I have been to the store several times since I've purchased my pool home but this time the service was simply top notch. Ally tried to fix one of the pieces for me but eventually she found another solution! She told me if it didn't work to bring it back but there was no need, it worked perfectly! Most other times I'm just in and out of the store real quick and no one (who works there) usually talks to me. Ally made the 3 trips in one day visit a pleasant shopping experience!
