    I have worked with golden sun movers a few times. They are very organized and pay attention to details. The owner is a great communicator, runs his team very well. Will definitely continue working with them in the future. Great moving company with real value.

    I had a terrible experience with customer service. I called to arrange a specific service: moving two safes and packing up my entire garage. The actual movers were amazing--very helpful and kind. However, we did experience some damages during the process. When the workers arrived, they informed me that they had not been accurately briefed about the job. They mentioned that the lady who took my request had made a mistake. As a result, the worker had to go back and forth to re-quote me, even though I had already been given a set price based on the pictures I provided. I called the company to address the situation, but the owner was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to their poor customer service and the unpleasant demeanor of the owner. I was charged $850 just to move two safes. I suggest looking for a different business that values and respects their customers. The price was based on the pictures I sent. Also no insurance was ever provided to me In response to your comment, I want to clarify that I never spoke negatively about your workers. In fact, I mentioned that they were actually great, and I compensated them for their hard work. They were not the issue; you are. As I stated before, I submitted a quote detailing what I needed, along with pictures, and I agreed to everything discussed over the phone. Marie was very respectful and kind during our conversation. However, when the workers arrived, they informed me that not everything about the job had been communicated to them. This indicates that there is poor communication happening on your end. You mentioned that the garage was included, but my garage is currently full, so whether it was included or not, it wasn't fully moved. I'm grateful for the workers who showed up, but you, the owner, were unhelpful, rude, and aggressive over the phone. From our brief conversation, it was clear to me that you were not going to take responsibility for the situation. You exhibited poor customer service skills and did not communicate with me respectfully. Additionally, it's troubling that you only focus on this issue and have not addressed the damages that occurred. As I mentioned, damages were done; I witnessed one of the workers break the keypad. While I understand that accidents happen, I expect you, as the owner, to address and rectify these mistakes. At the end of the day, I requested a service, and the workers arrived confused. They did what they could (which is not their fault; I hold you responsible for the poor communication). Damages occurred (which you have not responded to), and my main complaint is the poor customer service provided solely by you. I was never offered insurance, as you are legally obligated to do, and you did not offer to cover the damages. Because of this, I will be reporting you to the Bureau of Household Goods. Given these issues, I felt compelled to leave a poor review and cannot recommend your services to anyone.

    WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! Where to begin. I'll try to be as objective as possible, and list the reasons why you should under no circumstances retain this moving company. We were moving from a 4000+ square foot home, a home containing many, many collectible expensive items, including antique clock collection, antiques and expensive furniture. We received several bids, but the estimator from Golden Sun, after walking through the whole house gave us an estimate two thirds of what the other bids were. He sounded knowledgeable and assured me that all of the expensive items would be carefully shrink wrapped and double packaged to prevent breakage. I explained to him that due to us downsizing some of the contents of our house would have to go into storage while other specifically designated items would go to our new abode. His reply was that that would be no problem. On the day of the move the movers showed up with one large truck. This, after I had expressed my concerns about possibly needing two trucks because of the size of the home. My fears were realized when at the end of the day the truck was full and the job was half done. The person in charge of the truck explained that it would be necessary to come back the next day with more personnel at an additional cost over the originally quoted price so they could finish the job. While I had explained to them which items would go to storage and which items would go to the new abode, many of the boxes, which should have gone to the new abode ended up in storage and vice versa. After they had unloaded the last items and had left we found out that many items, including art work, books, drawers with contents to my desk, plants and many personal items had been left behind, which we were forced to move by ourselves in the following days. Since the boxes were not properly marked we were faced with the daunting task of opening up boxes and having to go back and forth between our new place and our storage unit. Their work was sloppy, totally unprofessional and haphazard. Do not be fooled by lower estimates and assurances of professionalism! We have enclosed pictures of items left behind after they were supposedly done.

    Very sketchy company. They broke our brand new (purchased 2 months ago) TV during the move. We emailed them right away after, the same night. We paid in all cash to avoid a 5% credit card fee on our 2k move. Now we have a broken TV that we can't use. The "owner" just told us that when we signed we agreed there were no damages. We had to sign to have the movers leave our house. What were we supposed to do? Turn on our TV while with them... we didn't think about that. But we should have some right to the damaged things in our move. The movers told us at the end when we asked "what happens if there is anything damaged?" They said to us that we had a way to fill out a declaration form... when we emailed on Sunday night, it was not addressed at all (no response on our email to their team) and we waited until Friday afternoon to call to follow up. Well the call went awful and now the guy is not willing to pay for our TV that was broken. PS: the funny thing is, I offered the movers 2-3 times to see if they wanted to use the box that it came in (from the manufacturer) that I had in the garage with all the packaging still-- they declined BOTH TIMES I offered and told us no it's ok we have our method. I guess their method is to break things and not own up to it

    The fellows came to the house to move our piano. They arrived on time, were very polite and the move was seamless. This responsive company is highly recommended.

    Where to begin..I was quoted $470/three hours& $250 for each TV. We made sure to move out everything from the house except for the large items such as bed, TV, etc., so that the hours could make sense accordingly. I was told in my written email quote that assembling/dissembling of furniture was included&that TV mounting would be the only thing to pay extra.I set aside the appropriate amount. They took 4 1/2 hours to get to the new place(15 min away).unsure how three men who do this for a living took longer than I did to move the entire rest of the place.Nevertheless, I was excited that they came so it was OK. Two of the gentlemen had a very obvious spat back to back to the point where they refused to work at the same time at a point &the older gentleman George did his best to make up for it. By the time they got everything upstairs, we were already at six hours. Nothing had been mounted or anything. I ended up helping bring half of the truck up and removing the wrapping sorting it out and everything. George called and asked if they could at least finish up with my bed because at that point I refused to pay more or continue with the help. It was very clear that the two younger gentleman were inexperienced, which took up a lot of time having to teach them. I don't think that that should have been on me. Nevertheless, George called their."boss" to see if they could finish up to which he said yes, at no charge which I think at this point was the least that they could do. One of the younger gentleman I believe his name was Isaiah or isaac was absolutely condescending and rude as if I was not of paying customer. They broke multiple items of mine, including my new and large TV, my bar, my very expensive bed frame, and the post to my very expensive couch. I reached out to the "boss" who honestly was probably the most inconsiderate and rude person ever you should not be running a company if you do not have care and consideration for your clients personal items. I worked hard for my money and the things that I have and I do not appreciate them not only not being cared for by 3 people who are able bodies because they can't get past whatever their issue is, it is Work!&being dismissed once damaged. The boss called me a liar, says that he knows people like me. I'm not sure what that's supposed to mean? First, he said that he was going to have George come and look at the things, even though I sent him very thorough videos that are undeniable with very clear and bad damage. Then there was a retracting of that saying that no one was coming and they blocked me. I 100% will be going to Small Claims Court. I do not recommend anyone going here if you have valuables. I have never been treated like this in my life let alone with my own belongings. I am absolutely appalled.completely unacceptable treatment! if your employees cannot come to work with good attitudes working with people's belongings, and you cannot help rectify where things go wrong. You need to be in a different business because this is absolutely unacceptable. Very, very, very rude and unprofessional! I cannot believe what I experienced. Please do not come here if you value your belongings at all. As I was writing this review, I saw multiple reviews with similar situations that I did not see before and I wish that I had because who was left to fix my items. How do they not have some type of insurance policy to care for this when things Happen. They should at least replace my TV. My bar is broken, but it is functional. My bed is broken, but it is functional. My TV is completely not functional. My couch if you sit too hard is on a very injured leg and will break. This " boss" did not even bother investigating because had he asked his employees separately did this happen? Was this going on? I'm sure at least one of them would have stories that would not add up which would completely match what I am saying. Just to block a customer, no investigation, and call me a liar . Seriously, do not come here. Unless you want to end up in the Small Claims Court like me which is 100% happening. This is not something that should be let go. This company needs to be shut down.i can't believe this. so much blame game, no accountability.Movers blaming each other for things, the boss blaming me, everyone blamed Marie for false quotes,terrible as shewas the one kind thing aside from George's attempts.& this is not the 1st,2nd, or third time as I'm reading the reviews.Research,look at how the owner responds to people.That alone tells you that he does not care for his clients.even if people are incorrect, you learn how to speak to your clients in order to maintain your business. That's how that works. He cares more about being correct&NEVER rectifying situations.terrible to be doing of all things dealing with peoples belongings, memorabilia,etc.I challenge you to find a response from him that would feel appropriate from the owner of an establishment regarding your damaged belongings

    I am so happy I made the decision to go with this moving company! They helped me move from my three bedroom house from Temecula to LA. Marie was great! she was very helpful and easy to work with. She gave me a very reasonable rate with no fees, compared to other places. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! They are quick and efficient and were very mindful of not damaging any of my furniture.

This move and this team redeemed every other move and experience I've ever had (with other companies) with moving. We moved from a 2b2ba condo and the team was communicative and helpful during booking and even flexible with my last minute changes the day before when we decided to add a 3rd mover to our reservation. Carlos x2 and Bruno called me when they were about 20 minutes out from arrival, they worked efficiently and were extremely respectful of property and all items we were moving. They took direction well, were beyond professional and courtesy and truly made the experience an enjoyable one. The cost of moving can be high, but the cash-price to move was definitely competitive for the area. And their reviews truly matched the positive experience we had. Cost and value 15/10. I honestly would have paid more for the experience and efficiency we got (so we tipped well!) Would absolutely recommend Movers Best Irvine and if I ever have to move again (praying not) I would absolutely use them again. THANK YOU.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.
