The delivery arrived quickly, which I appreciated, and initially I saw this as a business we could rely on for future last-minute needs. However, when I called to pay the invoice, I was met with an unexpectedly rude and dismissive attitude from the person who answered the phone. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that I asked who I was speaking with and was told it was Freddy, who identified himself as the boss. Customer service starts at the top, and first impressions matter. While our delivery driver was professional and courteous, my experience with management left a very different impression. Respectful communication should be the standard, especially when interacting with customers who are supporting your business. Because of this interaction, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others or using their services again. In today's world, kindness, patience, and professionalism go a long way. Customers have many options, and I believe people should spend their hard-earned money where they feel valued and appreciated.
