So this story starts in my garage. Rats basically took it over and destroyed most of what was in it. Most of it was stuff was junk anyway. The pest control guy came out we figured it out and got rid of them. But what do I do now? It was a damn mess! I could clean it up myself but unfortunately I'm very sensitive to rat droppings. Then my landlord said I have two weeks to clean it up. So that got my anxiety going. So I go to Yelp and I find Hemet haulers and Allen! I sent him an email and he gets back to me immediately with an estimate range that is very reasonable even at the highest estimate. A couple days later he comes out and takes a look and gives me a solid estimate and he said I can be here tomorrow! so I expect this huge team of people cleaning up my garage but it's just Allen who shows up. He works very fast and efficiently! I kind of stood by and sorted out the stuff I'm going to keep and he put the rest in the garbage. He was done in a couple hours and filled up his whole truck. My garage was spotless and clean! He's super nice and friendly and I wouldn't mind having a beer with him at some point. All that was left was the metal items. He came back on a another day and pick that stuff up! He didn't have to do that but he loves to make his customers happy and I am a happy customer! I will recommend him to anybody I can. He turned a horrible experience where I felt overwhelmed into very positive situation. Once he was all done it felt like a lot of pressure have been lifted off of me. I can't say enough good things about this business. My mother has a storage unit that has collected some questionable items Over the years and I finally decided to go through it. I asked for a quote last night from this business and the owner responded back in just a few moments. I told him I would send him actual photos of what needed to be hauled once I get to the unit the following day. The next day I sent him photos of what needed to be taken away and he gave me an amazing price. 1/3 of what any other junk hauler in the area quoted me. Also, he came with his truck to the storage unit a few hours after that. He was fast, friendly and trustworthy. I felt comfortable with him and he did a great job taking away a bunch of junk.
