Happy with their service! I text them for service the day before to remove junk from the garage and backyard. They came the next day and removed everything in less than 10 minutes. The cost for their service was good and somewhat less than renting the smallest bin from cr&r. read more

Definitely recommend. They are quick getting there AND getting the job done. They were friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help me. It what it would've taken me more time and money to do it myself and I'm one person. These three men were in n out, not a scrap left behind. 10 out of 10 recommend. read more

Their name says it all! Had a huge amount of trash, boxes and some furniture I needed to get out of my garage. Called them this morning and they were here within a couple hours, about an hour before their estimated time! Wooo! They were fast, friendly and clean. Now I have a clean garage again!! read more

Very unprofessional. Horrible service. We had an appointment set for 9am to pick up items from our house. The guy shows up at 8am. No one answers the door so he leaves. How can you show up to an appointment 1 hour EARLY and expect service!! We never received a call that he will be arriving early or made sure we will be home, even though we had appt at 9am. When we called him back at 815 he increased the price by $125 and HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND!! I'm sorry but it doesn't cost $250 to haul items. I can load my truck and dump it for $30 myself, it's just an in convenient for us, which is why we hire someone. Never again will I go with this company. Unprofessional. Not friendly. Impatient. Not trustworthy. read more

Amazing service. They were onsite within 15 minutes of my call. Their price was fair. The work was completed quickly and they even swept everything clean after loading everything. I will be using them for any and all future hauling jobs. read more

Quoted one price, showed up, and tells me it's another price--which was double. Save your money and call someone else or haul on your own. No way a $10 El Sobrante trip is worth $300. Needless to say this guy was unprofessional on the phone. read more

I called them this morning in pouring rain and they came out within an hour and filled their entire truck with our trash. Fast friendly and economical I highly recommend read more

After searching for someone to come and haul away an old queen bed frame I reached these guys. I can't tell you how many calls and messages I had left for other with literally no response. I was impressed with their punctuality and most of all their genuine service. Have someone come to your home can be an uneasy thing. I felt very comfortable and would recommend to anyone. I think the best best part was when I walked over to see if they were finished and found them sweeping up after themselves. Not many take that kind of pride in what they do anymore. Mom always said, "It doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it better than anyone else." Thank you for your help today! read more

Hire these guys! Very professional and easy to work with. I googled "trash haul Temecula" and their name was the first to come up and it was a really easy experience working with them. They were able to take away all of the things at my home with no hassle and they even used a leaf blower to clean up my backyard sidewalks after they were done. Really great service. I will definitely use them again. read more

Amazing, Fast, Clean and Friendly!!! This type of service is hard to find! I called Luis this morning at 8:00am. By 9:30 he was at my home and by 10:30 he and his son were done with the job! I had my entire home re-floored so I had 2000 sf of carpet, tile, linoleum, tack strips, base boards and padding filling my garage. They were absolutely incredible! I have my garage back! Thank You Luis! read more

Mr. Ingels was awesome! Same day service at a very fair price. Reached out to him in the morning and he was here that afternoon. He was running just a little bit behind, as he was fitting us in, and actually called to let us know. He double checked everything with us before he left as well. I highly recommend Mr. Ingels and his business! read more

This is not same day service, quote is based off of pictures, it is insanely over priced. Said he would come out for a quote, then asked that I send pictures. Quoted me over $200 for five items, not a clean up just a pick of items. RIDICULOUS! read more

Gave me a great price on junk removal and were really professional. Thanks guys for doing such a great job!

Exceptional service great price went above and beyond from what was expected over all awesome service

He showed up right away to give me and estimate. Once we agreed on the price he started on the job. I had them haul away trash, boxes, and Old furniture. They also removed mulch, raked, and pick weeds from the front and back yard. They completed the job very quickly and at the agreed upon price. I had no complaints at all. read more

Quoted $125.00 then when he showed up (AN HOUR EARLY) said his minimum is $250.00 for any job. He was pretty put out that I was in the shower and didn't hear the door (AGAIN AN HOUR EARLY)We had about 6-7 bags of yard trimmings. Why did he say $125.00 then say that his minimum is $250.00? Classic bait and switch. read more

He did a great job ! Took all of our junk and it was great Price. I will use them agin.

This father and son team are awesome. I called and within an hour they were there. In a matter of minutes they started the junk removal process. No item was to big or heavy to take. They worked hard and were fast. They came back the next morning like they promised and started with the same great energy and professionalism. They swept, raked and at the end even took away the trash from the cans. I can't thank them enough for making this stress go away. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs junk removal. Thank you guys. read more

My husband called for an estimate and Raul came by within 30 minutes to give us a quote. He was nice, professional, and had manners. The quote was reasonable and he took all of our stuff on the spot and swept our garage after he was done. I thought that was really nice and it went above what we expected. We would definitely suggest this business to anyone who needs junk or trash removal! read more

Excellent!!! Honest and hard working!!! I recommend Luis without hesitation for job, no matter how big!!

Called them up and within an hour they were at my door ready to haul. Completely cleaned out the entire side of my house AND a shed full of junk AND a lot of Palm tree trimmings. It filled their trailer to the max. They swept up afterwards too! Will definitely be calling them again! read more

Gave them a call and they were able to come out within an hour and a half. Arrived promptly at the estimated time. These two guys from Same Day Service are superb. We have called them several times. They are on time, diligent in work, honest, polite, quick and courteous. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Beyond Beyond elated with the job that was done by this company! Two men came out within an hour of us calling desperately trying to get all of the stuff off of our side yard before it rained after cleaning the backyard and garage. They were extremely kind and helpful and took everything and more that we needed them to. They worked quickly and extremely professionally. For everything they did for us their price was extremely fair. They even went as far as to sweep up the dirt and extra pieces of trash on our side yard for us once they finished all of the junk removal. We have been struggling for 3 days calling other companies in the area and being jerked around and screwed over by each and every one of them until we were lucky enough to find this company! They were fast, professional, and all around fantastic. We will absolutely be using them for all of our future needs and giving no other company in the area our business. Again beyond grateful, you will not be disappointed when working with this fantastic company. read more

They came out the day before and gave me a job quote, came out this morning both dad and son and they did an amazing job!!! They worked so hard and got the entire job in like an hour and a half. Then even seeped everything too and it was a huge mess!!! They sorted stuff out for me and will donate and recycle some stuff and dump the rest. Very comfortable and trustworthy people. I would highly recommend them and use them again if I ever need to!!! Very reasonably priced, worth every penny!!!!!! read more

This is a father son handyman team. They came to my house within two hours of my call. They did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and they are very friendly. This was much cheaper than renting a trash bin. Good job. read more

Luis was not only fast in getting me set up for pick up but was so kind and helpful. I contacted him late in the evening and was at my house by 12:30 the next day. Mr Ingels and his son did an excellent job clearing and hauling from my mothers house. Mr Ingels came a few days before and gave us a great price to clear out the house. They showed up at the time they stated and worked extremely hard and continuously until all junk was removed. I can't believe how clean they left the rooms they cleared. I would highly recommend them for any job as they were professional and courteous. My mother and I felt very comfortable with them going in and out of the house. Mr Ingels constantly checked with us to make sure he was taking only the things we wanted gone, and even did not mind when we added things. We would definitely use them again. read more

I'm very happy with the work these guys did for me. They showed up on time and did a great job, including clean-up. Both employees had a professional, personable demeanor and appearance. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I ever need this type of work done again. read more

I am not sure what happened today. I called this place. Drove for an hour to meet with him. He came and gave me an estimate and said he will start on Monday. He sent a text while I was an hour away from the location and said he can't do it for that price. I just think a business should honor their word and not waste people's time. Hope this just happened to me for whatever reason and will not to anyone else. read more

My son's relocation move to Austin from Murrieta proved to be a pretty expensive challenge. After shopping around for the best price and getting prices based on "how much space your throw-away takes up in the truck", Mr. Ingels made it simple and quoted a fair price, based on truck size to manage the load. Mr. Ingels and his son are an exceptional find for anyone needing to haul away and depose of clutter, junk or any sort of move-out trash, etc.. They move quickly, but are very careful not to damage any walls or doorways while moving even the heaviest pieces. Mr. Ingels took care to ask exactly what was going and doubled checked with me before finishing the job. I rarely take the time to review any business, but this father and son team are outstanding. No need to look any further use Same Day Service. read more
