Getting water here is cringe worthy. It's like having to visit that THAT family member that is somehow always unpleasant. Awkward interactions. Annoyed that you're there and asking for water but don't let you get it yourself. "Just wait! I'll get it!" But then act put out. I've had a question and ignored. I asked 3 times giving the benefit of doubt, maybe she didn't hear me. Nope. It was blatant as she walked past me pretending I was invisible only acknowledging my hand that had $. DON'T PUT BILLS ON THE SELF-SERVICE MACHINE! On August 26, 2025 put a $20.00 bill to get 5 gallon Alkaline and machine took the money and no water was issued. The next day I asked to review camaras to confirmed the machine took my $20.00 and they said no money was scan. Water good, clerk good but money will disapear if you you bill outside of the machine. read more

The alkaline water here is pretty good. You can definitely taste the difference. Customer service on the other hand with one of the employees could be a little better but whateveees (no greetings and he never gave me a punchcard the first time I visited) The manager is nice and friendly though. He actually was the one who told me about the punchcard and redeemed the first visit for me. Love that they offer a free gallon of water for every 5th visit on the punchcard. They also fill up they water for you so that's nice (could be due to covid precaution). read more

The service is horrible..... I saw so many reviews about their horrible service and I didn't believe till I experienced it for myself. The young guy in there is way too inpatient and has no customer service. He told someone that walked in at 3pm exact that it was too late and turned his back on him and "closed" Being Christmas Eve I understand, but he had just no manners! Came to this location because I couldn't drive any further. Lesson learned, I will continue to go to my usual spot. read more

I had the worst experience here this morning. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I have been going to this water mart for over 9 months. Their service has never been anything special but I continued because I frequented a restaurant a couple of doors down. After today, they will never see another dollar from me again! I walk into the store and the guy does not greet me. Instead I greet him by giving an enthusiastic "good morning!" He responded nonchalantly, and pointed to the counter for me to put my water bottles down. I thought the way he gestured was rude but I didn't give it too much attention. A lady then came in to the store and he started servicing her. She was getting regular water, so her bottles were filled faster. As he passed by me I asked, "Do you have the smaller bags of ice?" His response, "you're going to have to wait." EXCUSE ME! I waited for him to ring the woman up, and as he passed back by me I told him, " that was very rude, you could have responded a whole lot differently." His response, "well, I'm just saying give me a minute so I can help her." EXCUSE ME! I told him, " well I walked in here first so all my needs should be tended to first. I just asked a question, you could have said yes we have the smaller bags I will get it for you in a minute or no we do not have the smaller bags." He then walked out the store to walk to take the other women's bottles to her van, walked back in to the back, retrieved a small bag of ice and threw it on to a cart. I told him I didn't want it. He said , " Oh, you don't?" I said, "no and based on your attitude, I'm about ready to tell you to pour the water out my water bottles because I'm not spending a dime in this store!" He poured out my water and sarcastically told me to have a nice day. I told him, " I hope you have a nice day too and this experience has taught you to have better customer service." His response was to have an argument with me in the door way of the store. People from other stores could hear us and was looking on. It was pure ridiculousness. As you visit this store you may not have the same experience I had, but I'm sure you will notice the unwelcoming atmosphere and lack of good customer service. My first complaint is their prices are higher than the competition, but since it's right around the corner i gave it a chance because i like buying local. I purchased 12 gallons of their supposedly alkaline water for 1.50$ a gallon, tested it with my ph meter and it tested neutral at 7.0 what a rip off! The other local water stores sell alkaline water that is 9.0+ i know because i tested them back to back with consistent results. Wont be going back! the employees seemed shady to begin with. The best place to refill our bottles water. We live in the border of Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana and would drive all the way only to this place to refill our water. The place is clean and the service is superior. For a 5 gallon of bottle of water only costs $1.50, and the guy who works there is super nice and friendly. He would refill for us and open the door for us with smile. I wouldn't expect to have such a great service for just a bottle of water. read more

I moved into a 3rd floor apt and I don't like the fact that I'm constantly have to carry cases of water bottles up to my place. I bought a water dispenser and that made my consumption of water better and less carrying stuff upstairs. When the time came to refill, I went to this place to refill the bottles. I know alkaline water is good for you. I buy Essentia and Fiji water which have high PH levels. I opted for the alkaline water. It was my first time here and I as greeted in a very cold and stern manner. The guy working the store said, "put bottles there!" With an attitude and said nothing else after. When it was my turn to get my water filled he asked if I wanted alkaline. I filled to 5 gallon containers for $16. I paid the guy and I left. The place seemed very uninviting and the worker seemed annoyed. I have to admit that the water tastes good, but with an attitude like that, I can't see myself going back. There are a few places that sell alkaline water in Rancho. This was the first and last time at this location. Bummer that I had a bad experience, but everything happens for a reason. read more

Just left this place today, some young kid with a foul mouth and a bad attitude working the front desk. I asked for his managers contact info which he refused to give me. On the way out he decided to talk tuff behind my back to his friend who was sitting in there with him, all I could make out were some basic profanities. Not your "friendly" neighborhood water store. They've been hit or miss lately and super inconsistent. The last time I went I finally got hit with the $.50 charge for using my card when I haven't the past year. Even without the $.50 charge the price for a 5 gallon of alkaline ranges between $6-$7.50 depending on the day and who's working. Very dissatisfied after years of giving our business to this establishment. My husband and I got there 10 minutes before closing and the young guy there refused service and told us he couldn't help us. He had already closed out the drawer. My husband told him he could pay cash, card, or if he gave him the water hed return in the morning to pay him. He told him no still. There was another customer standing in the parking lot stating he told him the same thing. We'll never go back. Their job is to take care of customers. He had no reason to refuse us service except for the fact that he wanted to leave early. It doesn't take 10 minutes to fill up two bottles. read more

Poor Customer service!! Employee (Manager) is rude. Owner will not call after repeatedly asking him to contact me. This is the reason for the poor review.. unfortunately I have to write this because, I have been waiting for the owner to call me regarding exchanging a water dispenser that is working perfectly. This purchase was a gift for my elderly mom and dad that has very hard and bad water where they live.. When I bought the dispenser for $199.00 along with 25 gallons of water I ask the young man if I could exchange it if it wasn't the ones she likes and he said he thinks so, he would have to ask, at that time I thought he was talking about asking the manager but after all this I find out he is the manager...... I would think the manager would know the store policy and inform me at that time there is no exchanges.. I think the reason why he won't exchange it for us is because, my mom and dad called the store for information about the dispenser because it did not come with one and after many calls to the store the young man that sold the dispenser told them to look it up online that he was very busy, and he ended up hanging up on my dad. So when I took the dispenser to the store he said he would talk to the owner but he said he already told him that he couldn't exchange it because there is nothing wrong with it.. I asked him to have the owner call me and I have return to the store twice and they still have the dispenser and I haven't received a call from anyone.. I would really like for the owner to call me and make this right. I spend a lot of money on water from them and I would not return if the owner doesn't care enough about customer service... This update on this review is long over due. I returned to water stop to pick up water cooler and the owner replace the bad cooler for a new one. Thank you.
