All of the staff was friendly and helpful, but Eric in particular was very instrumental in getting me excited about re-visiting an old childhood obsession. In the three years since, Pegasus and their staff have been very helpful and supportive. They have never tried to sell me anything I didn't like or want and they've always seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with a smile whenever I entered the store. I once had to exchange an expensive car months after purchasing it and they were happy to oblige, even though I didn't have the receipt. I read a review where one customer called them racist. Not true, I'm African-American. If you want to take up a new hobby or re-visit an old one, there's only one place to go. Pegasus.

They also have a lot of toys already opened on display so your kids can actually play with them before buying and make sure they like it. I was also told you can ask to open anything to see it which is so cool. The return policy is good too, we were gifted items that we opened but soon realized they were too young for my kid, but we had no issues exchanging items. The downsides to me were the location. We went around 5:30pm, and there was some stuff happening in the shared parking lot and some ..smells wafting into our car lol which didn't bother me but that might bother some folks especially with little ones. The main reason I probably won't go back is the prices. I'm sure the products are quality products and maybe that's why they're a little pricier than normal, but for my family's budget it just wasn't a place we would return. Seems really cool for teachers and homeschoolers, they had things to buy in bulk, I forgot to ask if they accept charter funds here but maybe they do.

The card gaming community (especially magic) is always angry and arguing, you will hear another table shouting at each other from a distance. The wargaming community is not casual and filled with rules lawyers (someone almost assaulted me over rules argument and owner never responded to complaints from multiple witnesses). This store is one of the oldest LGS's in the Inland Empire, yet it's always been bottom of the barrel compared to the experience at other locations. Spend 15 minutes here, buy what you want and go to Claremont or Riverside for better community.
