the continued support and appreciate the professionalism of your company! read more

Sheri, Frank, and staff including Eddie (driver) are a pleasure to do business with. They are very personable. They communicate well and are prompt. I really enjoy Eddie's texts to me regarding my deliveries. He is proactive and I like that. Their water is delicious. It's so crisp and clean. It's so refreshing. I buy the 5g Alkaline bottles and cases of the .5 liter bottles. Their prices are competitive. Slightly cheaper than competitors. I highly recommend this company. read more

I would high recommend this water service company. Our delivery guy Rolando is the best. He comes into our office with a smile every time. Even when it's super hot outside and he carriers in our water bottles he is always soooooo friendly and happy. Super awesome service by him and we enjoy the great tasting water !!! Thank You Rolando and team Glacier Water !!! PTM Insurance read more

I've been a customer for a few years now and I've been very happy with the quality of water, price and amazing service. Shout out to Rolando for going above and beyond as always. When our office used to be in the 2nd floor and mind you no elevator (old school building in Norco), Rolando would carry all those water bottles with no complains only a smile on his face. Now that we're downstairs it's much easier for him but some of the other offices are still on the 2nd floor and I see him deliver to them with just a happy energy. You can really see that he loves what he's doing, and it reflects on the service he provides. He recommended alkaline water to us and we just love it! Thank you Glacier Pure for your excellent product and service! read more

Glacier Pure Drinking Waters is the best! We switched to drinking Alkaline water over 6 years ago. At that time there were not many vendors who even sold Alkaline water let alone deliver it. I was tired of hauling 10 gallons of water home and heard about Glacier Pure and their Alkaline Water delivery. I called and set up delivery service. In all of the time being with Glacier Pure, we have had only 1 small issue which was resolved within hours. I love our driver/delivery guy and the company. Plus the water tastes GREAT! read more

sigh they called me like usual the day before my water is suppose to come and today I was suppose to get my order but didn't. I call them around five and ask where is it and they said if they don't get it to me by the end of the day I will receive it Tuesday. idk what's going on but now I'm waterless until Tuesday this is the first time this has happened. I was with sparkllettes before for years and this never happened. Maybe it's just my house. read more

We love this company. It is our first water service and we have had them for a year. It is very convenient to have it delivered! We have a set driver and a set schedule. We even get an email reminder to put our empties out. If we need something special, a quick email or phone call is all it takes. I like having bottled water. Glacier Pure tastes the best! I highly recommend the product and the service! read more

I was a customer of Sparklettes water delivery service for about a year. They would miss deliveries consistently, charge me for water I didn't get, and rarely was my order correct. To top it all off, once I canceled service and turned all of my bottles and water dispenser back in, i started getting calls from a collection agency saying i was sent to collections by them for the total of all the bottles and machine. I was SO unsatisfied with sparklettes i was basically forced to look for other options. I have now been a customer of Glacier Pure water for a year and the service has been 100% flawless. Before my scheduled water delivery yesterday I asked for a new water dispensing machine with a light on it and they were happy to accommodate. Our route driver was as helpful as always and even helped set it up and made sure it was working properly. A+. You do not need to look anywhere else for water delivery if these guys are in your area. I recommend upgrading your water to their alkaline water it is so smooth and delicious. read more

Was looking for a home water delivery service after having some service issues w last company. (Rhymes with barkletts) We're sooo happy we found Glacier Pure. Glacier has been a great find for me ever since I bought my home 5 years ago. They have always delivered on said dates and also will do emergency/special deliveries if requested. My driver, Steven, is very kind and professional, and loves seeing my dogs when he delivers. Any problems I've had have always been resolved within 24 hours, if not sooner. I highly recommend to all! We've used Glacier Pure for several years now. Best tasting water and A+ customer service - our delivery guy Rolando is a rock star!

Have only had the service a month but have enjoyed the convenience and service. Customer service seems very friendly, the driver is great, lets me know when he is inbound etc. Prices are on target with others, maybe a bit cheaper. Overall I'm happy with them and don't see any issues read more

A very reliable water company. I've been using Glacier Pure for a couple months now and am very satisfied with them. Highly recommend!!

I am so impressed with Masters water delivery service. Our family loves the taste of our alkaline water! What sets them apart from other companies is their customer service. We get an e-mail reminder from masters reminding us of delivery, as well as a text update from our driver. Our driver Rolando is always so friendly and delivers our waters with a smile! Even when our streets were being sealed in our neighborhood, Rolando parked is truck on the next open street over, and brought our waters using his dolly. We are beyond grateful for him and his service! Thank you Masters for not only outstanding products, but outstanding customer service as well! read more

Glacier water is a great water delivery service . I have used Sparkletts, Arrowhead and nestle and the prices just kept going up to where it wasn't worth it . Glacier is very reasonable and worth keeping . I like that they let you know the day before coming out so you can get your empties ready as well . read more

I wish I didn't have to give this company a star . Called them last Friday to get service. I was told someone would contact me so they can deliver it on Monday . It's now Tuesday they don't answer my calls and I never got my water delivered.Great job guys read more

Wonderful company. Deliveries are on time, all staff very professional, helpful. We cancelled Sparklettes and could not be happier.

I have been with Glacier water for years, both my parents get glacier water also. When you ask for an extra bottle or a change of service they always have done it with ease. Also they are kind enough to send a reminder to me that it is water day. read more

Glacier Pure has been my water delivery service for quite a few years. From excellent tasting water (I use to have their regular water, but switched to Alkaline when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and both have a good taste) to staff that treat you like family, it doesn't get any better than Glacier Pure. read more

Wonderful service. I love having fresh great tasting water at all times. Highly recommended to everyone that is looking for a water delivery service!! Two thumbs up read more

Excellent customer service is why I wholeheartedly recommend Glacier Pure Drinking Waters. Sheri and the entire team/staff are good, honest people who have not let us down when it comes to convenience, quality, and open communication. My parents are 60+ and I figured they'd have some difficulty lifting too many of the heavy 5 gallon bottles. However Glacier Pure's delivery service was more than willing to help out in any way possible, simply because it's the morally right thing to do. The price point is also excellent and after doing loads of research, I can confidently say you won't find anything cheaper/better value. Thank you! read more

Great Company! I became a customer a few years ago precisely because of the wonderful reviews on yelp. I checked sparklettes as well because of the Costco discount, but their reviews were terrible. Glacier Pure beat that price and have been nothing but exemplerary in their service. Our driver, Rolando, is always on-time and a pleasure to deal with. Check them out if you need water delivery, they don't dissapoint! read more

The water tastes amazing, the price is fair, and the service is excellent!!

Great tasting water and I am that weird picky person who can taste the different. Fast reliable service with great customer service. My family goes through 6 5 gallons jugs every week but I never have to worry about running out due to their frequent drop offs. Great company and fairly prices comparied to sparklets and some other well known companies read more

We love Glacier Pure! Everyone who works there is wonderful and it is the best-tasting water we've ever had.

Service is so great and water is so clean. I also use it for my hot water boiling. No any mix in the water. Recommend this company to everyone. read more

I've been a Glacier Pure customer for several years now. The customer service is great. Ive had the same delivery guy (Steve) for years and he's so nice! If I forget to leave out my empty bottles he will actually call me to see how many I want so he doesn't leave too many or too few. I actually had a bad habit of forgetting to leave out my empty bottles for pick up, so he asked me if I was interested in an email reminder. Now, I get an email from Sheri the day before my delivery reminding me to leave my bottles out (which is great! Now they don't pile up in my living room!) Once, Steve came to deliver my water while my mom was staying with me. I wasn't home at the time, and we had just run out of water in the cooler. The bottles are to heavy for her to lift by herself, so Steve offered to place the bottle in the cooler for her so she wouldn't have to wait for me to get home. What a great guy! Great customer service is not easy to find these days, so I'm glad I can find it with Glacier Pure. read more

Delivery on time, great customer service experience! If you are in IE, this is the best water company that you want to have business with!

As a new business in the area, we are so thrilled to have found such a wonderful company. All of the delivery men and workers are so nice and pleasant. Our usual guy, Victor, is never without a smile upon his face. He's great! We supply water for our staff and all of our clients. This really is the freshest and tastiest water we have encountered.
