We had an old playhouse that sadly had to come down(wasn't safe any more). I sent them some pics of the job and Jay assured me they could handle it. I ended up doing the demo part myself in order to repurpose some of the walls and the good pieces of wood but we had JRH come out to do the cleanup and haul away. No sneaky sales tactics. They let you know ahead of time how the pricing goes depending on how much junk you have, the time needed to complete the job as well as if the weight of your junk was over a certain limit. No surprise fees at the end. Jay was great at the communication piece up front whether it be a phone call, text or email....and quick to respond too. That alone is so much appreciated. Marcus and Daniel arrived during the agreed upon time and we got it rolling. I was surprised that we got it all loaded in an hour. He talked me through their very reasonable pricing and we set a 10am to 12pm pickup window. At 11am they notified me when they were 10 minutes away and I stuck all my junk outside (family doesn't want anyone in the home but apparently they ARE full service and will remove items from your house for you if you want; which i did not.) These are great guys! They arrived promptly and on time. He showed up by himself within 90 min of calling him and he kicked butt.
