Also I was not offered my senior discount i see in prior reviews. I was charged a shrink wrap fee $20 when they had tons of blankets. Beware owner will not use Zelle, Venmo or PayPal to avoid a 5% Credit card fee-OUCH! Moving forward, I will call 3 other companies for comparison.

He said they had listened to the recording and were honoring the $89 quote. I'm glad they're making good, but the system is not very efficient. What a scam! Terrible business practice, and customer service!! Don't bother with these people. If zero stars was available, they would get less than that. I called to get a quote for hauling a queen mattress and box spring. The quote was for $89 so I scheduled the pick up. When the guys arrived at my apartment, I was told that the removal of the mattress was going to be $229! More than two and a half times the quoted price! Obviously the pick up didn't happen. What a waste of time.
