I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!! They seem to have rebranded as Primo Brands (formerly Sparkletts), and everything has gone downhill since the takeover. They have been delivering Arrowhead bottles to me that don't even fit my Sparkletts cooler. I've been trying to cancel service at both my home and office for months, but they refuse to resolve it and even had the audacity to send me a "final bill." To make matters worse, they falsely emailed me claiming they picked up their cooler and bottles, when they never did. Had them just clean our watercooler, and their tech left behind a sleeve of cups without request and without asking, and we got a charge for both the cups plus an associated delivery fee - so we got scammed, and they hoped we wouldn't notice. Disputed with billing and they say, "I really apologize but as I have mentioned we cannot provide a correct invoice." Ready Refresh used to be an amazing water delivery company. It was the only company in Los Angeles County that delivered Arrowhead springwater. And they did a fantastic job. They had good customer service and a fantastic app. All the deliveries were perfectly on time all the time Then they were taken over by the Donald Trump of water delivery companies. Primo Brands. A useless unreliable, incompetent entity. This company is the worst company ever in the history of the world. They are completely disorganized and do not have the ability to handle the logistics of water delivery, or any kind of customer service at all. Every single time a water delivery was scheduled, It was late by days or even weeks! The communications are confusing containing wrong information,. They send you one text that says your water is going to be there tomorrow. Then another text pushing the delivery to another date. The another text and another text as your water delivery pushes to up to a week later... Or more. They texted me on Friday telling me they would deliver water on Tuesday. The water did not come on Tuesday... Or Wednesday... Or Thursday... Then I get a text on Friday saying the delivery will be here Saturday, immediately followed by a text, saying that it will be delivered next Tuesday . And let's talk about customer service. It's in India! The person you talk to barely speaks English. Not to mention they could not care less about your spoiled American water delivery service. You get nothing out of them but a person with a second grade education from a third world country, reading off of a script that has no ability to resolve your problem Let's talk about the app. When Ready Refresh owned the company, the app worked well. Every button worked. You were able to control your deliveries and even change the date if necessary. When Primo brands took over, they re designed the app and completely ruined it. None of the buttons work. It's completely useless. It says you can change the date, but the buttons for that task don't even work. What a waste! Why do I still use this company? Because Arrowhead water has them contracted as the ONLY delivery company for their water and all of Los Angeles County. A county of 10 million people. As a matter of fact, my next email is going to be to Arrowhead directly. You should email them to you and complain about Primo brands! I'm not sure if they know, but this company is dragging their brand into the toilet. Why don't I use another brand of water? There is no other substitute for Arrowhead water delivery. All the other water brands are either substandard filtered tapwater with no minerals or any beneficial elements to it, not to mention a horrible taste. Or they are so insanely expensive that it's unaffordable...like some kind of alkaline water made from unicorn tears. By the way, the only other water I would use is Poland Springs. ReadyRefresh now rebranded Primo Water now charges for debit card payments (same as credit card) and adds a $13.99 business delivery charge. After a delivery, I always receive a text message asking for a tip for the driver (which makes me feel guilty). My water delivery was skipped by their system, the day after I changed my payment method. The customer service rep has to transfer you around or make you wait to get an answer. They should already know how to handle basic requests and offer some concessions. I could not get expedited delivery for one that they missed. I do not recommend Primo Water Delivery. They need to improve on scheduling, allowing customers to manage payment methods and having an easier way of closing an account. read more

Not only did they cancel the first one, but they also rescheduled twice for the second--claiming they're switching companies, which is not my problem as a paying customer. We've literally gone days without water, and no one will reply to emails, return calls, or take accountability. I've now sent over 25 emails/messages. Nothing. They keep pushing delivery dates like we're supposed to just deal with it. You can't run a company that provides drinking water like this and expect people to tolerate it. If I ran my business this way, I'd be out of one. If you care about service, reliability, or basic communication--do not sign up with this company. I have to agree with all of the other reviews. I've been a Primo customer for several years and since the merger to ReadyRefresh, I haven't had water delivered since 3/28. My account continues to say I have a balance due and yet, when I look, my balance is zero. Also realized I paid $50 recently for no service or water. Also says I received a delivery of a replacement water dispenser but that didn't happen. If you try to call customer service the line is either busy or it hangs up on you. Never even had a chance to talk with someone. I've emailed several times with no response. Seems like a whole lot of fraud. I guess it is the Better Business Bureau and small claims court to get my last $100 of payments back. So sad too, because I really liked my water service with Primo. read more

We skipped our water delivery last month because we had been out of the office a lot and had a lot of water on hand. They billed us anyways. So we were expecting our delivery today and it never came but I got the email that said it had been delivered. Got billed again! I called and was told the best they could do was get us water on December 4th. We're just about out now. And then he said oh we'll give you some free next time. How about you refund me for last month and for the one you just billed me for that never came!!! Canceling my service tomorrow, was expecting my delivery today after they rescheduled AGAIN. Ever since Primo purchased Sparkletts, customer service has been eliminated and fees, whether warranted or not, have jumped through the roof. They cash payments and say they were never received and charge you $20 per month for late fees for their error!! They charge $6 to send an invoice and another $13.00 delivery fee, all on top of raising each bottle's cost. I'd avoid if I were you. Last week, I called and after being on hold for almost an hour, a rep came on and said they would not charge for me for delivery this month and promised to deliver a week ago; they said there was some change in ownership. But delivery never happened & I've had empty bottles on my balcony for pickup for a month. SCAM Do not open an account with them, they will not allow you to cancel. There is no cancellation option on their website, you have to call and wait hours on hold with customer service just to get hung up on, over and over. They'll lie to try to keep you, continuously push back your delivery date indefinitely, yet somehow remember to charge the rental fee for the new faulty, leaky equipment they brought when the merger happened. They increase fees without notifying customers, they promise refunds they don't carry out, yet who wants to wait an hour on hold for another false promise. They recently changed to Primo brands and they are awful. I have automatic delivery once a month. I called customer service to add a note or something for the delivery person because at my apartment building the elevator in the lobby is down, but we have 2 other elevator's they can use. Sure enough on delivery day I get a text saying they have to reschedule to another day. I get this text every time. I called customer service again, I told them what happened and they assured me the next pick up/delivery date they will show up. They canceled again. They have legit canceled and rescheduled 10 times!!! I have called customer service 4 times and each time you call it's a 1 hour hold time! I canceled the service and had to throw away the empty bottles since there are no places to drop off the empty bottles yourself. Incredibly inconvenient and such a waste a time! read more

I loved Ready Refresh. Ever since Primo took over it has been terrible. I would say the customer service sucks but there really isn't any customer service. I called because my equipment isn't working properly and I was told I'd get a call back. 2 hours later no call back. I finally found a different number to call. I reached a person who told me they would replace the broken part and that I would have to pay for the part. I was under the impression that if you rent their equipment they were responsible for the maintenance and repair. Apparently that is not the case here. I do not recommend Primo Brand. I just canceled my subscription with this company because I am completely dissatisfied and frustrated with their horrible services. I would have canceled a while back but they talked me into staying by offering a discount when my bill miraculously went up over 20 dollars for the same monthly delivery. I decided to stay and give it a shot for the 6 months they offered me this discount. Their rep at Costco said I would have to cancel my account and open a new account to get a new dispenser. I took her advise. What a mess!!! On the day they were supposed to deliver and set up a new dispenser, they never showed. I had to call and set up another appointment. Instead of ringing my bell, they arrived four hours late and just left the dispenser and two new bottles. They didn't set up the dispense. Terrible Service - Not Worth the Hassle Primo Water has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Every time I call, I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes. I finally called in to cancel the service, but I still have 10 empty bottles they're supposed to pick up -- and as usual, they never show up as scheduled. We used to have water delivery with Sparkletts and things were always so smooth, until ready fresh took over and they did a merger. First off, there was never a notice to customers of this merger. I randomly logged into my account and noticed they've removed our recurring order. Their website is a complete waste of time! I created a new recurring order and one day before delivery an email was sent that delivery has been rescheduled. On the new delivery date, no one showed up. Another 30-45 minutes on the phone and they created an order for us. This time it showed up and we were assured from this point on, things will be smooth. Well, not quite! I logged into my account just to ensure nothing has been changed without informing us and sure enough they went ahead and saved my credit card info and enrolled me in autopay without my consent or without me ever opting in for this option. 30 minutes on the phone and they said their new system defaults to saving credit card info and enrolling people in autopay and at this time there's no way to opt out! Then they told me the upcoming order won't be delivered, because there's been a change in their delivery schedule! What a disastrous merger this has been! I cancelled my account and moved on to a local business that delivers the same quality water at much lower price with MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER customer service. Don't stick with these guys! If I could leave zero stars, I would. One star is far too generous for the level of dysfunction and outright negligence I've experienced with ReadyRefresh (formerly Primo). I was a satisfied customer for about a year until the merger between Primo and ReadyRefresh, which immediately turned a previously smooth experience into an absolute nightmare. DELIVERY CHAOS & UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES Following the merger, my scheduled delivery dates began changing without my knowledge or consent -- often with little to no notice. This change meant I was unable to leave out my empty bottles, which carry a $40 holding fee each. Before the merger, I followed a clear, predictable system: place bottles out on delivery day, get my holding fee credited, receive my new bottles, and repeat. No issues. Once ReadyRefresh took over, all of that fell apart. Because of their internal failures, I accrued $200 in holding feesfor bottles I physically couldn't return due to surprise delivery reschedules. This was their mistake, not mine, yet I was left footing the bill. On top of that, I noticed unauthorized charges and unapproved deliveries started appearing on my account -- adding insult to injury. It became clear that this was no longer just disorganization -- it felt like manipulation to squeeze more money out of customers. BROKEN PROMISES & CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURES I made multiple calls to cancel my service, but was repeatedly convinced by agents that the service would improve. It never did. In July, I finally succeeded in canceling. I had five bottles to return, which again, had piled up due to their mishandled deliveries. I explicitly confirmed, multiple times, that my $200 in holding fees would be refunded directly to my cardupon return. Their bottle pickup system is just as broken. I lost count of how many pickups I scheduled, only to receive cancellation notifications without explanation. It wasn't until August 1st that my bottles were finally picked up. I immediately contacted customer service and was told to expect my refund within 3-5 business days. I waited. Nothing. I followed up on August 11th, only to be told the refund was posted as an account credit -- which is completely nonsensical, as I had already cancelled my account. I explained the situation (again), confirmed that I expected a refund to my original payment method, and was told to allow another 24-48 hours. That was just the start of the endless cycle of false promises. ENDLESS LOOP OF LIES Since then, I've been calling every 48 hours, only to hear the same canned response from different reps: "Yes, I see the credit on your account. I'll escalate it and initiate a refund to your card." They confirm my card on file, acknowledge my previous calls and emails, and yet... still no refund. As someone who works in customer service leadership, I find this entire experience appalling. I fully understand that certain processes take time -- but this isn't a process delay. It's deliberate incompetence, and at this point, theft. NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO MANAGEMENT, NO EXCUSES Where is the accountability? Where are the internal notes? Who is supervising these agents? Is anyone overseeing what's going on at this company? From my experience (and clearly based on many other reviews), ReadyRefresh is operating without any functioning management, oversight, or customer service infrastructure. Their accounting team seems non-existent. Their agents are powerless and poorly trained. And their system is designed in a way that makes it as difficult as possible for customers to get their money back after cancellation. They are holding onto customer funds illegally and failing to provide services in good faith. That's not just bad business -- that's fraudulent behavior. FINAL THOUGHTS I am disgusted by the way this company operates and appalled that they are still in business. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve an issue entirely caused by their internal dysfunction, and to this day, I'm still out $200. Avoid this company at all costs. Haven't had a delivery since May 30. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back and they never show up. I guess they only have interest in servicing retail accounts. I can't imagine they get any new customers as they can't deliver. As others have stated they are now essentially the only option since the merger. If I could give negative stars sign me up.
