Like previous reviews have stated, I wish I could give more stars to this fantastic company. My husband and I have been putting off calling a junk removal company for the pile of crap we had collected on the side of our house (mainly because we were concerned about how much it would cost). I submitted an email inquiry on GI Junk Away's site at around 10am yesterday morning and shortly after that I received a call from Josh. We texted him photos of our crap and right then and there he gave us a quote (which was very reasonable and fair) and told us they could come the following day! Josh was super nice and funny on the phone and after 5 minutes of talking to him I immediately wanted to give these guys our business. An hour after speaking to Josh we got a text saying there was a cancellation and they could actually come that day. Blake and a different Josh showed up to our house and they were so professional, funny, and quick! They both had fantastic personalities as well. I was able to Venmo them when they were done (only took 30 minutes!) and now the side of our house looks amazing!! Plus, the fact that we gave our business to Veterans is an added bonus. Unfortunately, they don't show that they charge for a pickup, but they do. When I called to setup a time, I was told it would cost over $300.00 to pickup a table and chairs. I could rent a truck for $25.00 ! They should have 'Request a Price' listed, like the other companies on Yelp. read more

These guys are fabulous! We had to reschedule multiple times because of the rain and street closings (thanks city of Vista) and it was never a problem. They were there when they said they would be, fast with the pick up and super reasonable. Their truck is much bigger than the other guys and they even gave me a discount because I had it neat, contained, and accessable. The only people to call in San Diego county! I had about 3/4ths of that amount taken out of my rental in Oct by another company and it was more than twice the price. These gentleman are friendly and very respectful of your property.
