We had an emergency flooding issue in our backyard and had no idea what caused it. We contacted Top…read moreTier Plumbing & Air and received a quick response and fast scheduling for a house call. Anthony Canez arrived at the scheduled window promptly, communicated clearly, and was professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue in our yard, but he also walked us through every step of the diagnostic process. As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. After the (reasonable) estimate was generated, Anthony picked up the necessary parts and completed the repair efficiently. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a complete master class in backyard irrigation for my sister and I. We're grateful for the timely help from Anthony and Top Tier Plumbing and Air, and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Handyman Vega is absolutely wonderful! I am tired of working with others in the…read morehandyman/construction industry that want money upfront and they start my job but I don't see them for weeks at a time because they are jumping around to other projects. My recent projects started off that way (AGAIN) so I went searching for a handyman that I can trust and is 100% reliable. After interviewing a handful of handymen, I chose Handyman Vega and I couldn't be happier! He is very polite, always arrives within the timeframe expected, communicates often, and his pricing is more than fair. He is careful not to disturb any other items around him while working and he cleans up any mess at the end of each day (not many other handymen have done this). The finished work is beautiful and exactly the way I envisioned it. I am truly impressed. I didn't want to write this excellent review because my husband and I prefer to keep him all to ourselves. Ha! Things Handyman Vega worked on included drywall repair and installation, stucco, paint, plumbing, baseboards, trim, tile, framing, door installation and more.

I hired Henley's Plumbing & Air in September 2024 for what should have been a routine water-heater…read moreflush. During the service, the technician broke the factory drain-valve stem and the repair turned into exposed piping routed through a hole cut into the front cover of the unit. I began sending photos and requesting a proper resolution by November 2024. In December, I provided the model and serial information they requested. Gary, who I understand is the owner, also told me he would resolve the issue. However, I was repeatedly told the replacement parts, including the cover, were difficult to obtain. I specifically asked that the manufacturer be contacted, but the problem was never corrected. More than a year later, the water heater still has a hole in the front cover and an exposed drain assembly sticking out of it. I spent months following up by text and giving the company opportunities to make this right. The original mistake was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of follow-through after the owner promised a resolution. Based on the unfinished repair and the amount of time this remained unresolved, I cannot recommend Henley's Plumbing & Air.

Just because they have a clean uniform and they act interested in you and your family doesn't mean you're going to get good service. Their plumbing estimate was twice as much as we ultimately paid. Regarding the heater/AC they try to upsell you on something "needed" and then when something happens, charge a small fortune. Several times they made an error so they had to come back and fix it which necessitated two appointments, one for a supervisor and again for the work to be done. We've wasted so much time. They blamed the city for taking five months to approve a permit - untrue. A brand new system is no better than the old one.
