We've been with Propane West Coast for years and have always been very happy with them, their service and their prices but today they went above and beyond! Josh and John came out to our house and helped us fix our BBQ and teppanyaki Grill. We were told by multiple repair people that it was a problem with their regulator and even though they were sure it was not (and they were right) they came all the way out to our house on Friday afternoon and fixed what the bbq repair person couldn't, so we would have it for Memorial Day grilling! Small family owned companies with this kind of service are hard to find these days and I'm so happy to have found them! read more

I couldn't be more impressed with the service we received from Nick and Josh. We needed a propane tank delivered and filled on short notice, we just moved into our new home and couldn't find any company that was available the same week. Propane West Coast absolutely came through. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they also took the time to explain everything and make sure we were completely comfortable with the setup. What really stood out was how friendly and respectful they were -- both to us and to our dogs, who instantly loved them! It's rare to find that combination of expertise, efficiency, and genuine kindness. If you're looking for top-notch propane installation and delivery, this is the team you want. Five stars all the way! Thank you Nick & Josh! - Nishino Family read more

These guys were unfortunately not able to service my home. But they also did not waste my time. They came out, assessed my situation and told me straight up, they wouldn't be able to get a 250-gallon tank into my backyard (a difficult task, given my geography). read more

Amazing service and great prices. After way too many years of paying the old entrenched propane companies around here way too much while their service kept going downhill Josh and Nick at propane west coast have been a breath of fresh air. read more

Every interaction I've had with PWC has been great. as someone new to using propane I had a lot of questions, and they kindly explained everything and patiently answered all of my questions. The crew that came and swapped out my tank were kind and professional, and their work was of the highest quality. The remote monitoring system that PWC uses is easy to access and works fantastically, and PWC has great prices to boot! I couldn't be any happier with my choice to use Propane West Coast! read more

Nick, the delivery driver, showed up right on time and handled the fill quickly and professionally. On top of the great service, their pricing beat the local competitors by a mile. Excellent people, excellent service, and excellent pricing. Propane West Coast is definitely my go-to from now on. Highly recommend! read more

This is the only place I would recommend for propane service! Had a great experience with Josh and his son when they came to take out the old tank from Amerigas. The father and son work ethic was a pleasure to see, plus they were professional, courteous and I can tell they were just nice wholesome people. Recommending Propane West Coast to all my neighbors! This tank install was easy and stress free. I purchased a 120 gallon tank for my pool. The tank looks brand new even though it has been refurbished and comes with a one year warranty. Josh and his helper did an amazing job and they were super friendly and informative. I highly recommend Propane West Coast for all of your propane needs. read more

FREEEEEEEEEDOM! I felt like William Wallace in Braveheart when I finally extricated myself from the corporate shill that is Suburban Propane. They charged outrageous prices, upwards of $4.50/gal in the summer and sometimes $8.00/gal in the winter. Moreover, they refused to upgrade their technology. Where others had smart gauges to remotely track propane levels, Suburban adamantly remained in the middle of useless and inane. Enter Josh Price and Propane West Coast. From the beginning, the experience was just different. Real people, decent response times and follow ups, reasonable prices, and a working monitor! I'm only up in the residence requiring this once a month, and Josh was more than happy to accommodate my schedule. The transfer was simple, and took about 30 minutes. The day that I switched, Suburban was $4.43/gal while West Coast was $3.20. I saved $240 on the very first fill-up. No longer do I have to agonize over not only IF I have enough propane, but how much it's going to cost me. Thank you Josh! read more

I just switched from SoCal Propane to Propane West Coast and honestly believe this is one of the best home decisions I've made. Josh came out on time to install a 250 gallon tank fitted with a gauge monitor that allows us to remotely monitor our tank level, track fill ups, and submit fill requests at the push of a button. This means we'll never have to worry about an empty tank ever again. He even took the time to ensure my propane-fueled appliances were properly restarted. Not only is the customer service amazing both in the office and in the field, the tank rental AND fuel costs are about half of what I used to pay through SoCal Propane. I'm so glad I made the switch! read more

Propane West Coast - Prompt, professional, on-time propane tank installation with remote monitoring included! - Propane Near Me - Hemet, California

100% Five star service!! From their receptionist, the crew in the field, to the owner - these guys have been awesome. We recently started an airb&b and needed a propane company that was going to be reliable & responsive, Propane West Coast will come through for you. Our previous propane service wouldn't return our calls, had poor customer service and cost more. PWC is a small company that knows how to do business & treat their customers right. Our recent airb&b guests requested a heated pool, so between a mobile monitoring system (where I can view the levels of our propane from anywhere) and their staff keeping an eye on our tank levels as well, I felt comfortable knowing I wasn't going to run out of propane - and when I did need it, they were dialed in & on it. Definitely recommend this company read more

Propane West Coast - New propane tank - Propane Near Me - Hemet, California

They sell you on a low price but eventually you'll pay the highest price here in Idyllwild. I'm changing after my tank gets low.

I finally got fed up enough with my local propane supplier (San Diego area) to buy my own tank. I bought a newly restored tank from JOSH at Propane West Coast. We drove up to Hemet area to pick up the tank and Josh loaded it onto our truck. Tank comes with 1 year warranty. Josh was AWESOME to deal with and, prior to getting the tank, I checked with a local propane company and received a great recommendation for Josh and his restored tanks! If you are looking to purchase your own tank you can reach Josh at 951-603-5136. He has all sizes of tanks and prices are good. read more

Josh P. is a Rock Star. I needed a 500-gal propane tank for my pool heating needs and he came through with flying colors. I called around and Josh was by far the easiest to deal with. Service was exceptional and so was Josh. All around good guy. He even saved the life of a small lizard that was stuck in my unfinished pool. Ha. Not to mention the custom paint, Desert Sand, on the tank is the envy of all my neighbors. If you are looking for a solid, reliable, and trustworthy propane dealer, you will not be disappointed going with Josh P. and the rest at Propane West Coast! read more

Their customer service is HANDS DOWN the best I've EVER dealt with when it comes to propane companies! They went above and beyond! Myself and my mother-in-law are outside their service area....in the past we did purchase a propane tank from them for our all house generator and we were both needing a fill. I was shocked how effortless the phone was with Daisy and how QUICKLY they were able to come! Hector was the young man that deliver and he was so sweet! I had to call and get names! I talked to Brady and she was so kind and I just had to sing their praises!!! You just don't get costumer service like this! And Josh has his it out of the park with his crew! Please please service Ramona! You'll clean house over here! read more

West Coast needs more stars! 5 aren't enough. We just switched to PWC from Fallbrook Propane. Fallbrook Propane was EXPENSIVE and not worth it. They would not show up for weeks, leaving us with no propane. First, PWC is by far the best priced propane company. Professional, responsive, great prices and show up when they say they will. If you're on the fence about PWC, don't be. They keep their promises and do what they say. If you need propane call PWC, you'll be glad you did. Best company around. read more

Very good customer service and prices. Josh and his team did great for us! Highly recommended!

Nick and Josh were absolutely wonderful. We moved into a home with no propane tank. They delivered a tank on very short notice and also delivered the propane. They tested our stove and water heater which I am very grateful for! I just can't say enough how these two gentlemen were lifesavers! read more

I wish I could give them 100 stars. if you are using a "big" propane delivery service, switch now. Everying is better, contact info, customer service, not waiting 10 days for delivery for an appt. I could go on and on!! fyi I never leave reviews but I am one happy customer. read more

If there were more stars I would give all of them! Josh and Jhon are wonderful, professional and they don't rip you off like others. I just decided to switch provider and I am super happy with my choice. Their customer service, communication, punctuality, and professionalism are outstanding! Thank You! read more

We were tired of another provider's poor customer service and high prices. Propane West Coast came out the next day, removed the competitor's tank, and got us set up in no time for less money than refilling with our old company. When we needed a refill, they also came out the next day. With the other guys, next-day deliveries meant paying an extra fee. Communication is always great, we love supporting this family-owned business. read more

Knowledgeable and friendly team from intake, tank delivery, and fill up. On day of the tank swap they were unable to get the propane out of the old corroded tank through no fault of their own. They were able to adjust their schedule to have it filled the next day so we would have heat for the snow that was expected that weekend. Their app allows us and them to monitor the level and they automatically schedule fill ups. Highly recommend not only for the service but also because they had the best prices in the area. read more

We used to use Amerigas. Their responsiveness was average at. Worst of all, the Amerigas tank was in such poor condition it was leaking from the walls of the tank. No wonder or propane bills were so much higher than our neighbors! PWC was prompt, delivered and set up and promised, even painted the tank so it's less noticeable on our property, and their app based monitoring and refill requesting makes it a breeze. Competitive rates, professional and friendly staff make them 5-star. read more

Excellent service! Latest technology and equipment. It was a 24 hour turn around from the time I called to when the tank was set up and ready to go. I was very impressed with their level of expertise and care. You will not be disappointed. read more

In searching for a supplier, and speaking to many, I found those at Propane West Coast the easiest to talk with. Some seem to interrogate you for name, address etc., before engaging in any discussion regarding service, others take messages and don't return calls. All calls to Brandi and Josh were answered and questions were dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner. They were the only company to advise that my product from the existing tank could be transferred to the replacement tank. This is a significant issue when there's ten percent or so left. Another benefit with these guys is the attachment of remote monitors to the tank free of charge. I'd had difficulty with gauge malfunction on the prior tank, so the ability to check the tank level on my phone was a major benefit. I would add that the price was competitive for the area and there are no silly added fees stacking up. read more
