This is an established, family run business and really is as good as it gets! Chris the owner performed as "foreman" plus, he did his fair share and more of the heavy lifting; the other two members of the team were terrific as well, they were all polite and friendly. I hired the C&M team to move us on July 1st. They were awesome! They showed up a few minutes early and ready to work. We had a bunch of stuff and it was a long hot day but they just kept working. They even moved my entire gym (including all the plates and dumbbells) upstairs without any hesitation. Their work ethics is incredible and they were all very polite. It is so hard to find good moving companies and movers who actually care. I do not say this lightly, but this is by far the Greatest moving company I have ever had in my life. I was a military brat so we moved a lot in my life and then I joined the military so moving was second nature to me. We bought a new house in Fallbrook and moved in March 31. We sold our house in Murrieta in December and moved into an apartment while we waited for the new house to be finished. During that move, I used HireAHelper...........nightmare. Don't use them. I contacted Chris to move us out of a 10x17 storage unit and a two bedroom apartment. Additionally, I needed him to return and unload two 8x16 PODS. He sent two separate crews and both were awesome. On time - communicated - clean - hard workers - careful......nothing short of awesome! Chris and his crew were outstanding!! Moving is never fun, but these guys made it very easy! Found them on Yelp and requested a quote. Chris messaged me back with a good price and we booked our moving appointment. They showed up on time with a truck and unloaded everything from our storage. They carefully wrapped things that needed to be wrapped. It had been raining so they put pads down and wore booties to prevent tracking mud on the new floors and and carpet. They were fast and efficient and got the job done with time to spare, so they helped us assemble our kitchen table and some racks. Overall, they were very professional and courteous. I moved from Arizona where I had nightmare movers and came to Temecula hoping for a better experience with the scheduled movers. When Chris and his assistant arrived (exactly on time and brought their own tools and dolly) they asked what needed to be done, I explained half the load was going into an apartment, half the load going to storage. They got to work and they were fast, efficient, super polite, and careful with my items. When we went to the storage place they offered to drive the truck because I was nervous driving in the city traffic with a 26 foot truck. They unloaded into the storage with time to spare! They were so so kind to offer to help me return my truck and we even stopped for gas on the way and they gave me a ride home. The fact that offered to do all of that meant so much to me after having such a stressful week of moving and driving the truck myself from Arizona. Finding good movers is far more difficult than it should be, so I wanted anyone who was considering hiring this company they will get excellent service.
