The delivery service is so bad I don't even know where to start. They promise bottles delivered to your front door but they deliver my bottles on the street not even close to my house. On top of that they do not collect the bottles we used because they never make it to my house. I have gone through this for three deliveries after talking with Sparkletts and they promising me things will change. It never does so I'm dropping the account. We also wanted Sparkletts water and they only give us Primo water. I asked why they will not give us the Sparkletts water and they say that is all that is left on the truck so that is what you get. I highly do not recommend this company. read more

Well I'm not surprised about the 1 star reviews. Like many have said, once the name changed, the service has changed. This entire week has been frustrating. I've been out of water for more than a week and have called everyday this week to ask about my water and everyday, I get an apology for the inconvenience but nothing changes. I scheduled an extra delivery and skipped my original delivery and both were still missed. In addition, I asked for 5 bottles, and only got 1 bottle delivered. So my frustration has turned into anger and I want to switch companies now. If you're a consumer reading this, believe all the reviews and do not sign up with this water company. You'll save yourself time and money. read more

Terrible customer service. They changed my delivery driver about 2 years ago, his name is Ray. He was fine for the longest time taking my delivery into my house and then in talking together, he caught onto my work schedule leaving one hour where I'm unable to get to the door. This is a disabled house hold. Sparkletts (water.com) knew this all along, never had an issue getting the water inside and neither did Ray until he heard he could come while I was working and not have to bring the water inside. This created an issue. It's literally one hour of one day and he could not manage to come before or after that hour. After several complaints, even speaking to his route manager, Abraham, who assured me he would fix the issue. Several months later, he finally got Ray to come at the right time and then suddenly Ray said he was not allowed to come into the house any longer. He did not have a mask on. So I said, go ahead and cancel the order then. Suddenly he was able to come in. Mind you, he doesn't have to touch anything. I get all the doors for him, he literally just has to carry it in but now he is upset that I complained so he made up a story about not being able to risk Covid even though he was still not in a mask. I then went to Abrahams boss because Abraham stopped returning my calls and his supervisor Lowell would not call back or deal with it at all so I have canceled my service. Now I am with Readyrefresh.com who does delivery and bottles less expensive and have no problem bringing the water into my house. Had this happened with Sparkletts (water.com) while still on contract it would of been a nightmare. We were with them for 5 years and they did nothing to rectify this situation when it became a problem but now I'm getting kind people who actually care about me and delivering my water properly. So, Sparkletts (water.com) loss. I'd suggest going with absolutely any other water delivery. Sparkletts (water.com) doesn't care at all about keeping their customers or doing the right thing. Regarding Cara's (a general manager) copy and paste reply. (She removed it after I posted the rest here. Lol) Yes, I'd like you to do something. Call me and also have Lowell call me. You can get Abraham to call me as well. Both Lowell and Abraham, along with the delivery driver, Ray knows exactly who I am. The account you lost on Bushnell Avenue in Riverside. Anyone want to place bets that I will not get a call back at all from any one of these 4 people? I will let you know if I do. (Nope, I didn't) read more

Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. My water delivery is every other Tuesday. February 14th was missed, I called customer support, and the representative said we would have a driver out tomorrow (February 15), and NO DELIVERY. I called the same day, and I was placed on hold for a very long time to have nothing resolved. I called on February 23rd and complained about missed delivery. Again, they said they would have a driver out the next day, and again, NO DELIVERY. I have no choice but to cancel my account with Sparkletts. read more

This service is a scam. They seldom come on days scheduled for delivery. They send an email several days in a row apologizing for the service not coming. It's impossible to get out of Auto-Pay on the website or cancel on the website. You are required to call to cancel your service but you will be on hold for 20 minutes and then give up as they intentionally don't staff their phone lines appropriately. I advise you to not use their service! read more

I have had sparkletts water for over way over 60 yrs and I have never had an issue of any kind. I get to know the water men that deliver and communicate with them they leave me as many bottles as I want or I tell them skip a trip or two no issue . I communicate with the deliver and not the office. They don't always deliver the message correctly. read more

I would give them 0 stars but not an option. Called 2 weeks ago and ordered water delivery service. Was given a day for initial setup and they no showed. Called the next day, was told they postponed for two days later. Would have been nice if they told me with a call or e-mail. So two days later they no showed again. When I called they said the driver could not access the residence. Total nonsense. They also said the driver tried to call. Also nonsense. So they re-scheduled for this morning and once again, no show. Cancelled the order. Absolutely horrible customer service. read more

Absolute atrocious of a company. Worst customer skills. Worst dispatching. Empty promises. Missed deliveries. Horrible water dispenser system. I've canceled my service 3 weeks ago, for three weeks straight I have yet to see someone come pick up their bottles and machine. Empty promises are being handed out that they will be here tomorrow, next week, etc yet still kept charging me. I am reporting this business to the better business bureau. This kind of lack of service and suspicious fraudulent ways are Absolutely disgusting. All for water, which in realty should be free. Sucks to know our free water system is contaminated beyond recognition. You guys are terrible. Stay away. Keep you money. Go Kangen or get a body glove water system for the kitchen. read more

looks like I'm not the only one that had trouble. Extra charges and they don't seem to pick up for delivery when they're supposed to. Now I've canceled and it's two months later and they still won't come get their equipment. read more

DO NOT USE!!!!!! This is ridiculous. After waiting on hold for an hour and a half, I was promised they would come replace my dispenser and give me two more waters. Delivery date was Wednesday. It is now Thursday and I have no way of contacting anyone. I'm going to have to look into a new service because how do I wait on hold for an hour and a half for water delivery then not get what was promised. Completely wasted my time and I now have three bottles I cannot use because the dispenser doesn't work. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Also I did email multiple times yet no one responded. So don't hold your breath on broken promises. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. I've have 3 missed deliveries and been calling customer service for past 3 days with just empty promises. Requested to have regional manager call me regarding concern and he hasn't returned my call. I've had 7 empty containers sitting on my porch for 3 days. The delivery person for Fontana does whatever the hell he wants and doesn't stick to delivery schedule. Mind you I had the same problem last year and regional manager said it wouldn't happen again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SPARKLETS- JUST READ THE REVIEWS. Canceling service today and telling all my friends and family not to get Sparkletts!! read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM - RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!! I've had sparkletts for the past 4 - 5 years with no issue, but I decided to cancel as I'm not home as much so the water was starting to pile up. I called in early January 2019 to cancel. Since I had 8 - 12 unused bottles, and sparkletts would not refund me to return them, we agreed to just charge me the $3/monthly equipment fee and once I've used up all the bottles, to call and have them picked up and then cancel the service/return the equipment. After 3 months of no delivery, a new bottle shows up at my doorstep unexpectedly at the end of March. I thought this was by mistake and didn't see a charge on my card so I just ignored it and left it outside. The next week, another bottle shows up unexpectedly. I called the the next day (Thursday) and they told me that was a mistake by the driver and they weren't sure why he didn't get the message to not deliver the water. They said to leave the water out and the driver would pick this up on Friday. Come Saturday morning, the bottles are still there. I called Saturday morning and they again said they're unsure why this wasn't fixed and why the driver didn't show up, but that they'd send him another note to pick these up on Monday. Monday comes and goes, and sure enough, Tuesday AM and the bottles are STILL THERE. I have to now call a FOURTH TIME tomorrow, Wednesday, to figure what the hell is going on. They are also saying I'll be given a credit of around $85 (the two bottles will be refunded PLUS the other 9 bottles I"m ready to return). I. AM. LIVID. over this SHADY INCOMPETENT BUSINESS. read more

They don't take care of their employees. The customer service call center staff is rude Water tastes great but very disappointed the company treats their drivers like they are not doing the work that makes the company money. Don't support this company. read more

I tried setting up water delivery service on March 26th and chose an April 4th delivery. It is now April 8th and still nothing. On March 27th i get an email about needing more information. Called then up the next day and said they needed my credit card info. Weird because all that was provided when i signed up online. So i provided the info. Sparkletts placed a 50 dollar hold on my cc... . April 4th came and nothing so i e-mailed them the next day. Today 4/8, i get an email saying i need to set up an account and provided my SSN. I'm done. Should not be this much trouble trying to set up service. I had Nestle for 6 years and wanted to try sparkletts. Never had issues with Nestle. They just got too expensive. Save yourself the trouble and move on from sparklets. incompetence at its fineness. FYI, it's at least a 15 min or more for you to reach a customer service rep. Spent 12 min on the phone and transferred to 3 people to cancel my "account" read more

a minute ago I have been a sparkletts customer for many years. Recently I discovered that my cooler was leaking I called Customer Service and they scheduled a date to replace my cooler. The time frame was 8am to 5pm. Mind you, it's the holidays and sitting around all day was not ideal. I took the day off and waited. At 450 I called and was told my ticket was cancelled. They offered to come out the following week but again couldn't give me a window. They offered to call me an hour before they arrived so I could leave work and meet the driver. Really? I live an hour from my office... I was given a second option..put the cooler outside and they would have someone pick it up. Well I wasn't able to get someone to move the cooler so I called back. I explained my frustration and informed them that if I couldn't get my cooler replaced tomorrow I would cancel my service. They lady placed me on hold for about 30 seconds and came back on the line and said she called the route supervisor and left a detailed message (in less than 39 seconds) and that I should receive a call within 24 hours to let me know if they could accommodate my request....and here's the kicker....if they dont call me I can call on Monday and cancel my service!!! I have left a message for the Branch Coordinator Debbie Gravell (not sure of spelling) so if I receive a call back my review will be updated based on how she corrects this. read more

First they scheduled a delivery date, then they changed the date without my consent and after several calls they followed the date I originally chose, ONLY TO DELIVER THE WRONG DISPENSER! I have used their services for many years but as of the last month, the service is awful!!!! We've tried calling but don't have more than an hour to sit on hold, we've sent emails, and nothing! This is probably the most difficult water company I had experienced. I signed up for Sparkletts at Costco aug 25 Was told I would get everything delivered 1-2 weeks unfortunately that didn't happened I've called and called for weeks told different different delivery dated but still nothing. I been waiting for weeks just to get set up they finally show up at my house without any notice or even calling to confirm delivery. They rescheduled the delivery once again for Monday mind you it's sept 23 I called twice to confirm my delivery, I've been waiting all day it's after 5pm and nobody shows up I call and now they tell me my account has been terminated. This is ridiculous I've been patient and trying to work things out but I got a kid that needs water. read more

Horrible customer service. Expect to be on the phone for over 30 mins to an hour until customer service answers. When they finally answer they don't do a good job resolving the problem. The problem I have is they didn't deliver water on the days they were supposed to, so we had no water. This happened 3 times. After I canceled my services due to moving they failed to pick up the equipment on the day required. I made sure I schedule this almost a week before moving. I want to apologies to my local Sparkletts. Oscar, my delivery guy, actually came a day early to change out my broken cooler. He told me that the customer service agent I was talking to was in Florida, not in Southern California. I was blaming my local distributor for the long delays waiting on hold when actually it is the fault of the Sparkletts Corporate Offices. They are the ones not employing enough people to handle all the phone calls. If my local distributor is smart enough to higher an outstanding employee like Oscar, they must be doing something right. Worst customer service EVER!!!!! We have been out of water since 6/23. Our regular delivery day came up, 6/29, STILL NOTHING! I was sent an email instead saying they CHANGED MY DELIVERY DATE TO THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY NOW, TO JULY 2ND. Care to guess if I received any water on the 2nd? NOPE!!!! It is now 07/06, its going to be 100 degrees today, but hotter in my shop since my guys work next to a 420 degree oven. I wish I could give negative stars to this company. I've been a customer for almost 20 years and in this last year I have been inconvenienced and enraged by the lack of professionalism that I've received. From billing, to delivery, to customer service it is pitiful...just pitiful. I have so many stories but I'm honestly exhausted with telling and retelling them over the past 12 months-- I am on the phone with this company more that I am my friends because there is always an issue. And good luck trying to resolve the issue as their phone lines, website and app have been down for over 2 weeks! But somehow even with all their systems down they still charged me $80 for an order that was supposed to be complimentary for the 2 months that they missed my delivery (after rescheduling week after week). I've put in over a dozen requests for my branch manager to call me and haven't gotten NOT ONE phone call to straighten out the various issues I've noted with the customer service department (which they are also completely useless). I now get water from a family owned alkaline water company and I am so much happier and less stressed. If you are in the LA area go with ZUTRA WATER!!! Johnny is amazing!!! read more

Sparkletts Water - Oh look...ANOTHER OUTAGE!!! I've gone almost an entire month without the ability to speak with anyone from this company. They are HORRIBLE!! - Water Delivery Near Me - Riverside, California

We went with sparkletts as our delivery service since it was recommended by Costco. We didn't have a problem until they switched over to primo water. First they had an issue with their system so our water was not delivered. Then they were backed up due to the system issue so they have us a new delivery date. They kept changing this date. We'd call and they'd say they were still backed up. The last time we called they said they no longer have a driver in our area and need to train someone (even though a sparkletts truck had gone through our neighborhood the day before.) now they say 3 weeks for delivery and all this time I've had to go out and buy water and we're being charged by them. If anyone has a good water company recommendation I'm all ears read more

Same issue as everyone else: If you want to set up an account they'll be right on the phone, but the line for other inquiries like canceling your service will require you to wait an hour on hold and they won't respond to your online message. I've been trying to cancel my service for over a week since I'm moving. Rather than giving customers the option to end service through managing their account online or receive a call back, they try to create a disincentive to talk to customer service about anything other than buying more water. read more

Sparkletts is a joke. It's been over a year that we are trying to cancel our account. They won't di it unless they pick up your water cooler, which they deliberately don't. Over the past year I have scheduled more then a dozen pick ups and nobody every shows up, yet they keep charging us. I have spent countless hours on the phone with their horrific customer service asking for refunds and rescheduling pickups. No one is able to give me answers why this is happening. They also charged us almost $1,000 in error and it took them months to credit it back. read more

I am writing this I have had my service for 3 weeks. In those weeks my first dispenser the hot water did not work. I called customer service to order another one. This one has not stopped running and the cold water does not work. I called customer service again and I request a 3 rd machine. It was going to be delivered on 2/5/21 I just received an email stating my delivery was canceled. In 3 weeks I have been able to use 1 bottle of water.
