Very unprofessional. Horrible service. We had an appointment set for 9am to pick up items from our house. The guy shows up at 8am. No one answers the door so he leaves. How can you show up to an appointment 1 hour EARLY and expect service!! We never received a call that he will be arriving early or made sure we will be home, even though we had appt at 9am. When we called him back at 815 he increased the price by $125 and HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND!! I'm sorry but it doesn't cost $250 to haul items. I can load my truck and dump it for $30 myself, it's just an in convenient for us, which is why we hire someone. Never again will I go with this company. Unprofessional. Not friendly. Impatient. After searching for someone to come and haul away an old queen bed frame I reached these guys. I can't tell you how many calls and messages I had left for other with literally no response.
