Tracy at Menifee Ranch goes above and beyond for me every single month. She is very communicative and responsive, and that is super comforting now that I live in another state. Also, this facility is CLEAN and SECURE, and convenient to all of Menifee, Perris and Hemet. Thank you for everything, Tracy!!!! read more

The property manager is a smug liar who's poor record keeping and lying about the gate code change date, emailing and texting along with the exorbitant prices and filthy units caused me to leave their business. This storage place used to pretty good but ever since Clear-Home took over, it has gone downhill quickly. read more

Jason and Tanya are the sweetest. Services were awesome. Never did we have trouble with them. Reason we left is because we moved further out, if not we still would be there. read more

We have owned several RV's over the years and we were so happy we found Menifee Ranch Self Storage. Very clean facility with covered RV storage which is essential when storing an RV in So Cal sun. Tracy is a true professional and an asset to the facility. Communicates and is responsive in a very friendly manner to our needs. Another thing to point out is this facility is designed to handle large coaches and trailers. There is plenty of room to maneuver large RV's and a tank dump onsite with easy access. Tracy, thanks again for the terrific service. read more

This place is under new ownership and new staff with a new name (ClearHome Storage). They are professional and courteous. The place has suited our needs over the years and I appreciate them. They are making improvements there now to the asphalt so it's nice to see them invest into the property and take care of it. read more

We were assisted by "Marco"...& then he stayed on top of everything we discussed. I was highly pleasantly surprised by his professionalism & kindness. We have avoided storage places in the past- simply due to dealing with tacky employees who don't really care. It's rare to deal with company employees who go the extra mile while maintaining company standards. MARCO- thank you for your assistance...& thank you for speaking to our family with such respect & concern. We will send business your way as we have the opportunity. read more

Good People Tracy Karen Darren Very Helpful Friendly Keep Our Stuff Safe with Personal Alarms on Every Unit

This business is like family. And I look forward to the time I spend there while accessing the storage. It's a good, Godly, old fashioned heart warming staff and and a company who generously invests in their community and youth. Beautiful storage facilities with a new one on the way. Spotless, secure, and easy access. I've dealt with many other storage facilities and theres not another that compares to Ranch RV and Self Storage. Gold. read more

My husband and I got a storage from here. It was recommended to us by a friend who has been using it for years. We just needed a small storage and Karen really made the process so quick and painless. We did everything online. She was so responsive and friendly and quick to answer all of my questions. The price is very reasonable and the whole place in general is well protected and well maintained. Monthly payments are super easy to do. I don't know how long we're going to be using it for this time around but if we ever needed a storage again I would come back here no question. Karen really made me feel comfortable and gave us a very great first time experience. read more

I have used Menifee Ranch Self Storage a number of times over the last 5 years, both outside (open/trailer/vehicle) storage and their Mailboxes. I have found Tracy to be very friendly and helpful, along with the rest of the staff. Anytime I need storage (indoor or outdoor) in the future, I will be using Menifee Ranch Storage, read more

We have stored our trailer here for several years. I feel safe with the security. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We are going to RV full time for a couple years and we stored our memories here and we are going to have our mail box here. They will ship our mail wherever we are. We feel comfortable knowing they are watching over our stuff. read more

Menifee Ranch Self Storage has changed to Clearhome Self Storage and they are horrible!! I had my RV stored at Menifee Ranch for 6 years and never had a problem. They had security cameras everywhere and were monitored 24/7. Clearhome bought them out and immediately doubled the rent and took out all the cameras. 3 months later my catalytic convertor was stolen from my RV and many other RV's in the storage units. They don't care! They admitted it happened to many of the RV's but didn't even say sorry. read more

We have stored our trailer in covered parking at Menifee Ranch Self Storage for the last 4 years. The property is clean and well cared and it's very secure!! Tracy the manager and her staff are very kind and extremely friendly. We sold our trailer, so we are no long in need of storage. However, when we get our RV we will be back!! read more

I stored my rv here for several years. They just hired a new management firm and I have to say bad move. My catalytic converter was stolen off the RV. They reviewed the tapes and I was told they didn't see any suspicious activity. I was also told they are not responsible for the theft. I understand they can't be responsible for all the theft however, they can do more to make sure the property is secured. I was told they have security in the fencing and cameras. Kind of funny that they didn't see any suspicious activity. It's going to cost about 4,000 to fix this mess. The parts are on back order and my family had to cancel our vacation for September. When I brought this up to the new management they said sorry but there is nothing we can do for you. All I was asking for was a little help. Maybe one month free. They didn't seem to care. I am not comfortable leaving my RV here and will be looking for new storage. I would be very skeptical to rent rv storage from this place. Be very careful!!!!! read more

Menifee Ranch Self Storage - A voicemail transcript of the front desk lady lying claiming she was hung up on. She ended the call and calls to leave a dishonest message. - Self Storage Near Me - Homeland, California

We have used Menifee Ranch Self Storage for our travel trailer and we could not be more pleased with the experience. Starting with reasonable storage rates, they add a staff that is courteous and helpful, will go out of their way to accommodate the customer, then there's an up-to-date security system that monitors both inside and outside the storage area. The site is clean and well tended. We recommend Menifee Ranch Self Storage to other RV owners routinely and look forward to continuing a long-term relationship with them. read more

This is actually a beautiful facility, especially for self storage. The people are extremely nice and helpful and I was really impressed with the cleanliness and security. It was a little out of my way to drive here but well worth it. I was able to store my boat which was really nice and I saved money for making the extra drive. I highly recommend Menifee Ranch Self Storage! read more

Tracy has the worst attitude ! She should not be working the front desk ! We arrived at the storage place at 5:40 to get the spot for a 42ft fifth wheel she looked bothered and told us she was trying to be out of there by 6 to make it to the bank (with an attitude) we walked away and said okay thanks ! We will be taking our 170 a month somewhere else ! This lady is horrible ! read more

0 Stars I cannot begin to comprehend how the owner of this storage unit chose Tracy D. as manager. I understand that there may be few to choose from in good ol' Homeland CA, but this is truly remarkable. This individual, is more than happy to call and threaten you and your property at any given time, in fact I think she enjoys it. I speak from experience, being 5 days late on my always prompt payment (i am human, and at times forgetful). I was told "we would love to take your storage unit". What?? This person is just the manager, and feels the need to taunt tenants like this. I can't imagine why this person was put in this position at all, either the owner is clueless, or wants their storage complex run by a bully. Not only that, but she also felt it a good decision to tell my mother in-law that she couldn't stand me, as well as other things that I refuse to mention. I fully regret ever stepping foot on this property, as it has only caused me anguish and severe difficulty. Oh, and let's not forget that there is NO surveillance on your storage unit. So, renter beware. Avoid this place at all costs, and don't say you weren't forewarned. P.S. Management and staff will refuse to provide your signed contracts if anything goes wrong...Red Flag read more

This place has gone down hill they are now part of a larger company Clear-space What a joke they have doubled the rents and now are letting this place go down hill. Found gates wide open and broken today. When I got to my coach and started it up I realized the Catalytic converter was stolen since the gates are wide open with NO security?? I can imagine how many units had their Catalytic converters stolen. Imagine going to pick up your rig at a storage yard that has raised their rates 100% and your catalytic converter has been stolen due to their neglect now your vacation is screwed your deposits are screwed and the managers no longer answer phones just goes to an answering service. All they could say is you need to contact your insurance. I'm still trying to contact anyone to see if they have any video footage for the Riverside Sheriff department. Beware this is no longer the Menifee Ranch Storage we signed up for. read more

Do not, I repeat, do not store your RV here. First, their prices are high. Second, their office staff is rude and unprofessional. When I told Tracy that we would have to give our 30 day notice because our experience had been subpar, she replied, "perfect!" In addition she lied to me and said they had a year long waiting list. I know this is a lie because myself and another customer were able to obtain spaces the day we called. read more

This facility is nothing but drama because of the seven herself behind the desk. She will not be bringing a heart with her at work. She will not go out of her way. Don't think that your photos and paperwork are safe or even a passed away loved ones ashes. She doesn't bat an eye about throughout the in the trash. I have had the worst experience I have ever had at this storage. She goes through your storage. She is defiantly not on the customers side. She has ruined my life. She got my person rug and perfumes and a 100$ tip. To burn me and my kids. She has shown her true colors and ruined me. I will never be able to get even but I will try as long as I live. I hate Tracy at meniff ranch self storage. She is a selfish drama queen. She constantly would complain about Karen the other employee. She was lazy. Did her work wrong that she would have to redo it stay late because of her come in early because of her and the way she talks to her in public is quite rude mean and embarrassing. I don't look for Tracy to be there long. If I have anything to do with it. Moving is her best bet. Thank you. Sjl read more

i used their services for a Budget truck rental.....they were very friendly but not very good at their job. The young woman,Dana, who checked our truck out for us told us not to worry about old or rusted damage to the truck, she had us point out dents or damage to the truck but didnt mark them on her paper. We had noticed a chip in the windshield and she said she was aware of it....but didnt mark it on the check out sheet. Needless to say when we reac hed our destination in the San Francisco area they tried to charge us for the chip in the windsheild. The women at the return end said that she could tell it was old but since it wasnt marked she had to charge us!!! When we called to speak to Dana she denied ever knowing about a chipped windshield and was rather rude about it.We felt like she purposely tried to stick us with it!!!! Customer service resloved the issue for us,but be very carefi ul if you rent a truck from menifee self storage and be sure they mark every dent or ding on that truck or they will try to charge YOU for it!!! read more

Perfect awesome nothing better than meniffee ranch self storage. I've. We stored with them for almost a year, yes the rates are not bad although it comes at a price. We had item stolen from our storage, when we reported it to the receptionist she was not friendly and had no interest in calling the police or trying to help us out. We asked her to call the police so we could fill a report on the stolen items, she reply "you call them, this is not my problem". Then she continues to argue with us, like it was our fault, the women calls my wife a F*cken B*itch and tries to fight her. Can you say "ghetto"? Our property was stolen due to the fact that they do not have an alarm system for "every storage unit" like they advertise, I strongly suggest if you choose to store with this company make sure you go check every week on your property. read more

I was a customer with them for about a year. I always paid on time. Although I never had any major problems, the manager on-site, Tracy, is extremely rude and has terrible phone and personal etiquette. I ignored this until the day I tried switching to a smaller unit. Tracy was rude (per usual), rolling her eyes constantly and rudely answering even simple questions (as if this was not her job and she had better things to do - despite being the only worker present in the front office). When I asked about pricing and mentioned I had spoken with the owners, she became even ruder and stated that it didn't matter if I had spoken with them. When I asked about where the owners were, she became defensive, refusing to even confirm their names with me. She would only say, "I don't have to give you their information. They live in Orange County. That's all I will say." She refused to even tell me the pricing of a smaller unit. I immediately cancelled and moved out the same day. This entire conversation had witnesses who were as shocked and appalled as I was. I wrote the all of this down on the notice form, but I am positive she did not show the form to her bosses. She is extremely rude, combative, and a horrible customer service representative. I felt insulted and as if I was dealing with a teenager. Until she is replaced or (at the very least) retrained, I will never use this place again. read more
