Recently I read online some reviews where people said they tested the water from Water 4 u and it wasn't alkaline. I bought a kit and decided to test it myself. It turned out to be way less alkaline than even my tap water! I also bought some bottled alkaline at the store as a comparison to make sure that my testing was correct. Besides selling low quality water as alkaline, this place is pretty filthy. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere in this business. Outside of this place it's s full of homeless people hanging out in the parking area and it feels like an unsafe environment. Avoid.

However, I went in today to get 4 gallons for a 5 gallon bottle that already had a gallon in it, and gave the lady $2.00, and should've received $.60 cent back $.35/gallon. The lady unilaterally decides to give me $.50 back, without an explanation. When I asked about the difference and whether she was overcharging me, she just said "no" and sat down. I would've settled for "hey, it looks like your bottle (that I bought there also) has less than a full gallon, and you may use more than 4 gallons." No problem, but to not offer any reasoning, and to just say "no", shows a lack of respect imho. I understand that we are just talking about $.10, but it is the way she chose to dismiss me. I understand that times are tough, and businesses need to make money too, but respecting your customers, whoever they are is the key to continued relations. I don't care about paying a little extra, but I do care about respect and consideration. For this reason, she may have lost a customer.
