They worse company They worse customer service that tell you they are going something and do something else like I ordered water Friday and I was supposed to have a delivery Monday the 20th and now it's saying that I canceled service and that they're coming to pick up the whole service when they know I need the water I depend on the water because I live in the desert or it's 110 120° read more

Title: Unreliable Service and Useless Customer Support For the second month in a row, I have not received my water delivery. I currently have seven empty water bottles sitting outside my door, and I'm down to my last one. As a disabled veteran, this experience has been especially frustrating. Primo Water/ReadyRefresh customer service is completely unhelpful--they only repeat the same information shown on the app or website and have no way to contact their drivers to find out why deliveries aren't happening as scheduled. Because of this, I've had to disrupt my neurological medication routine just to wake up early at 6:30 a.m. in case they arrive--but they never do. This is unacceptable and harmful to my health. Their customer service and supervisor lines are also poorly managed. The supervisor line closes on East Coast time, leaving West Coast customers like me with no access to help or escalation when issues occur. At this point, I'm done. I will no longer spend another dime with Primo/ReadyRefresh. I'm finding another water company that's reliable, accountable, and actually cares about its customers. If you value dependable service and respect for your time, avoid Primo Brands/ReadyRefresh at all costs. 1 star. read more

ReadyRefresh - 2 MONTHS OF WATER JUGS NOT PICKED UP BY READY REFRESH! - Water Delivery Near Me - Colton, California

I am assuming since this location is closest to me that they are my deliver...but in general, I don't care where you are located. You are all affiliated and you are absolutely horrible!!!! To make a very pissed off long story short, I have schedule 4 damn times, waited the entire day only for a no show. I call and get the same apologies and then reschedule and ya no show me again. Today was the kicker...it was my regular day, ya no showed and then sent me an email saying my order was delivered. My empties are still one the porch.!!! One time 2 weeks ago, the guy pulled up in front of my house and sat there for 5 + mins...then just drove away!!! A moment t later I get an email stating "thank you for canceling your order" I DIDNT CANCEL A DAMN THING!!! I wait all day don't go anywhere , reschedule my plans to ensure I am available...you no show me!!!! What the heck is going on!!?????! Primo water is 100% better..why did they move over to you guys!!! I needed a new dispenser.. STILL WAITING ... AFTER OVER A MONTH OF REQUESTS!!!! JUST WORK WITH Me, GUYS. IM MELLOW, EASY GOING, WHY YA GOTTA MESS WITH ME. GEEEEZ!!! read more

My delivery driver is great, I feel for him...he was telling me since the merger between Sparklets & whoever else, that it has been a nightmare! We signed up for this water service while at Sam's Club, we were to get the dispenser with both hot & cold but did not get that & we were to get a $30 gift card emailed to us, we did not get that either! The driver that did the initial drop off set up a delivery for the correct dispenser for a week out, I look on the app later that day & they were going to deliver it the very next day with 4 more bottles of water. I skipped that delivery in the app but the following day it said they were still coming, (I had received 4 bottles the day before, why would they set me up with 4 the very next day?) I called in & the CSR set my date for the correct dispenser a week out, the day I originally requested, well the CSR didn't change the dispenser because the driver that does my route came with the same one I have, no hot water, not the drivers fault at all, he just shows up with whatever these people put in the system. I really feel bad for the delivery driver, he is a nice guy & is stressed out on this merger due to customer service not having their shite together. I just want to cancel the whole service, the inital signing up at Sam's Club, everything being wrong & not getting the gift card left a bad taste in my mouth, but the husband wont let me....yet. read more

DO NOT USE PRIMO BRANDS / READYREFRESH. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and completely disorganized. I placed an order for water delivery on May 31 and again for June 10. Not only did they cancel the first one, but they also rescheduled twice for the second--claiming they're switching companies, which is not my problem as a paying customer. We've literally gone days without water, and no one will reply to emails, return calls, or take accountability. I've now sent over 25 emails/messages. Nothing. They keep pushing delivery dates like we're supposed to just deal with it. You can't run a company that provides drinking water like this and expect people to tolerate it. If I ran my business this way, I'd be out of one. If you care about service, reliability, or basic communication--do not sign up with this company. They should be ashamed of how they treat paying families who depend on them. Also reporting to BBB. read more

The absolute WORST customer service any where. Cancelled my account 6 months ago and they're still trying to collect monies t money. Never delivered what I ordered. Claimed they would on the next delivery only to get the same crap arrowhead recycled water. Stay far away from this service. If I could rate a negative number I would. read more

Talk about the worst customer service. The prices fluctuate so much it's ridiculous but whatever. I have a card on file (current/not expired). So tell me why I was charged for sat month and this month PLUS a $20 late fee. Who was late? They were at charging me. When I called I was met by the rudest customer service representative- Mark I believe. Could do nothing for me but refund the $20 late which would take 20+ business days (make that make sense). I decided to cancel my service. Prices were said to go up again on my next bill and frankly the convenience just isn't worth the cost anymore. When I asked for clarification on the pick up date of my cooler and jugs he said ' I already told you it was Monday'. FULL on attitude. I had not been rude and even said I know the mistake wasn't his fault. I'm sure this will go nowhere but Ready Refresh you need to do better. read more

Was great when they were still Arrowhead. But now part of a group called Blue Triton. Service deteriorated under them. Delivery guy is great, does a good job, 5 star. Product is over priced, 3 stars. The business office is awful, 1 star. Customer service is 3 star, takes too long and too many steps to talk to a person. read more

Do not do business with this company they changed me for service i never received changed my account twice and late fees a total of $114.00 for one month and are refusing to refund the over payment. I will never do business with this company again read more

The worst!!! Terrible problems with delivery. I used the delivery when it was a different owner, and once it was bought up by this company, nothing but problems. Failed delivery when I scheduled it. Now they no longer carry the 5 gallon glass bottles which is why I used the service before. Finding someone else to deliver water, or getting it from grocery store. Sadly, this new company is buying up all the water companies. Awful!!! read more

All the business manager can say is thank you for your feedback! How about returning bottle deposit. I tried calling, they leave you on hold forever and never get back to you. Just return my bottle deposit! They owe me more than $120 bucks for the deposit! If I could do zero stars I would too!! read more

I'm on the line with customer service now and they have put me on hold for a combined ten minutes. I have made five customer service calls to Ready Refresh and I have sent three messages to them about the random, incorrect and awful service I've received over the past month. I can't recommend a service that gives you any water they wish and can charge you whatever they want without taking any accountability. read more

This company is a scam. Fraudulently charged us $426 and customer service had us on hold for over an hour and then they disappeared. Their social media comments show a lot of similar concerning issues. Avoid them read more

Prices on 5 Gal water jugs have increased quite a bit since the merger. Some of the prices aren't even practical.

After sale of company we originally signed up with had sporadic delivery and service with delivery, no explanation for huge price increase after being sold, many leaking bottles. Nothing to complain about the water. Problem with trying to pay bill, then was given noticed that we were severely delinquent , which happened almost every month. Tried to pay and was told do not owe any thing, but the warning and threats kept coming. We got the service through Costco, initially it was great, I now do NOT recommend Prime or ready fresh as they seemed to be confused with their name read more

Very unreliable delivery service. Too many systematic issues on their website and app. Scheduled deliveries are missed every month as scheduled. All records of scheduled deliveries disappear. Poor customer service and worse automated voice system when trying to escalate their own missed delivery. Customer Service Agents are not capable of providing help when they miss the deliveries. They just read the same script repeatedly instead of providing real responses. I run out of water every single month. I had to take screen caps of scheduled deliveries before they are wiped off the system to prove that customer service is gaslighting you. read more

I'm stuck with Refresh after primo water delivery - the app goes NOT allow me to provide feedback.. Every time I say TEO water bottles and I get three / my garage is filling up with empties.. more money for you I get it but ZERO customer service read more

You ask what can be improved? I say everything. The whole company sucks. I ordered one bottle I get 2. I change the water brand I keep getting the same old brand. 2 times in a row. Customer service is a joke I can't get through to anyone same day I have to wait for a stupid response 5-7 business days. I get leaking bottles. Then they ask for a tip for the driver. If they were doing great work then yes. But im getting the opposite nothing is ever right. If I can give a company no stars this company deserves no stars. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. Ridiculous service. Said I had a past due amount but was up to date. Tried to cancel my service and have them pick up their equipment. Scheduled a date to pick up but never showed up and rescheduled 2 times without notifying me. read more

Never had a problem with Primo water, but since Primo merged with ReadyRefresh, it's been nothing but a nightmare! DO NOT go with this water delivery company!!!! I was supposed to get my water delivery April 24th, and got the email that they were merging on April 22. I made sure everything was up to date and my order was good to go BEFORE the cut off date. They had changed my water delivery date to Friday the 25th, I was ok with that. When Friday came, I set my bottles out before work and when I came home, they were still there. I saw the delivery driver come, and leave, and NEVER ONCE GET OUT THE TRUCK!!! I then got a notice my delivery was rescheduled for the following Tuesday, April 29. Today (April 29th) I set my bottles out and same thing, only I didn't get any notification that my delivery was going to be skipped, they skipped it without telling me. I am LIVID at this point because now I have no water, AND they sent me an invoice for the water dispenser for this month and next, collectively. I'm sorry but I can't even use the dispenser because I don't even have any water to use it with! So instead of charging me for the dispenser why don't you actually send me the water first!!! I am very dissatisfied!! And not only that, it's impossible to even cancel the service because you can't even speak to a live agent!! The customer service line just hangs up on you!!! Ridiculous!!! read more

I've had my dispenser in my living room for almost half a year. They won't come pick up the dispenser. I had someone come pick up the water bottles and told me that they could not pick up the dispenser because it was not their job but they worked for ReadyRefresh. I'm still being charged for the dispenser and now everything went to collections. Super unprofessional never buy from this company unless you want added stress in your life. How can they improve?.. by closing the company. Disgusting. read more

Sparkletts didn't share information about a merger with Primo Water. Pricing went from $7.99 per bottle, to 29.99 without ANY NOTICE. WATER IS HORRIBLE AND SUSPECT. I've got 4 full bottles of the awful water I am afraid to drink!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Deliveries all over the place, we ran out of water twice since the merge and YOU CANNOT REACH THEM!!!! I waited 3 different days for an hour, (I work 12 hour days 5 days a week so my time is compromised) when a rep finally gets my call, I SOMEHOW get disconnected!! Is this a mistake on their part, I don't think so, it was purposefully as they cannot handle ALL of the complaints. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY, OUTRAGEOUS! read more

Had recently cancelled my subscription this path month of October over the phone, agent advised someone would come pick up the water dispenser and whatever empty bottles I had. They did, but now they want to charge me a reconditioning fee that was never explained to me. Beware if you cancelled your subscription they will charge you a fee. That does not sound right or how a company should be doing business. That's something as the company you should be doing on your own. read more

I have been a customer of "Sparkletts Water" and since this merger nothing but problems. I have been on hold for 45 minutes with no "human". The driver leaves leaking bottles of water, tells me that I'm the only one in my complex that gets delivery every 2 weeks and I need to change to once a month! And the last straw is they left that crappy ARROWHEAD WATER AND NOT SPARKLETTS. This is such BAB BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I moved to Murrieta and have had nothing but problems and non delivery from a driver named Paul! read more

I ordered for one day, they cancelled until the next day, and then they changed it again to 4 days later. Absolutely unacceptable. I cancelled this place. Horrible customer service. read more

At first, I wasn't sure who I should speak to regarding my delivery schedule. Then I found a number for Primo Brands. I call customer Service and was on hold for over 30 mins. I Hung up and tried later. 30 mins later, an agent came on line. I complained about the 30 mins hold, she said to me that some customer was on hold for 45 mins. This is unacceptable. All the complaints I read are the same problems I have experienced. I would not recommend to anyone. If this is the mother company for Primo Brands, I strongly advise you not do business with them. read more

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! There are so many other places that offer better service. This company will lie to you and say no cancellation fee but that is a LIE! they kept charging my account when I had no deliveries, and kept changing my account to try to charge other fee's. Upon bringing this to light they just keep saying they can't do anything. Don't fall for this scam! (Towards company response: That is not what your guys call it, I talked to Your representatives that came to my complex and fed us lies about ending the membership. I CALLED THAT NUMBER YOU JUST REPLIED, I told them the promises your representative explained and the worker could only say, "sorry but there is nothing we can do but still charge you" so even reaching out has no help. Your company is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I keep what I say, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY) read more

UPDATE: When the morons do deliver, they deliver on a date that was cancelled. We cancelled a delivery because we had enough water, and the morons still delivered. We ain't gonna pay the bill though. Sucks for them! read more

Never use these people. At best, they are incompetent morons. At worst, they are freaking thieves preying on my 92-year-old mother. I cancelled this service in October. My mother could not afford to pay $90 per month for bottled water. The ReadyFresh company said they would give my mother two months free service if she stayed. We agreed. In November, they sent me five bottles. In December, you sent a bill for that delivery. So, I cancelled the service. They promised two months free service, then tried to bill us for it. In January, they sent another invoice. I contacted them by phone and email, telling them that we cancelled service and requested that they pick up their equipment. In February, they sent another invoice. I contacted you by phone and email, telling them that we cancelled service and requested that they pick up their equipment. In March, they sent an invoice. I contacted them and told them to cancel three times, and I told them that if you did not pick up the equipment, I was going to put it on the street. In April, I contacted them three times after they sent another invoice. Again, I told them I was going to dump the equipment in the street. My sister was visiting. She called you and finally reached someone who gave a shit. That person scheduled an equipment pick up. They came by and picked up the equipment. The invoices and payment demands continued every month since them, but now they are trying to charge us for the equipment because they say they have no record of their people pick it up. Incompetent Morons. If I could give negative stars, I would. read more

I wish I could give this company NO star because they're terrible and have so many ridiculous hidden fees. If you're a member you're expected to pay $14 for a 5 gallon water bottle. If you go on their website and sign in as a guest you'll order that same bottle for $8.......lol that makes zero sense but OKAY. I finally returned their dispenser and simply went on Amazon and found one for under $200. For full disclosure, I'd been paying $15 every month for the past 4 years without really realizing it (yes I know, it's my fault for not checking my account ). Either way, I'm done with them. read more

Avoid subscribing to this company! I was perfectly satisfied prior to this nightmare of a merger. The call system is a joke, they leave you on hold for an hour then disconnect!! The system can't seem to find my phone number that's associated with my account yet they can find my credit card to bill me??? I was originally getting the Sparkletts spring water and then they switched it on my prior delivery to disgusting ARROWHEAD water, NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I checked their site and my delivery details and it still states that it is available to order and it was still in my delivery details, seems like a bit of "steering" and "false advertising". I called a few weeks ago to initially complain about this very issue and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes the representative tells me that he can't assist me because my account hasn't merged over to the new system?!!! What? Then how do you have my credit card details and my delivery address?? It's starting to give scam vibes to be quite frank. From all the other reviews I see I am not alone in my utter dissatisfaction with this company and its unethical tactics and lack of transparency. Bait and switch at its finest. I wish I could leave a zero star review but a 1 star will have to suffice. If this is the manner that you treat your consumers then you'll probably be filing chapter 7 or 13 shortly as your consumers will cancel service. I will be reporting this company to the consumer trade commission, the BBB and any other that I can find. read more

I signed up with ready refresh at my job BJ's wholesale club they was doing a promo . So after 2 services delivery was always skipped I called talked with a agent with a accent and she acted like she didn't know what was going on . Asked about the money getting pulled for delivery she said yes we will pull now and u will get ur water delivery. That was a lie . Keep happening Everytime so after a few months I gave up and cancelled now I get a bill for 55.00 recondition fee . After they picked up all they stuff asked to remove my payment method and they haven't so they keep changing my card for 55.00 so I just transfer my money to my other card sad read more

These guys are bad. They should be zero stars. I have never experienced an incompetent company like this, and not only this i don't want to be involved with a company that offers water delivery, with no communication. Customer service agents have no outbound calling abilities, they can't send you an email, everything is just automated and they increase the prices every 6 months. Referral process is non existent they do everything for clout. I recommended a friend within my first few months, never received a promo. Not only this they only have bottom tier water selection. Arrowhead is their premium offering. I don't want to be involved with this company, delivery drivers come whenever they want to sometimes weeks after the scheduled date, and now they want you to be inclined to tip the drivers, which I wouldn't mind if I knew when they were coming, and making my house look crappy with all of the bottles outside collecting dust waiting for a delivery guy to pick them up. read more

I've been a customer for about 5 years and the service was average. However, over the past 2 years the customer service has been terrible. I'm actually thinking about a whole house water filter system because of it. They can't keep the same delivery date. It's not even the same week. They change it at their whim. You can't call or chat with a live person. And the price has gone to up $3. Per 5 gallons over the past 2 years. read more

I have been using ReadyRefresh services for over one year. If I change the amount of water to be delivered, I only did this twice, they never deliver our order. After speaking with their "agent" whom promised it was going to be delivered that same day, it was never delivered! However, they charged my card. ReadyRefresh, unfortunately, is an unreliable company. Their services will be discontinued. Shame on this company! I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. read more

Never have I ever had a company treat me so poorly as Ready Refresh has! I had been a customer of theirs for over 5 years and everything was OK until a few months ago. I always paid by having them debit my checking account, I do this for all my bills that support this. In March'22, I start receiving notices that my account has not been paid. I tried calling but due to "high call volume" they couldn't take my call and to use the text help system, and they will get back to me in 2-3 days! Well that didn't work... Finally was able to talk with a representative who said they could process my payment no problem. They lied! Now I've got this big red banner across the top of my on-line account that said because we couldn't process your payment we are suspending deliveries! Amazingly was able to again talk with a representative again and they claimed my checking account refused their request for payment. My bank always notifies me when they refuse a payment request and I received none from them! I'll give them this...it was easier to get a hold of a representative, they must have hired a bunch of them, I just wish they would have trained them in customer service. When I called Ready Refresh again, and learned that my bank was refusing their payment request, I changed the payment method to a credit card. They stated that the credit card payment worked, and I verified it did. So I thought everything was resolved, Noooo... I was unable to re-establish automatic deliveries!?!! My balance was $0.00 what's the issue?? By the way, after two weeks they still had not removed the big red banner across my on-line account saying we couldn't process your payment we are suspending deliveries! I called Ready Refresh for the last time to ask why I couldn't restart automatic deliveries again and she didn't know why either! I asked to speak with a supervisor and when she came on I asked the same question (by the way, I was completely civil to these people even though I felt like screaming at them). The supervisor stated that the only way to re-establish automatic deliveries is to set up automatic payments to Ready Refresh... I said no and cancelled my service. read more
