Never have I ever had a company treat me so poorly as Ready Refresh has! I had been a customer of theirs for over 5 years and everything was OK until a few months ago. I always paid by having them debit my checking account, I do this for all my bills that support this. In March'22, I start receiving notices that my account has not been paid. I tried calling but due to "high call volume" they couldn't take my call and to use the text help system, and they will get back to me in 2-3 days! Well that didn't work... Finally was able to talk with a representative who said they could process my payment no problem. They lied! Now I've got this big red banner across the top of my on-line account that said because we couldn't process your payment we are suspending deliveries! Amazingly was able to again talk with a representative again and they claimed my checking account refused their request for payment. My bank always notifies me when they refuse a payment request and I received none from them! I'll give them this...it was easier to get a hold of a representative, they must have hired a bunch of them, I just wish they would have trained them in customer service. When I called Ready Refresh again, and learned that my bank was refusing their payment request, I changed the payment method to a credit card. They stated that the credit card payment worked, and I verified it did. So I thought everything was resolved, Noooo... I was unable to re-establish automatic deliveries!?!! My balance was $0.00 what's the issue?? By the way, after two weeks they still had not removed the big red banner across my on-line account saying we couldn't process your payment we are suspending deliveries! I called Ready Refresh for the last time to ask why I couldn't restart automatic deliveries again and she didn't know why either! I asked to speak with a supervisor and when she came on I asked the same question (by the way, I was completely civil to these people even though I felt like screaming at them). The supervisor stated that the only way to re-establish automatic deliveries is to set up automatic payments to Ready Refresh... I said no and cancelled my service. read more

I agree with the others, this company has gone downhill. They were once good but now in a time where we have so many other options for water dispensers and delivery, their customer service plummeted. We finally canceled our service only to be charged the $50 reconditioning fee for a dispenser that is well over 20 years old! I reached out and explained that we should not be charged this fee since we canceled due to their poor service and have been paying a rental fee for on this dispenser for over 2 decades, only to receive a 2nd invoice with a $20 late fee on top of the $50! read more

BEWARE they will do anything for money Horrible horrible horrible. Worker came on her day off, should've known something was up, she came asked too many personal questions and filled out the form herself "for us" added stuff to our deliveries that we never asked for, ended up with a $55+ bill every month somehow. Couldn't pay it for 3 months and got no deliveries and called to cancel they threatened to send to collections for $175 for deliveries I never received. Settled the payment, then right before we end the call, worker BARELY tells me there's another $50 fee after dispenser pick up. They don't check there notes, they're unintegral, this whole system is to rob. read more

Won't let you cancel your service or return their equipment, conveniently having no records of any attempts to return their equipment they will continue to charge you rental fees and excessive late fees. read more

ReadyRefresh is horrible! They will continue to bill you 50.00 for a reconditioning fee for the water dispenser after canceling the account. There was never any place that mentioned this fee. The company is horrible. Do not do business with these crooks. read more

I've had ReadyRefresh for about three years now and although I'm now paying double what I did at the start, I am sticking with them. Yes, they've missed delivery days but always get here eventually. I live in a rural area so I'm glad they do! I can't think of any business that was not disrupted by the pandemic, and ReadyRefresh is no exception. read more

It says to post a review I must choose a star - Zero stars, they are so bad you can't even call a telephone number and it says right on the website that if you email them your complaint it takes 5-7 days to get back with you. I have 3 business locations, moved one of them from SD to Temecula and they still delivered the bottles to the old location where they picked up the water cooler!!! OMG they have their heads up their behinds!! Run far away very fast!!! Worst than that they auto-deduct from my checking account can't get them to stop until I contacted the bank!!! read more

Can't get it right. Ordered the water system and they showed up with one that sprayed water all over when they installed it. It was broken. It happens. They came back to drop one off the next day and dropped off the wrong color. We let them know and they said ok we can be there in a WEEK to swap it. ?? Ok. Nothing they could do about it. We said that's ok just pick it up then and cancel the dispenser. We bought our own from Lowe's for $100 cheaper and the nicer one. When they came 9 days later they still dropped off another dispenser anyways. And STILL THE WRONG COLOR! Almost laughable now but it gets better. They said they couldn't pick up for 11 DAYS! We insisted they pick up sooner so we don't have to store in safe keeping. This big box. That technically is not ours now. Spoke to a supervisor that "couldn't promise but was confident given the circumstances they would pick up right away. They never showed up early. Box was out front the whole time. Moral. They don't care about customers. If you like their water good but don't get the dispenser. Cheaper and better at lowes. Sorry guys. Poor business operation. read more

Well, I guess it's good to see that I wasn't the only one singled out for poor service with this company. I understood when there were service issues during covid and service I think was fine before then but afterward, once things got back to normal they were still terrible. They would just reschedule deliveries whenever they wanted and when I would call to ask about the different dates they didn't understand why they had changed and could only sometimes correct the dates. Other times they would just continually push out the deliveries a week at a time until it would put me out of water. Whenever I called customer service (an obvious out of country call center) they could never do anything about getting my water to me when I needed it. Not until I was going to cancel my account and got to a local person could they be bothered to get me my water on time (which was apparently no problem at that point). Unfortunately this was too little too late. I let them do it one time and give me a discount while I researched a new water company, but then I cancelled after I got up and running with the other company. They really want to do whatever they can to keep you when you're cancelling (discounts up the wazoo and priority delivery service so you will actually get your deliveries on the scheduled date, why wasn't I on that before, and why do you even need to be on a priority delivery, shouldn't all scheduled deliveries be a priority), but again, too little too late. Oh yeah, and the prices just kept going up and up too. Nothing like paying even more money for no water and terrible customer service. Do not use this company. I am now going with Master's Refreshers Water and Coffee. Prices are comparable (probably cheaper now with all the price hikes) and they are on top of their deliveries and customer service. At least when I cancelled they didn't charge me for the pick up of their equipment as I see some others got charged. So that was something... ha ha ha read more

DON'T CHOSE THIS COMPANY! Horrible. Stayed home from work all day and waited for scheduled pick-up of equipment and empty bottles for nothing. Never showed up. Whole day wasted. Upon calling, 4 hour window turned into 10 hour window, and then never. They never bothered to call and let me know. Had I not called, I would've not known they weren't coming until 8-10 PM. Called twice and got the runaround. I was told they have 45 deliveries per day, which isn't my fault or my problem. I am one of those 45 paying customers. Now will have to haul the entire water dispenser and five empty bottles to new address, and reschedule a pick-up at the new address. I doubt they will bother to show up there and then either. Terrible communication. Horrible, horrible customer service, especially when I've already more than paid for the water dispenser as a paying customer, and now with an entirely wasted day. Well, I have used Arrowhead Water for years and they'd always been on time and solid in delivery and services. However, maybe they are going through big changes, they have scheduled 2 deliveries for me and didn't show up for both times so I had to go out and get water. Someone knocked on my door saying that had a sale going on and I could get 4 water gallons for only 28 dollars here I think I'm getting a deal because the gallons alone are pretty Pricey. Little did I know I was basically paying $20 For a filled gallon that I could've went to the store and filled it for a dollar . Also they don't explain to you that when you receive the gallons have to return them even if you cancel and have already paid . now I feel like I'm just being ripped off with a horrible explanation from their workers. Mind you I asked the girl oh I'm able to keep them and she said yes and then still tried to sell me on buying a water cooler which I already have and I then proceeded to tell her that I had one and she insisted on it saying oh it's free .Now here I am reading about peoples reviews that they're paying on it ......I highly recommend nobody order from them it is a scam for overpriced water it is ridiculous. read more

I had been very happy with the service of Ready Refresh until my last order. I had a delivery scheduled for which they charged my credit card $95.77. That evening I received a message that my delivery had been completed. However, I never received the order and I was here all day. When I complained, they responded that their records show there was a delivery and that they picked up two empties from me that day. Their proof of delivery is a message that says "We couldn't snap a picture but your order is ready for you". I actually had 4 empties on my porch that are still sitting there! I sent a picture suggesting that they check my account to see how many bottles I have received and how many I have sent back. If they did this, they would see that I didn't get my delivery. I have been waiting a month now for a response. Needless to say, they have lost a good customer and they deserve the loss. read more

Do not use Readyfresh!! They came to my home stating they had a promotion for $1.99 per month to help bring water to the community during the pademic lock downs. They told me this price would never change and that I would not receive any surprise fees. A couple months later they began charging me $35 dollars, and each month it kept increasing. I tried calling them to cancel my subscription but hold times were 2 hours. I submitted a ticket but never heard back from them. I called again and waited an hour just to speak to a representative. They stated that in the fine print that fees were subject to change but the reps I spoke with said the fees would never change let alone keep increasing month after month. I believe they tried to use the CV pademic to dupe people into believing they were helping the community and once they got their hooks into their bank accounts, they proceeded to take advantage. I spoke with my neighbors who also bought their services and they were blind sided by the increase charges as well and cancelled their membership. Also, the water station they lent kept leaking and caused my tiles to warp. We noticed that when the station was plugged in, it would leak all over the kitchen floor so we had to keep it unplugged. I was scheduled for a delivery on Monday 10/7 They usually come in the morning as I work a spit shift and not there all day. It's even noted in my account the hours of my operation. Around 100 pm I noticed the truck drive right by my gate which was open by the way so as time progressed and still no delivery so I called Ready Fresh and they told me he had run out of time because of an installation and I would be scheduled for the next day 10/8. Tuesday comes and I called that morning and was told I was scheduled between 9:30-10:30, as time went on still no water delivery so I called ReadyFresh they then told me the guy was held up at an installation it would be between 3:15-4:15 no later. After getting disconnected twice I called back the next morning and again I was promised another time 12-1:00 well this time he came about 1150 when I said you're late he acted surprised and said late I'm yeah like 2 days late he laughs and said well I haven't been able to come in I said the one gate is always open he said well the other ones not and I gotta jump through hoops. Whatever that means I don't know. But I explain the school keeps it closed for security reasons. And I was told another thing when I called not to mention I watched him drive by he didn't even try to come in the open gate he was just plain out lazy. We're a corporate with several sites that order from you guys I will definitely talk to my manager to see if we can get another service. read more
