We have been getting our R/O water from here since we moved here to the area. The owner is always kind and helpful and the water is FANTASTIC! We have been "water snobs" for years and have shared our water with others, and shown them the difference (and better) of the quality of this water. The taste (or lack there of) is clean and extremely refreshing. If you drink either tap water or, filtered water from the fridge or even bottled water, and then drink this water, you will definitely taste the difference! My family of 4 drinks about 20 gallons of water a week, so we should know! Water is our #1 beverage. Filling our 5 gallon bottles every other week is easy and quick. For less than ¢.50 a gallon, you can't get better tasting water!! If you fill your bottles from those water machines at the stores, they don't compare! If I was able to give 0 or negative stars I would this business needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The lady behind the counter was very rude stand office and when I had my complaint all of a sudden she couldn't understand English.. I've always used alkaline water for years and went to several water stores I've never paid over a dollar a gallon this location charges $3.50 a gallon and they won't let you know the prices until they've already filled up your jugs I don't not recommend this location for no one and we'll report it. If you are in the Murrieta, Temecula area I recommend WATER & ICE off of mission Avenue. read more

Bought a 5 gal bottle here with the pour spout and filled with Alkaline water, spent almost $40 on just that. The spout had a slow leak, went to return it or swap it out and the lady wouldn't let me. Even though she was the one that sold it to me. Said she wasn't the owner and couldn't do it. The least they could do is satisfy a customer. Just wanted a fair trade. I won't be going back there. Plus the fill stations out front are not card reader. Inconvenient. They need to update. read more

Before coming to water plus I would get my alkaline water at other places and these other places I was going to somehow always left me disappointed because their alkaline dispensers always broke for some reason. Ample parking. Family owned and OH SO NICE!!!!! Everyone is so helpful. They have a water bottle cleansing station and lots of water dispensers so you never have to wait. They offer a large variety of plastic and glass water containers for purchase and new caps should yours be damaged or lost. If you're looking for alkaline water, this is a great spot. And in the event they are closed, you even have access to exterior water dispensers to purchase water. The place is soooooooooooo clean. Hand sanitizer is always available and they clean right as soon as you are done. The majority of the time a staff member even helps you with filling your bottles to assist with efficiency. Did I mention how clean this location is? Did I mention how nice they are? No, I'm serious!!! It's SO CLEAN AND THEY ARE SOOOOOOOOOO NICE! They even offer you a bottle of water to go! When I moved out to Lake Elsinore, I really missed the great family and water store I used to shop at in Fullerton. I looked for a new water spot soon after moving here and this was the nearest one I found that was not one of those gross stand alone spots that always looks unclean and shady. I already had the water jug. They charge .30 a gallon. Winco charges .25, But the difference is; Winco water out of machine tastes like crap. The reason? They only have one machine so the filter never has a chance to recharge. Go to Winco if you want crap. I have been getting all our drinking water from this store for quite some time. The people in the store are always very helpful and help with filling up the bottles. I usually get 30 gallons at a time in 10 jugs so it would take me quite a bit of time with no help. In this store it only takes a couple of minuts.
