So I've been told there's many benefits from drinking PH balanced water. It supposed to be great for your digestive system, skin and hydrates better and cleaner than "regular" water. With saying this I'm excited that I found Water 4 U, their prices are extremely competitive at a little over $1 a gallon for alkaline water! **cash only**

This place is a fraud!!!…read more I purchased Alkaline water. Got home and tested the water and it's regular tap water. DO NOT BUY WATER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I thought it was strange that number 1 he only takes cash, number 2 he couldn't even look me in the eye when I started asking him questions about the alkaline water. He advised that the ph was 9.5 but he wasn't confident in his answer. It amazes me how some of these businesses just get away with this crap. Those of us who have health issues that need alkaline water can't even trust the State of California to verify that these places are selling what they are advertising!! See the attached photo.

I've been a regular customer at this place for many years. As the price per gallon has increased, I…read morecontinued patronizing to support the local business owner. However, I went in today to get 4 gallons for a 5 gallon bottle that already had a gallon in it, and gave the lady $2.00, and should've received $.60 cent back $.35/gallon. The lady unilaterally decides to give me $.50 back, without an explanation. When I asked about the difference and whether she was overcharging me, she just said "no" and sat down. I would've settled for "hey, it looks like your bottle (that I bought there also) has less than a full gallon, and you may use more than 4 gallons." No problem, but to not offer any reasoning, and to just say "no", shows a lack of respect imho. I understand that we are just talking about $.10, but it is the way she chose to dismiss me. I understand that times are tough, and businesses need to make money too, but respecting your customers, whoever they are is the key to continued relations. I don't care about paying a little extra, but I do care about respect and consideration. For this reason, she may have lost a customer.
