It is with great sadness that I have to give this company a 1-star rating. Not only did every time I walk downstairs to my car during the move I see one of them standing around on their phone, not to mention the 3 - 20 minute poop breaks one of them took in my bathroom 2 times at my old place and 1 time at the new place. It was disgusting. The same person dropped my large mirror on the way upstairs where it was unfixable. As the frame was damaged. And they would only cover $100.00 when the mirror was worth so much more and I sent them cheaper versions from Amazon and they would not do it. Now here is the most heartbreaking part. I am missing two gold diamond rings and 1 fake cubic zirconia solitaire ring out of my jewelry box. I know exactly where they were when I put them in the jewelry box for the move so I can unpack them from the jewelry box at the new place. I ware one of them every day but didn't want it to get damaged in all the moving. One of the rings my brother gave me before he passed away and the other was a starting over ring, I bought myself. And the zirconia was just another ring. No value. I have moved many times in my life, and I have never been stolen from and the time they took to move a one bedroom apartment that was only 20 med boxes, small couch, coffee table, tv stand, Mattress, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a chest drawers, 2 rolled up carpets and plant and a 30 minute drive took them 9 hours. The previous days I moved my entire kitchen myself and the bathroom to save money and time. I was charged $1500.00 for a one-bedroom apartment to another 1-bedroom apartment. I was only charged for 5 hours from the previous 3-bedroom house to the that apartment by another company with the same hourly rate. $730.00. I spoke with the police on this matter and am not sure about pursuing this because I will never get those rings back. That is hardest part of all this. I feel so violated. My brother is no longer with us to replace another ring. So, I would think twice about using this company. The sad part is I saw so many good reviews and that is why I called them. But maybe these two guys were new. Either way my property was stolen and can't be replaced. So, think long and hard before using them. read more

I had a terrible experience with customer service. I called to arrange a specific service: moving two safes and packing up my entire garage. The actual movers were amazing--very helpful and kind. However, we did experience some damages during the process. When the workers arrived, they informed me that they had not been accurately briefed about the job. They mentioned that the lady who took my request had made a mistake. As a result, the worker had to go back and forth to re-quote me, even though I had already been given a set price based on the pictures I provided. I called the company to address the situation, but the owner was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to their poor customer service and the unpleasant demeanor of the owner. I was charged $850 just to move two safes. I suggest looking for a different business that values and respects their customers. The price was based on the pictures I sent. Also no insurance was ever provided to me In response to your comment, I want to clarify that I never spoke negatively about your workers. In fact, I mentioned that they were actually great, and I compensated them for their hard work. They were not the issue; you are. As I stated before, I submitted a quote detailing what I needed, along with pictures, and I agreed to everything discussed over the phone. Marie was very respectful and kind during our conversation. However, when the workers arrived, they informed me that not everything about the job had been communicated to them. This indicates that there is poor communication happening on your end. You mentioned that the garage was included, but my garage is currently full, so whether it was included or not, it wasn't fully moved. I'm grateful for the workers who showed up, but you, the owner, were unhelpful, rude, and aggressive over the phone. From our brief conversation, it was clear to me that you were not going to take responsibility for the situation. You exhibited poor customer service skills and did not communicate with me respectfully. Additionally, it's troubling that you only focus on this issue and have not addressed the damages that occurred. As I mentioned, damages were done; I witnessed one of the workers break the keypad. While I understand that accidents happen, I expect you, as the owner, to address and rectify these mistakes. At the end of the day, I requested a service, and the workers arrived confused. They did what they could (which is not their fault; I hold you responsible for the poor communication). Damages occurred (which you have not responded to), and my main complaint is the poor customer service provided solely by you. I was never offered insurance, as you are legally obligated to do, and you did not offer to cover the damages. Because of this, I will be reporting you to the Bureau of Household Goods. Very sketchy company. They broke our brand new (purchased 2 months ago) TV during the move. We emailed them right away after, the same night. We paid in all cash to avoid a 5% credit card fee on our 2k move. Now we have a broken TV that we can't use. The "owner" just told us that when we signed we agreed there were no damages. We had to sign to have the movers leave our house. What were we supposed to do? Turn on our TV while with them... we didn't think about that. But we should have some right to the damaged things in our move. The movers told us at the end when we asked "what happens if there is anything damaged?" They said to us that we had a way to fill out a declaration form... when we emailed on Sunday night, it was not addressed at all (no response on our email to their team) and we waited until Friday afternoon to call to follow up. Well the call went awful and now the guy is not willing to pay for our TV that was broken. PS: the funny thing is, I offered the movers 2-3 times to see if they wanted to use the box that it came in (from the manufacturer) that I had in the garage with all the packaging still-- they declined BOTH TIMES I offered and told us no it's ok we have our method. WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Where to begin. I'll try to be as objective as possible, and list the reasons why you should under no circumstances retain this moving company. We were moving from a 4000+ square foot home, a home containing many, many collectible expensive items, including antique clock collection, antiques and expensive furniture. We received several bids, but the estimator from Golden Sun, after walking through the whole house gave us an estimate two thirds of what the other bids were. He sounded knowledgeable and assured me that all of the expensive items would be carefully shrink wrapped and double packaged to prevent breakage. I explained to him that due to us downsizing some of the contents of our house would have to go into storage while other specifically designated items would go to our new abode. His reply was that that would be no problem. On the day of the move the movers showed up with one large truck. This, after I had expressed my concerns about possibly needing two trucks because of the size of the home. My fears were realized when at the end of the day the truck was full and the job was half done. The person in charge of the truck explained that it would be necessary to come back the next day with more personnel at an additional cost over the originally quoted price so they could finish the job. While I had explained to them which items would go to storage and which items would go to the new abode, many of the boxes, which should have gone to the new abode ended up in storage and vice versa. After they had unloaded the last items and had left we found out that many items, including art work, books, drawers with contents to my desk, plants and many personal items had been left behind, which we were forced to move by ourselves in the following days. Since the boxes were not properly marked we were faced with the daunting task of opening up boxes and having to go back and forth between our new place and our storage unit. Their work was sloppy, totally unprofessional and haphazard. Do not be fooled by lower estimates and assurances of professionalism! Had them move my house in August 2025, only a 3 mile move. After telling them how much I had to move, they gave me a ridiculously low quote, when they arrived, was told it would be 4 times the amount or more (I sort of expected that). Two of the 5 movers we sent home early because they were not doing their job. They dented my refrigerator and asked them to file a claim on it. I tried calling three times to find out about it and could never get an answer. After the move we were missing boxes and an expensive sewing machine. Unfortunately, we did not notice for a couple of months after the move and it would have been fruitless to make a claim. They also left some moving blankets and when I called about them, they said they would pick them up, but never did. read more

I hired them again in late February 2025 to move items from a Menifee house to a Hemet apartment. I requested and received the same movers as the first move, so I didn't have to retrain anyone. They move quickly, so be on your toes if you have special instructions. Things were efficiently moved from/to the areas that I requested. One of the movers had the intuition to grab a computer power supply cord lying next to a fan that I had flagged for moving, which I could have left behind otherwise. Where to begin..I was quoted $470/three hours& $250 for each TV. We made sure to move out everything from the house except for the large items such as bed, TV, etc., so that the hours could make sense accordingly. I was told in my written email quote that assembling/dissembling of furniture was included&that TV mounting would be the only thing to pay extra.I set aside the appropriate amount. They took 4 1/2 hours to get to the new place(15 min away).unsure how three men who do this for a living took longer than I did to move the entire rest of the place.Nevertheless, I was excited that they came so it was OK. Two of the gentlemen had a very obvious spat back to back to the point where they refused to work at the same time at a point &the older gentleman George did his best to make up for it. By the time they got everything upstairs, we were already at six hours. Nothing had been mounted or anything. I ended up helping bring half of the truck up and removing the wrapping sorting it out and everything. George called and asked if they could at least finish up with my bed because at that point I refused to pay more or continue with the help. It was very clear that the two younger gentleman were inexperienced, which took up a lot of time having to teach them. I don't think that that should have been on me. Nevertheless, George called their."boss" to see if they could finish up to which he said yes, at no charge which I think at this point was the least that they could do. One of the younger gentleman I believe his name was Isaiah or isaac was absolutely condescending and rude as if I was not of paying customer. They broke multiple items of mine, including my new and large TV, my bar, my very expensive bed frame, and the post to my very expensive couch. I reached out to the "boss" who honestly was probably the most inconsiderate and rude person ever you should not be running a company if you do not have care and consideration for your clients personal items. I worked hard for my money and the things that I have and I do not appreciate them not only not being cared for by 3 people who are able bodies because they can't get past whatever their issue is, it is Work!&being dismissed once damaged. The boss called me a liar, says that he knows people like me. I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean? First, he said that he was going to have George come and look at the things, even though I sent him very thorough videos that are undeniable with very clear and bad damage. Then there was a retracting of that saying that no one was coming and they blocked me. I 100% will be going to Small Claims Court. I do not recommend anyone going here if you have valuables. I have never been treated like this in my life let alone with my own belongings. I am absolutely appalled.completely unacceptable treatment! if your employees cannot come to work with good attitudes working with people's belongings, and you cannot help rectify where things go wrong. You need to be in a different business because this is absolutely unacceptable. Very, very, very rude and unprofessional! I cannot believe what I experienced. Please do not come here if you value your belongings at all. As I was writing this review, I saw multiple reviews with similar situations that I did not see before and I wish that I had because who was left to fix my items. How do they not have some type of insurance policy to care for this when things Happen. They should at least replace my TV. My bar is broken, but it is functional. My bed is broken, but it is functional. My TV is completely not functional. My couch if you sit too hard is on a very injured leg and will break. This " boss" did not even bother investigating because had he asked his employees separately did this happen? Was this going on? I'm sure at least one of them would have stories that would not add up which would completely match what I am saying. Just to block a customer, no investigation, and call me a liar . These guys came to move me from a home I was selling to a home directly across the street. From the very beginning i was concerned with them utilizing a dolly to come down the stairs. Low and behold, by the end of the day they had caused $1500 of damage to my stairs. This was a house that was set up for an open house a week later. Although the cost to repair was $1500, the actual damage could very much be more than this with disinterested buyers. The owner was trying to make the kid moving be accountable versus utilizing insurances that the company has in place. I doubt they even have insurance. Two months later and I am still trying to resolve the difference. Be very wary and make sure to obtain a certificate of insurance naming yourself as additional insured before allowing them to move your belongings. read more

To add to my previous review. Frontier came to install my internet and turned my tv on and the screen is cracked. I immediately reached out to the owner to advise him the tv was cracked during the move sent him pictures he would not respond. He told my daughter he wouldn't talk to me because the way I talk. How about the way you talk. He offered me $250 to replace a 70 inch tv. I didn't break the TV now I'm supposed to come out of my pocket for that as well. This guy just dosent care so now we have to take different measures. I told him I asked 3 times are they going to use the tv covers I had and he said no I'm going to cover them with blankets. I told him if Mark would start helping and stop taking smoke breaks and disappearing it wouldn't take 10 hours. I had some stuff going to storage and some going to my new apartment my new apartment was in the same place different unit. Started at 10 didn't get to new apartment till 4. By that time the manager had brought another guy and when he pulled up Mark was in the truck folding blankets not helping unload. The new person Joel and Darrell got it done quick. Then we moved on to the storage and what it took 6 hours to load joel and Darrell had unloaded at the new house and storage in about 2 hours or less. I told the manager it was unfair that he sent two people to move and only one was working. And reminded him that I had to call him when Mark was missing but ended up in the bathroom for 30 min I could hear him on his phone although he says it was 10 min and when he came out Darrell asked him to put some clothes in a wardrobe box and he ignored him and said you got it and went back to wrapping a mattress he started wrapping an hour ago. I can go on and on about the experience. In the end I ended up paying 900$ and had to hire someone to come out the next day to get things that were left. Packed patio furniture left patio table asked for vacum to be packed 3 times left vacum and I know I herd Darrell tell Mark to get the vacuum. The manager didn't care about the customer service part of it he kept saying I brought you another guy. I said yeah at the end of 6 hours he first wanted to only take 50$ off I told him wasn't fair for the experience. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by saying ok 800$ I paid what he said I had already paid a 100$ he wouldn't return and hung up on me. So still made it 900$ plus what I paid the next day for someone else to come and move what was left. I previously moved from Irvine to Chino and didn't even pay this and this was in the same complex just different units and the storage was 6 min away down the street. If I could just give Darrell and Joel 5 stars I would. But this was a very bad experience. The Cal king bed does not go up and down the queen size bed. The foot portion is up in the air and will not go down. We also have a reclining chair that goes from reclining to stand up position and that was not put back together. We found a broken lamp when we called and to speak with the owner he was very rude and told us we had to wait until the end of one week before someone would come out to see if they could repair it. We ask for a refund the owner refused and said he would give us $100 and that's it when we call back to try to work something out. Before, the owner hung up in our face saying that he doesn't have to come and repair what was broken.
