My favorite place to get water and ice but it's been closed for about a month now. Just wondering when it's going to be back open

Water Fine, seems clean I hope. Kid in there was with girlfriend playing games behind the desk, noticed his Xbox on top of desk. Other time I went other guy was in there listening to music no mask. So, expect that kind of place when you go inside. I'm hoping they have someone making sure the equipment is clean and what not in the back. read more

I am so happy that I found this establishment so close to home. I live in Upland but was traveling all over the Inland Empire to find a good quality alkaline. I have visited several other competitor locations and have had them test the water onsite. Many claim to have alkaline but when they test in front of you, their "alkaline" barely tests at an 8PH. Some were even lower. This store not only tested on site to be perfectly alkaline but their water also tastes great. My family is hooked. Prices are similar to every water store: $1.50 for alkaline. Love this water store. Gentleman who runs it is very friendly and helpful. They charge 0.30 a gallon for osmosis water. If you use the self fill machine right at the door it's $.25 a gallon same water. They also have the best deal around for Filtered ice small bags and 20lbs are $3. read more

Love the alkaline water with higher pH. Water tastes better than bottled water. It's $1.50 a gallon with a punch card. After the punch card is full, you get a gallon free. Friendly and helpful. The gentleman will cart and place your jugs of water in your car. Very courteous. read more

I didn't even get a chance to go inside. I got there at 7:55PM. The employee or owner (not sure) was in the doorway texting on his phone. The open sign was on. I say hi can I get some water. He looks up very bothered and says, "What kind of water? How many bottles?" I respond with, "Drinking water and 4 5-Gallon bottles." Still very bothered he looks at me and says, "You know I'm closing in 2 mins, right?" I just said, "okay never mind," and left. I understand I got there near closing time but it was a water place that was still open. It was 5 minutes before closing not 2 minutes, and if you don't want to help customers until 8PM then why advertise that you are open until 8PM. Seeing that you are water business and are bothered that I want to buy water doesn't make sense to me. The whole thing would have taken 5 minutes tops. I understand the person probably wants to go home, but it's a place of business. I can't tell you anything about the quality of the water because I wasn't given the chance to purchase it. On 25 July, 2020 at around 11AM, I went to purchase water at Alkaline Water Mart 2 at 665 E Foothill Blvd, in Upland, CA. On every occasion I have bought water there, no employee has ever worn face coverings since the covid 19 outbreak. I have made mention of it each time. With the recent statewide mandate, operating on a basis of dealing directly with the public requires face coverings by all people in direct contact with customers. In this instance, I informed the fellow working in the store that there had been a statewide mandate issued requiring the face covering, and after hedging a bit, he told me to "mind your business" in an intimidating tone. I will be finding a source for water with more of a sense of responsibility to the health of the customers they serve in the future. This is "my business", since it affects my health and the health of everyone buying water at Alkaline Water Mart 2. I have also filed a report with San Bernardino County Department of Public Health and am currently pursuing lines of enforcement to end the employees' non-compliance with state health regulations surrounding this continued blatant flouting of a mandate designed to protect all of our health. read more
