They arrived earlier than my appointment time, interrupted my moving sale, then proceeded to tear my handmade dining table (thst I spend weeks building) and an armoire cabinet to shreds right in front of me. They destroyed antiques and collectibles that could have been resold or salvaged that Isimply didn't have room for in my new home. It was heartbreaking to watch. They truly do treat your belongings like "junk" . I truly regret hiring them and wish I had gone with Resupply instead. read more

Contracted through Amazon for a mattress haul away. The pick up time was from 11am to 2pm. They never showed up. No call. Zero communication from business saying they were delayed. I called them and was given the run around that someone would call me and never did. Dont waste your time with this company...literally read more

I like that this company comes out same day for junk removal and gives free quotes on the spot. For me I felt my quote was pretty high in price for yard waste. They quoted me $650 for about 1 truck load of yard waste so wedeclined. I found a local gardener that hauled it off for $200. read more

Junk King Temecula - Yard waste $650 quote for 1 truck load of bushes we passed - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Temecula, California

I chose Junk King Temecula because I had several items that were in good condition amongst some junk and I believed their statement that they would recycle things that were worthy recycling. However, I was shocked watching them throwing and tossing everything onto their truck with no regard of the condition of the item. Had I known that I would've made a trip to salvation army with the good stuff. It broke my heart. The good thing was they were quick to respond and reasonably priced. Please only use them for real junk and don't believe they're recycling anything read more

Friendly and helpful. They did change my appointment time twice, but I had taken the day off of work so I could be flexible. The cost was $300 and believe you can find cheaper vendors in the area. Overall I'm pleased with the service. read more

Capably handled the clean-up of two vacant parcels of land when the other guys couldn't. After being given the run-around for weeks by the Got Junk guys (who visited the site, took pictures, never sent them, and kept on saying they would get me a quote, but never did), I turned to Junk Kings and Steven was able to figure things out and get started almost immediately. Steven and his team were able to figure out the boundaries of the two parcels despite there not being marked roads in the area. Turns out there were four truckloads of litter on our properties, but Steven was able to get trucks and guys out there to clean them all up and even communicated with Code Enforcement to make sure they didn't hit me with fines for taking too long to get the site remediated (time that the other guys had cost me). Steven sent me photos of all of the mounds of junk they hauled away and before and after photos of the land throughout the process. Great communication and great results. read more

Classic BAIT and SWITCH tactics... Terrible business. I sent them a detailed itemized list with pic and had a lengthy conversation. I was asked where the items were located, if stairs would be involved, if the sofa had recliners, etc. I explained everything. And was quoted a specific price. I understand quotes can sometimes change, but they showed up and said it couldn't be done for less than FOUR TIMES the quote! I was appalled. They were rude and wouldn't even come close to their quote. Nothing had changed either. All items were gathered neatly in the garage, they had driveway access, no steps, etc all exactly as described when the original price was quoted. No commute involved either as items were located in the same city as them. BAD BUSINESS practices. Bait and switch tactics. I told them to kick rocks and took my business elsewhere.. read more

Quick and easy pickup for some larger items we had in house came within a day of inquiring. They were fast and responsive and the guys that came were friendly and helpful. Overall great value and glad we finally got rid of some of the bigger items we had stored in the house. All in all had a broken dresser, broken chair, outdoor bench wall, and some boxes and came out to $130. Will use them again if we need pick up. read more

These guys were absolutely the best! Steve, Nick, and Hesh went above and beyond to load up and haul away two very big and bulky printers. They were on-time, ready to go, and really nice guys! I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone I know. read more

I sent photos of what needed to be removed prior. They quotes $100. Nothing was added and when they got here (3 hrs late) they quoted me over $350 for a bunch of empty boxes. Total bait and switch. read more

Junk kings was cool. I saw their truck driving and I decided to call. The best part was the free estimate. They come to the house and you show what's needed, and they give a price right then and there and if you want they can take it same time. Honestly, I bit expensive $350 to take a mattress, 2 bed frames (metal/ twin), a tv stand and an old round kitchen table. I also inquired about some greenery and was quoted the same thing . I'm like k Nevermind about that lol. I honestly probably wouldn't use them again. read more

I always use yelp reviews to help me decide on a place to use when I don't have a direct referral from someone I know. I hope this one helps! No this isn't part of a promotion, just a very happy customer! We had new furniture coming in and needed our old HEAVY stuff out. Within a day I had an appointment and a quote that worked in our budget and was so impressed with the quick reply. I did use yelp to contact the business and messaged them through here. This company has the best customer service and the team who came out were just as great with us. They were very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of with ease. I definitely will be using this business again and referring anyone who asks for a good junk removal service in the area. Thank you again! read more

Great service! They went above and beyond. Fast and courteous too. I highly recommend them.

We have used a few different junk hauling companies, and I can say without a doubt that Junk King Temecula is the best. We will only use them from now on. Scheduling was simple and easy. We had to reschedule our original appointment and it was seamless. They provided an ETA call prior to arrival, arrived during the expected timeframe, provided a price prior to beginning the job, worked quickly and efficiently, and most of all were kind and friendly. Payment was easy (card, cash or check) and very reasonable for the job. Highly recommended! read more

The Junk King call center is awesome -- it's very easy to make an appointment, and even to change an appointment when necessary. The problem came with the individuals representing the company who came to pick up the "junk." Granted, it was a queen sleeper -- huge, and on the third floor. However, that had been communicated in advance. The first statement was to up the quoted price by $35 because "I didn't know how big it was." They also didn't bring any equipment to help with removal -- my husband had to provide his belt to tie the sleeper in. My husband also provided step by step assistance to remove the sleeper and to dismantle it. He also provided tools, as the crew would have had to return 40 minutes to their shop to get them. They still charged the full price...and after leaving, we discovered huge gouges in the wall! And, then there were the pistachio shells left behind all over the floor. I've contacted Junk Kings about the problem -- the call center responded...but not the local owner. Seems they don't care! read more

I'm not posting a postive or negative review. This is just my experience as a first time user of Junk King. You can determine + or - on your own. We called them about a week out and got the details on how it worked. Call ahead the day you need junk hauled away and we will send someone. They will give us a price based on the size of the junk and we can decide what we want to do. We called on a Monday morning and was instructed to book online and get $20 off. So we booked online and were given a time between 12:00 - 2:00. At 2:00 we had not heard from them so we called. They called us back and arrived around 2:25. I showed them the pile of junk which consisted of 2x4's and drywall. We were given a price, based on using 1/4 of the truck, of $228. I built houses for about 16 years and I personally didn't think it would take that much but agreed to the price because they were there and ready and didn't give the guy any grief about it. They took about 30 minutes to haul everything away. I'm not sure exactly what the policy is on cleanliness but they left a pretty big mess in the back yard as well as on the street that I had to go behind and clean up. You can see pics of the yard. The street looked pretty much like the yard. They did not honor the $20 off for booking online because according to them "we already gave you a great deal". Yeah...I'm not quite convinced of that. Overall I would give them a C+. I'd possibility use them again but I'd have different expectations. read more

Upon calling to set up I was already impressed. Staff was professional and easy to communicate with. They gave me a time window for estimating and they were able to arrive earlier, which was helpful. The most polite gentlemen came to pick up my cardboard, styrofoam, and two rolls of carpet at a reasonable price. I contacted Junk King Temecula through the Yelp app and received a response within 2 minutes. Within 5 minutes I was on the schedule for the next day. First steps done and done. The next day I received a phone call from Steven, he wanted to confirm we were still good to go for our appointment (love the follow up here). Steven let me know they were in my area so if an earlier time was more convenient they would be happy to come by for the estimate (this may have been an exception for that day). I was available earlier and we agreed on a time. As the time neared for our appointment, Steven called me and said they were a little delayed at the recycling center and they would be there within 30min if that was ok (again, love the follow up). Less than 30min later Steven and George were in my driveway and greeted me with a handshake and smiling faces. We walked to the area where we needed a Chicken Coop dismantled and removed along with some other items and the job was no problem for these two! Because my appointment was later in the afternoon, this was supposed to be an initial appointment for an estimate only. After we went over the quote (which was very reasonable), Steven and George agreed they had time to demo the coop and clean up the rest of the debris right then and there! Final step done and done! Steven and George seem to be a great team and they are extremely polite and personable. I will definitely use them in the future for a larger project I have planned down the road. Great job guys! read more

Fast, easy, and a good deal. Also, the guys were friendly. Able to fit us in their schedule quickly.

They the Kings! Great value, come as promised, friendly and eager to help. HIGHLY recommend!!!

They were an hour and a half late so we moved our couch out of our house to make their jobs easier and cut a little bit of cost. Not only was the price still the same (despite "quoting based on what the job entails"...so if you don't have to move a couch out of a small doorway and up a steep hill then it should be cheaper than if they had needed to do so. We saved them the trouble), but they overcharged us and there is a discrepancy between what my receipt says and what they asked us to pay. Do not recommend and will never use again. There are cheaper services that are much more professional. read more
