The best water store in Rancho! Baba is the man! Clean and organized place. I've been coming here for years. It was time to write a review! read more

Purest water I ever had, this water is the go to, free of microplastics, and chemicals :).

First time ever going out to purchase water this way. I came in with a few 5 gallon bottles ready to stock up. Not sure I am a fan of the health hype involving alkaline water, but it certainly tastes better so I justify the slight price difference. As soon as I walked in, I was met with a very upset and unfriendly employee. I tried to change the environment by greeting her with a smile but she wasn't having it. She responded with, "what are you getting". Then "put your bottles on the cart". She was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Purchasing the water at the counter was just as short. I don't see myself coming back here as it was really uncomfortable. On a positive note this was probably one of the best waters I've ever tried. The price was also great. Hoping this feedback reaches the right person because this place has so much potential. Visit: 9/16/24 - 9:30am read more

Honestly the best water store in town the owner is helpful welcoming and very kind. Plus the punch card hard to beat.

Best prices and quality!!! I've been coming here for the last 5 years and will continue to do so!

Great service with a smile... and always eager to help. Loss of point: They have all you need but bottle items are kinda pricey. I'm sure that's where they want to make their money. read more

Rather it's picking up a 5 Gallon or grabbing a protein drink after your gym workouts, it's always a pleasant experience. Pure Alkaline water is not only beneficial for our bodies, the prices at this location just can't be beat! I also love how most small business owners are so warm and welcoming. Been here 3 or four times now and each time I get great service. I mainly stop in to refill my gallon water bottle before heading to the gym next door. The water tastes excellent! It's clean with no chlorine after taste or film left behind. This might sound weird, but I actually want to drink more of this water because it tastes that good. It usually takes me 24 hours to finish a gallon of filtered tap water, but this water I can finish in 12 hours no problem. If you're not a water drinker and want to try to drink more, Pure Alkaline will help do the trick. read more

This afternoon I visited the Pure Alkaline Store. The owner Baba greeted me with a welcoming smile, then proceeded to answer my barrage of questions. I have recently been learning about the benefits of Alkaline water and thus had purchased some "9.5 plus" waters from a few grocery stores. When I tested the store waters, none of them came close to 9.0 let alone 9.5. Baba's water tested at 9.5! YAY. Baba is particular about the cleanliness of his store. Thus, it is not a fill-your-own bottle place. You can bring your own bottle, but he will fill it for you. I look forward to my next visit there. read more

Water is so tasty we get alkaline. Customer service is always great and the ambiance is smooth

Great establishment! They provide a very clean atmosphere, great tasting water and great sanitary protocols. Unfortunately there's a female employee that conducts herself with a very bad, piss poor attitude. To the point that I won't return. The gentleman that usually works there is seems like stand up guy and I believe is the owner but sometimes your only as good as your weakest link. I'm just here to get water not receive a bad attitude. I drive 7 miles to come here I'll just option to a provider that services the above minus her crap attitude. read more

Pure Alkaline Water - Refrigerated, grab n go bottle - Water Stores Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

This is a super chic and new alkaline water spot in Rancho! Baba was there to greet me with a smile. I was looking for a new water jug and decided to go with the 3-gallon option (easier to carry lol). Baba took his time to clean and fill my jug. Great pricing for $1.50/gallon. I will definitely make the drive to just come here again. Also, he had a variety of water containers to choose from and you have the option of getting some refrigerated beverages. As many have mentioned, great service always makes an impression. I'm a FOREVER customer! read more

Didn't like the guy so much. He started making fun of the fact that I was trying to push the door open with my legs. He also made fun of others doing the same. He didn't really have his mask on right, didn't cover his nose. Some other guy came in an started talking about the virus and how it doesn't even have a death rate of .0000something (not true) and that he goes to the hospital almost everyday. Not sure why since he works at a gym I guess but not my business. (Ugh at that point though I started to just feel nervous being around there.) Rather not go to a place with a guy that doesn't take this seriously. I mean he hears the guy say he goes to the hospital everyday and he's talking to the guy next to where he is pouring my water. He has a tape on the floor for what I assume is to keep customers from crossing, but he lets him cross anyways. The guy I guess notice he was too close went to go set down continue to talk and then gets up goes back close to him again to talk and then goes outside to his truck for change or something, but I left before he came back inside. At that point a guy that saids he goes to the hospital everyday touched the door a few times. Was next to were he was pouring my water. And he wasn't wearing his mask right. read more

Great tasting water. Location is clean. Great consumer service. Even when it gets busy, the staff tries to get you out as soon as they can.
