They even have a small corner eatery within the store (Vietnamese food). Offers frying at no charge (cleaning included) when you buy fresh fish or even other seafood like squid or octopus. Seasoning included upon request (what a deal). No charge cuts and slice for fresh meat and poultry too. Just need to let them know how thin or how many cut pieces you need. This mart offers a vast selection of of oriental delicacies, pastries , sauces, seasoning packets, frozen as well as fresh produce not sold in the regular grocery store! Service is good and fast!! The hot food is good, I had the goat kaldareta (kaldaretang kambing) and bistec and both were excellent. It's nice to find a local place that serves nice fresh homestyle Filipino cuisine. They rotate the menu daily so there is always some decent variety. I'm excited to return and try something else.

3.5 stars Funnily…read moreenough, I never knew that there was an H Mart in Chino, or rather existed in-between Sam's Club and Kohls! I visit this plaza often due to Sam's Club, but rarely drive in the plaza towards Kohls so I was surprised when my friend told me the other week. I needed to head to both Kohls and Sam's Club for errands and stopped by H Mart to grab a few items. I am spoiled by the H Mart in Diamond Bar (DB), so I was expecting something along the same lines but it was a bit different in this location. It is cleaner but some of the produce and fruit were not as fresh as the DB location. Also, there was an entire fridge aisle of alcohol drinks! That sure was a sight to see, since I do not ever recall seeing that in the DB location, or at least not that close to the entrance, let alone across from the produce and fruit. We did see a worker throwing out prepared food, so they must be clearing out already prepared food halfway through the day or something because we were surprised as it was still early afternoon. We do not recommend purchasing the prepped sweet potato here as they are dry and hard, not as fresh as the DB location. We were able to find what we needed and were on our way. The lines to the cashier are very short so it is convenient, as compared to the lines at the DB location, along with the always busy parking lot. This location is a bit smaller than others and also a bit pricier, probably due to the location. Overall, it is convenient if one is in the area and need a few items, but this would not be my main H Mart to shop at.

The prices were comparable to 99 ranch and seafood yet the fish was not really fresh. The eyes were red and frozen. You can technically felt the ice frozen inside the fish. That's made it heavy to weigh. The clean was free . Thank you. The coconut juice I literally was very cheap. Be back for some Asian needs .
