Excellent service! I called to ask a question and they answered immediately. When I arrived they helped me right away. The reason for the 5 star review is that I brought my packing materials/foam cooler and the frozen breast milk I needed to mail and they helped me pack the shipment. I didn't even have to ask... they even brought the big box out to my car for me! Super nice team. I will be coming back. Because the boss is nice and caring to open people and the one who are in a tough sittuation at the moment. One ice has friendly staff always trying to help us the customers in nyway they can besides just provide ice. The prices itself justify a 5 star rating but when they provide the extra step it deserves more. They helped me bring loads of ice to my car and didn't just want to sell me ice. They want to make a connection to make your experience of getting ice pleasant. Will always be picking up my ice from here for parties and if our house ice maker breaks. Also they do 24 hour delivery for businesses I believe. Y'all need to go and get ice from them for the good prices and customer service. read more

This place was amazing! I went in on October 27 before my Halloween party to get dry ice and some regular ice for my cooler and the witches cauldron ice bucket I got. The power went out again. SCE is turning off the power during high winds to prevent fires. Came here to get a little insurance for all the food in the freezer and frig. Nice dry ice blocks. You want ice, this is the place. We did not need to pre-order -they have plenty. We were sent to this place by our bartender we hired for a home party. They have dry ice pellets which was the reason for coming here as opposed to just picking up ice at the super market. Staff is very helpful. Prices are quite reasonable. Lots and lots of ice choices. We got 140 lbs of ice, 10 lbs of dry ice pellets and some dry ice to keep the ice cold in the car. All lasted a long time on a hot day. Pellets helped make the drinks the hit of the party (just make sure you don't swallow one). read more

DO NOT USE if you need someone reliable. Terrible customer service. He showed up two hours late to deliver ice for my sisters wedding and still charged full price. When I called him to ask where he was, he responded "I'm busy". Could not believe that was his response. Showing up late to any event is bad, but especially when it's someone's wedding day.
