Great place to get party ice. The staff are super helpful and showed me several options to match my party needs.

This is the spot to go when you need a bunch of dry ice! I always buy in bulk and save $$$$. The owner is really cool and explains everything about how to pack with dry ice and the safety of using gloves. I'll definitely be back for more dry ice! read more

Greta service and product! Super helpful and accommodating staff. Best resource for dry ice in OC

Excellent service! I called to ask a question and they answered immediately. When I arrived they helped me right away. The reason for the 5 star review is that I brought my packing materials/foam cooler and the frozen breast milk I needed to mail and they helped me pack the shipment. I didn't even have to ask... they even brought the big box out to my car for me! Super nice team. I will be coming back. Ps they have rectangle and square foam coolers there for shipping and next time I will just buy mine there. You can't find dry ice hardly anywhere but they had it. read more

Reasonably priced dry ice prices. Very nice people, very informative. I was going to purchase a few pounds a day before an event but the owner was kind enough to ask me when my event was and then inform me that dry ice's effects will decrease by 40% the next day. This place offers a coupon upon Yelp check in too! Trustworthy, good pricing and excellent service. Highly recommend! read more

If you looking for the best price in OC, it might be here, if you are a care and honest person. Why? Because the boss is nice and caring to open people and the one who are in a tough sittuation at the moment. He did give me a big discount 35% off after i said " I am getting dry ice for helping my dad's surgery wound wont be swell, then infection, especially, my dad got diabetes for long time. Nothing to say, but Thank You VERY much for the energy, the power of hope that you gave to me from your beautiful heart Uncle. Will see you more often. Take care everyone.! read more

One ice has friendly staff always trying to help us the customers in nyway they can besides just provide ice. The prices itself justify a 5 star rating but when they provide the extra step it deserves more. They helped me bring loads of ice to my car and didn't just want to sell me ice. They want to make a connection to make your experience of getting ice pleasant. Will always be picking up my ice from here for parties and if our house ice maker breaks. Also they do 24 hour delivery for businesses I believe. Y'all need to go and get ice from them for the good prices and customer service. read more

Thank you for your great customer service and helping me with a small order. I was planning to give individual pint ice cream as gifts for a girlfriend's birthday party. They were so great to recommend individual portions of dry ice pellets which were perfect for the insulated gift bags. Definitely will recommend and return for more orders in the future. read more

Bought some dry ice when my freezer broke down they were very helpful and loaded it up in the car for me.

The power went out again. SCE is turning off the power during high winds to prevent fires. Came here to get a little insurance for all the food in the freezer and frig. Nice dry ice blocks. Professional customer service. This is my second time here. Not much parking. But easy in and out. They nicely brought out my purchase since I forgot the gloves. read more

Called around, these guys had the best prices and had the most flexible hours. Tip, don't put the dry ice in a soft ice chest/bag : )

They're a good service, generous, and helpful. The ice comes at a good price too. Would recommend.

You want ice, this is the place. We did not need to pre-order -they have plenty. We were sent to this place by our bartender we hired for a home party. They have dry ice pellets which was the reason for coming here as opposed to just picking up ice at the super market. Staff is very helpful. Prices are quite reasonable. Lots and lots of ice choices. We got 140 lbs of ice, 10 lbs of dry ice pellets and some dry ice to keep the ice cold in the car. All lasted a long time on a hot day. Pellets helped make the drinks the hit of the party (just make sure you don't swallow one). read more

As someone who doesn't have a lot of knowledge on dry ice I was lucky to have found this place. The staff is very knowledgeable & extremely professional, & very sweet. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs some dry ice for a party or any special event. read more

We used One Ice House for Birthdays, Parties, Picnics and other special Events and never had any bad orders with them! Their professionalism and service is second to none, and they WILL accommodate to your needs in a heart beat. They deserve all the 5 stars and praises in this post along with the many others' who had great experience with them. They are the definitely on my list of vendors I refer my friends, coworkers, and family to when they need ice because ICE IS A MAKE OR BREAK during a party. (Pun intended) read more

I had a very pleasant experience here. Definitely coming back. Excellent facility. Everything you'd want or need to pack, ship, or chill anything. The men are polite and helpful. I needed dry ice blocks and pellets and they even helped me load it in the car. Cleanest ice place I've ever seen. Price was reasonable and service was great. Brought gardening gloves but they sell gloves if you forget yours. read more

DO NOT USE if you need someone reliable. Terrible customer service. He showed up two hours late to deliver ice for my sisters wedding and still charged full price. When I called him to ask where he was, he responded "I'm busy". Could not believe that was his response. Showing up late to any event is bad, but especially when it's someone's wedding day. Anyway....use this company at your own risk. read more

Easy and convenient! Staff is extremely helpful. Would recommend when purchasing dry ice and ice for parties and events!

I have exhausted many of my local ice and dry ice spots over the course of this summer. I must say that the convenient, affordable ice products offered by these guys goes unmatched. They fill any recreational ice needs and will take care of any size account otherwise. Beat the heat and check this spot out! read more

If it wasn't for One Ice house and Kevin's customer service I would surely be at a loss, my mother needed her insulin delivered and One Ice house came through for me. Not even FedEx or ups had temp controlled boxes readily available. Thanks Kevin read more
