Title: Unreliable Service and Useless Customer Support For the second month in a row, I have not received my water delivery. I currently have seven empty water bottles sitting outside my door, and I'm down to my last one. As a disabled veteran, this experience has been especially frustrating. Primo Water/ReadyRefresh customer service is completely unhelpful--they only repeat the same information shown on the app or website and have no way to contact their drivers to find out why deliveries aren't happening as scheduled. Because of this, I've had to disrupt my neurological medication routine just to wake up early at 6:30 a.m. in case they arrive--but they never do. This is unacceptable and harmful to my health. Their customer service and supervisor lines are also poorly managed. The supervisor line closes on East Coast time, leaving West Coast customers like me with no access to help or escalation when issues occur. At this point, I'm done. I will no longer spend another dime with Primo/ReadyRefresh. I'm finding another water company that's reliable, accountable, and actually cares about its customers. I am assuming since this location is closest to me that they are my deliver...but in general, I don't care where you are located. You are all affiliated and you are absolutely horrible!!!! To make a very pissed off long story short, I have schedule 4 damn times, waited the entire day only for a no show. I call and get the same apologies and then reschedule and ya no show me again. My delivery driver is great, I feel for him...he was telling me since the merger between Sparklets & whoever else, that it has been a nightmare! We signed up for this water service while at Sam's Club, we were to get the dispenser with both hot & cold but did not get that & we were to get a $30 gift card emailed to us, we did not get that either! The driver that did the initial drop off set up a delivery for the correct dispenser for a week out, I look on the app later that day & they were going to deliver it the very next day with 4 more bottles of water. I skipped that delivery in the app but the following day it said they were still coming, (I had received 4 bottles the day before, why would they set me up with 4 the very next day?) I called in & the CSR set my date for the correct dispenser a week out, the day I originally requested, well the CSR didn't change the dispenser because the driver that does my route came with the same one I have, no hot water, not the drivers fault at all, he just shows up with whatever these people put in the system. I really feel bad for the delivery driver, he is a nice guy & is stressed out on this merger due to customer service not having their shite together. DO NOT USE PRIMO BRANDS / READYREFRESH. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and completely disorganized. I placed an order for water delivery on May 31 and again for June 10. Not only did they cancel the first one, but they also rescheduled twice for the second--claiming they're switching companies, which is not my problem as a paying customer. We've literally gone days without water, and no one will reply to emails, return calls, or take accountability. I've now sent over 25 emails/messages. Nothing. They keep pushing delivery dates like we're supposed to just deal with it. You can't run a company that provides drinking water like this and expect people to tolerate it. If I ran my business this way, I'd be out of one. If you care about service, reliability, or basic communication--do not sign up with this company. Talk about the worst customer service. The prices fluctuate so much it's ridiculous but whatever. I have a card on file (current/not expired). So tell me why I was charged for sat month and this month PLUS a $20 late fee. Who was late? They were at charging me. When I called I was met by the rudest customer service representative- Mark I believe. Could do nothing for me but refund the $20 late which would take 20+ business days (make that make sense). I decided to cancel my service. Prices were said to go up again on my next bill and frankly the convenience just isn't worth the cost anymore. When I asked for clarification on the pick up date of my cooler and jugs he said ' I already told you it was Monday'. FULL on attitude. The worst!!! Terrible problems with delivery. I used the delivery when it was a different owner, and once it was bought up by this company, nothing but problems. Failed delivery when I scheduled it. Now they no longer carry the 5 gallon glass bottles which is why I used the service before. Finding someone else to deliver water, or getting it from grocery store. After sale of company we originally signed up with had sporadic delivery and service with delivery, no explanation for huge price increase after being sold, many leaking bottles. Nothing to complain about the water. Problem with trying to pay bill, then was given noticed that we were severely delinquent , which happened almost every month. Very unreliable delivery service. Too many systematic issues on their website and app. Scheduled deliveries are missed every month as scheduled. All records of scheduled deliveries disappear. Poor customer service and worse automated voice system when trying to escalate their own missed delivery. Customer Service Agents are not capable of providing help when they miss the deliveries. They just read the same script repeatedly instead of providing real responses. I run out of water every single month. Never had a problem with Primo water, but since Primo merged with ReadyRefresh, it's been nothing but a nightmare! DO NOT go with this water delivery company!!!! I was supposed to get my water delivery April 24th, and got the email that they were merging on April 22. I made sure everything was up to date and my order was good to go BEFORE the cut off date. They had changed my water delivery date to Friday the 25th, I was ok with that. When Friday came, I set my bottles out before work and when I came home, they were still there. I saw the delivery driver come, and leave, and NEVER ONCE GET OUT THE TRUCK!!! I then got a notice my delivery was rescheduled for the following Tuesday, April 29. Today (April 29th) I set my bottles out and same thing, only I didn't get any notification that my delivery was going to be skipped, they skipped it without telling me. I am LIVID at this point because now I have no water, AND they sent me an invoice for the water dispenser for this month and next, collectively. I'm sorry but I can't even use the dispenser because I don't even have any water to use it with! So instead of charging me for the dispenser why don't you actually send me the water first!!! Had recently cancelled my subscription this path month of October over the phone, agent advised someone would come pick up the water dispenser and whatever empty bottles I had. They did, but now they want to charge me a reconditioning fee that was never explained to me. Beware if you cancelled your subscription they will charge you a fee. At first, I wasn't sure who I should speak to regarding my delivery schedule. Then I found a number for Primo Brands. I call customer Service and was on hold for over 30 mins. I Hung up and tried later. 30 mins later, an agent came on line. I complained about the 30 mins hold, she said to me that some customer was on hold for 45 mins. This is unacceptable. All the complaints I read are the same problems I have experienced. I would not recommend to anyone. My mother could not afford to pay $90 per month for bottled water. The ReadyFresh company said they would give my mother two months free service if she stayed. We agreed. In November, they sent me five bottles. In December, you sent a bill for that delivery. So, I cancelled the service. They promised two months free service, then tried to bill us for it. I called a few weeks ago to initially complain about this very issue and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes the representative tells me that he can't assist me because my account hasn't merged over to the new system?!!! What? Then how do you have my credit card details and my delivery address?? It's starting to give scam vibes to be quite frank. From all the other reviews I see I am not alone in my utter dissatisfaction with this company and its unethical tactics and lack of transparency. Bait and switch at its finest. Customer service agents have no outbound calling abilities, they can't send you an email, everything is just automated and they increase the prices every 6 months. Referral process is non existent they do everything for clout. I recommended a friend within my first few months, never received a promo. Not only this they only have bottom tier water selection. Arrowhead is their premium offering. The delivery service is good But! The billing part sucks. They take your payment 6-7 before your scheduled delivery and put it on hold until after they deliver. If you call them as I did twice already the woman which has a big accent and full of Bullshit excuses and acts like she has no clue what's going on.
