Then they came out and installed it within a few days. After a few days, we decided the water here needed more work than just the carbon filter, so they came out and added the RO filter to the setup super quickly and just with the monthly charge to the bill. They have been delivering Arrowhead bottles to me that don't even fit my Sparkletts cooler. To make matters worse, they falsely emailed me claiming they picked up their cooler and bottles, when they never did.
